Will never be going here again. The job was so rushed and so many mistakes were made. The tips were not cut to equal lengths between hands, they were not cut straight and after applying acrylic I asked for them to be straightened 3 times. The prep was way too rushed, I’m sure these nails will pop off in no time. I have acrylic all over my surrounding skin. She cut my cuticles with the dremel and let them bleed, didn’t try to cover it or fix it. Twice she lost control of the dremel and had to jolt away from me to avoid hurting me with it. The acrylic application is uneven, super thick in some places. The nail art is so subpar. It’s not straight/even, the polish is bubbly, there was no care or time taken to complete it.

I am absolutely disgusted in the way one of your staff treated my daughter. We are regulars in your Eliz branch and my daughter had her nails done recently but had to return today as they were chipping. There is a sign on display stating no refunds but fixes within a week. If Duyen thinks it’s ok to slam things down etc whilst in front of a customer then I think she might need some retraining in people management. Congratulations you succeeded in making my daughter feel very uncomfortable! I also didn’t appreciate they way you told her to ‘just go’ ! How rude!

This would have to be the worst manicure and pedicure ive ever had. It was a real rush job, im Left with nail polish on my skin and bits in my nail polish. I bought this up with the lady but she just held up a bottle of vanish and stated that it had bits from other polish in there. I asked if she would fix it and she pretended she didn't understand.

Didn’t get what we asked for and even though we understood they couldn’t refund we ask if they could at least fix it and they wouldn’t as there is a sign says no refund but will fix within 1week only. And was such a rushed job will not recommend to anyone to go here also cut and burnt fingers

I just got my nails done with acrylic I don’t get my nails done and so first time I got pink with a small silver heart on the end of one finger it looks like one week worth of growth and one nail is in pain one thumb looks like just naw I’ll show photos

Never had an issue here, the girls are always so lovely and make sure I’m happy before continuing! Will continue to only use Q-Tee in Elizabeth as they always take care of me and my nails ❤️‍ …

The staff were very professional. I had damaged nails from another salon and they were taken off and replaced with care. Reasonable pricing and I am very happy. I will be back.

ONE OF THE WORST NAIL PLACES I’VE EVER BEEN TO! They were the rudest people and the quality of their nails is shocking.

Duyen did my nails and she did an amazing job. She payed attention to detail and my nails turned out lovely!
