Pre-ordered 4 subs to pick up after work and they where ready hot and I received all sandwiches. In the past at a different location I've had problems with my paid online order was taken. It should be so easy to just walk by and grab anyones paid items. A better system should be put in place. No problems at the Kernan location.

The Kernan Square store is falling short these days. I notified the guy stocking the refrigerated section that there were cracked eggs in many cartons of one brand. His response was, "That's all we have." I was simply letting you know that there is a problem. I am sure the manager would say, "If you know of a problem, fix it."

I dropped my wrap on the way out, a guy called Jake (who’s a staff there) witnessed it and ensured I got another one. He cleared the sandwich off the floor and went out his way that I get another one. He could have walked past and ignored it but he was devastated for me. Thanks for doing that Jake! The prices are too high and the food is low in quality. Started going to Sprouts Farmers Market across the street. High quality food and all sorts of options. Gluten free to Grass fed to free ranged cage free keto. Why shop at Publix. Save money and go to Sprouts Farmers Market. It's better than Publix and Whole Foods.

It's 6pm on a weekday, dinner time, and the deli has one sandwich maker for a line of customers 8 people deep. The online order maker just keeps looking at us as they slowly make a single online order sandwich. Not an ounce of expedience in this department. It feels like no one wants to be here, let alone work here.

They have amazing sourdough bread (round and baguette). Other breads are great too. My wife knows a lot about bread — she makes bread herself and talk about it for like an hour (texture, taste, type of flour, level of sourness, etc). She has very high opinion of the bakery at this Publix.

Specifically the deli. Don't bother ordering a sub online, they won't make it and will keep telling you they're making it when they're not. You're better off just standing in line. Truly a terrible Publix and I'll go out of my way to get a sub at any of the others in the area.
