Buddy has one and we were soaked in sweat after 30 min not what I'm used to with "temp ctrld." Zero access to trash or recycling bins, bummer. Amazingly High security even for enclosed place, have to enter ur code multiple times to get to your space, which can be a challenge sometimes. Can only get thru your floors doorBest to bring your own dolly. The few flat carts they have are quickly taken as there are mult floors, tons of units for this complex. Pretty well kept but did see few roaches, n flying ant in hallway, probably cant really prevent that from all the stuff going bk n forth. But I have outdoor unit elsewhere and zero roaches ‍♂️The "10" units are just over 9x9 and ~8ft high.

Ms. Baby was the young lady that helped me. She told me about the First months rent which over the phone I was told a different price. Also she was very nice and courteous and very informative of the information that was told to me on the phone which was a lie she told me what it was going to cost at that moment and what they did not tell me on the phone when I got here so thank God for her and thank God I had the money at that time otherwise all my stuff will be out in the streets thank you for people like her you need more people like her in the office God bless you and have a blessed day Mrs Lisa Maxwell

ROACHES! At first everything was great, when the AC was working, when they just opened everything was clean. Then for some reason ac stopped working and when I went there yesterday my entire unit was infested with roaches. I couldn't even pick up my kids Halloween costume out of storage. They're everywhere on everything. I have no idea how am I going to deal with this situation I cried all night. P.S. BABY is amazing, she just works there, so the situation is not her fault

This post is well overdue! Long story short in July I was moving and needed a storage unit. I looked around and decided on this location. Glad I did because Baby ( yes her real name is baby! How awesome is that!) was amazing! Tour was great and paper work was a breeze. I didn't feel rushed and all of my questions were answered! 20 out of 10 for Customer Service! Very satisfied with my unit. Great location and price ($1) could not be beat. Thanks for your help Baby

The lady is rude she is never available and not flexible at all. This storage is for my friend who had to go to Louisiana to get treatment for cancer. Not even a week after he got the storage the bill was already due. A storage that was supposed to cost 91$ a month has cost me 210$ first month and 111$ this past month plus they cut my lock off which was another 21$. I explained the situation but she didn't care.

Public Storage Representative Baby is beyond exceptional. If you want someone who is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and detail oriented she’s the one. This is my first time renting a storage unit I was a little nervous , but I wanted to thank Baby for answering every question I had she took the time to help me download the app. She has wonderful customer service and just because of that this will be the only place I’m going to rent a storage when I need one !!

This place is nice I recommend getting a unit here its clean they are friendly and helpful they work with you and this place is NEW. It has floor units and upstairs units nice and spacious. Good for your buck. I wish I happy pictures but it's nice!

Very clean!!! The check in was fast and awesome! Karina was waiting for me at the front. Very kind, efficient and helped me with 3 boxes. I have never seen a place this clean, comfortable and with this kind of service. Highly recommend!!!!
