The entry was always clean and the entrance keypads always in working condition. The entrance to the air conditioned units was covered so as vehicles could avoid rain when unloading, a well thought out design feature. The entrance provided at least 4 carts that were in excellent working condition. We never had a rodent or bug issue and our items were always in safe hands. Kudos the the manager who walked the property constantly and although a bit abrupt when asking if we were moving out whenever we saw her (we frequented our unit a lot), but it was clear her mission was to walk the property and inspect every inch of her kingdom! The property was always kept, free of debris, and the manager's communication was excellent. This was a no nonsense and direct business relationship, a rarity in today's world. The manager was prompt to answer all my questions upon move out and she never ceased to disappoint us. If I lived closer to this property, I would rent again!

I picked this place based on the ease of signing up from home and on the location which is close to my house. Everything seemed like it would run super smoothly, just like their initial sign-up process. However, I got to the location with a large trailer, and there are HUGE potholes on BOTH sides of their entryway. It's a busy street and there was a truck pulling out at the same time I was pulling in. Hitting these massive potholes with my 16' long trailer was SO painful and totally unavoidable. What an awful first impression. They could easily get that fixed and should put a huge priority on that!! To top things off, the app feature of proximity-based opening for the front gate didn't work, so I had to back up and move over to the keypad and go through the app to find the entry combination. I don't mind that, but I was expecting their other feature to work. The unit was nice and the latch seemed new. No complaints about the actual storage unit itself.

They just took over ownership from The Keep. My experience with The Keep was exceptional: coffee available, chairs to sit because the process is not in and out and overall well kept space. Walk in today to resign a rental agreement and there are boxes everywhere displaying prices per box, the chairs are gone (all but one around the corner of the desk) and no coffee (not the biggest deal but a nice touch of course). Everyone had to stand and wait I asked if chairs would be brought back "no" was the response lol I guess it wouldn't be so bad if they had multiple people working the first month until everyone comes and resigns all paperwork. Oh. Also no auto pay discount. Love when big companies take over!!!!

Location is near several eateries, so when your done loading or unloading you have plenty of options near by. Two things I don't like are how quickly prices kept going up. We started at 89.00 dollars and in less than a year it bumped up three times and are now paying 121.00. The other thing I was always in need of was restroom as I take high blood pressure medicine, You have to stay hydrated. Nevertheless if your in need of one, across Ingram Rd. Is a big convenient store that doesn't mind if your in and out. So cuddos once again to the location. Another great thing is the cleanliness of the facility.

I would like to give a HUGH thank you too Mrs.Michelle for her assistance with my account. Not only was she very knowledgeable of the situation she went ABOVE and BEYOND to get everything squared away for me. Mrs.Michelle is very personable and I enjoy talking with her. She made my frustrations ease with all her helpfulness. Ingram location is lucky to have her in the front office and I appreciate everything she did for me. Was greeted with friendliness and kindness, the representative was very informative and gave a complete guide of how to access the area!! Great place to store your belongings. It’s gated and the gate works. The outside door to the building is unlocked however the gate keeps things secure……… saw this as the only downfall.

Called and got an appointment within an hour. Curtis was there to show me a unit and helped me out with the paperwork and was in and out in roughly 10 minutes. Overall it was a super easy procedure to get what I came for. Shout out to Curtis, thanks man!

Ms. Clarissa was very courteous , caring, polite and helpful. She was willing to work with me to straighten out a problem that I didn’t know I had until I had to pay my bill and she did work with me. I couldn’t have had a better person to work with.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is an absolute joke! There is ZERO staff. The doors are locked even during business hours. The hours of operation posted on here are incorrect because the doors are always locked.
