Hiring Jordan was a great decision. Our work required pig-tailing the aluminum wiring to today's electrical codes, repair wiring of a kitchen ceiling light that nearly started a fire and install a new electrical panel. Having worked many years, hiring trades for large residential projects several years ago; I was familiar with selecting good, responsible people. I spoke with two more experienced companies prior to Jordan of PureWave being recommended to us. The recommendation was strong and felt I should give him a call. Jordan came to the house to discuss the job to understood better everything I was needing done. As we spoke he drew my attention to a few other issues and offered some recommendations. I was very impressed by his attitude and the seriousness of his work ethic. I reviewed the online comments by others he had worked for. At this point I was very confident is giving Jordan the job. He did the work as agreed, and he located two other hot spots in wall outlets. While speaking to other electricians, prior to hiring, I was told that it wasn't necessary to pigtail the ceiling light fixture boxes. Jordan discussed this with me. It meant spending more money but I was easily convinced already having had a near house fire with our kitchen ceiling light. I seriously to recommend having the ceiling lights pig-tailed too. Would I use Jordan again? Definitely. He arrived on time each day. He had total respect for the fact that this was someone else's house he was working in, and I like a person who takes pride in the details & quality of their work.

Our range hood recently died on us and we finally got around to installing a new one this past weekend. Because our electrical panel isn’t very well labelled, rather than risk trying to figure out one by one which switch to turn off, my husband elected to turn the entire house off. You can imagine our surprise – and dismay – when he couldn’t turn it back on, and we need electricity to run our geothermal! So I called Jordan Berard of Pure Wave Electric in a panic and he was able to get to our house within an hour to take a look at our panel. He fixed our immediate problem at the time and gave us some recommendations as to anything further that needed to be done in our house, which is now over 18 years old. He send us a quote for the work he suggested we get done, and the price was more than reasonable, so we elected to get most of it done. A quote was emailed to me on the spot and he booked an electrician to come to house early in the week to do the work, which was done in a very timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent. Both Rob and I are very happy with Pure Wave Electric and will continue to use their services for all our electrical needs.

The owner went above and beyond what he had to do in order to make, what was a very tough and expensive situation, work. He provided me with alternatives and explained all my options in full detail. I recently had some residential electrical work completed by Pure Wave, and I am thoroughly pleased with the service and workmanship. I initially spoke with Jordan in their office who was personable and took the time to understand aspects of the job and then scheduled an appointment. Pure Wave did electrical work on a almost full scale renovation and basement legal suite for me. Amazing process from the initial quote all the way through to the actual work. Recently I had the pleasure of employing Jordan and Craig's services. They are both very professional and reliable. We had an excellent experience. Craig was very professional and personable. He came by and gave us a really great quote for everything we needed to have done. Came back a week later to do the work (our schedules needed the week or else it would have been sooner) and he was extremely efficient and made sure everything was safe. Craig and Jordan did an amazing job today installing 4 pot lights, getting my fan in the fireplace working, fixing a bedroom fan, a bathroom fan, changing loose electrical plug ins, and moving an electrical plug.and even installed new dry wall where the old plug used to be. We engaged Pure Wave to install lighting throughout our new house. We were on a tight timeline and the PureWave team was flexible and responsive to accommodate us. I got the reference from my friend about this company when my furnace didn’t work.I called in and got the electrician Jordan coming over to fix it. About half and hour he showed up and fixed my furnace. While he was fixing, he showed me how to do it if it happens again in the future. Great service and easy to talk to. I had a small basement wiring job to fix some existing wiring and recessed lighting. They upgraded a 2-prong plug, repaired a broken outlet and swapped some out for GFCI equipped units. Also installed a video doorbell which required a new transmitter. I called Pure Wave to install a Ring floodlight Camera above my garage door. Their technician Stephanie came and did an excellent job. Very punctual with arrival and communication. Price was more than reasonable. Would hire for other tasks again.
