We recently moved 6/13 and hired Qshark to help. My husband recently injured his neck and has been unable to move anything heavy so having help was necessary for us. The movers arrived on time and got things packed up reasonably quick. The actual move itself was nothing special. The movers broke my husbands desk, which was not a huge deal, accidents happen and that is why we got the insurance. Once we got to our new place is when things got unfortunate. All of our boxes were labeled with the room they were supposed to be in, but instead of moving them into those rooms they left almost every box in the living room. I had pointed out several times that the boxes were labeled appropriately, but here I am several days later still having to lift heavy boxes into their respective rooms up and down stairs. The movers left trash all over the place, stuffing it into small trashcans within the building instead of getting rid of it themselves. Several boxes were not moved at all from the old house to the new house. The worst part of all is that after the desk was broken they just left it at our old house, it is STILL sitting there. We have called countless times to have them come to pick it up, but no one has answered and it has been a week. Luckily our previous landlord has been very generous about giving us time to get rid of the desk, but we have no way of moving it unless we pay for another service to come and move it. The service that Qshark has provided is unbelievably terrible. We have called every single day, but keep getting the same response that someone will eventually reach out to us. I am extremely disappointed with this service especially with all the other good reviews. My advice, save yourself the headache and find a different moving company.

I used Qshark movers for a move of 10 miles within San Diego and was very satisfied with the pricing and work. Qshark's movers, Arzu and Volodymyr, gave me a heads up about 30 minutes before they were arriving and we completed the move of my studio within 3 hours. I was scheduled for an arrival time between 8 and 10 AM. They arrived close to 8 AM and immediately got to work. They provided wardrobe boxes, plastic wrap, blankets, and giant carts to gather smaller free-floating item free of charge. They wrapped my items, and secured everything in their truck. The drove professionally and unpacked quickly. I really appreciate how hard working they were. My new building required the movers to provide an insurance policy of certain limits that also lists my building as a insured third-party. Qshark did that within 24 hours. My only constructive feedback is that they should not turn items sideways or upside down when carrying them, if they are not sure what is inside them. The contents of one of my drawers got mixed up. It wasn't a big deal, but that's the only thing I could think of. Thank you, Qshark! I will be using you all for my next move.

We were in transition between homes, with escrow closing earlier on one home that it did on the other. We hired this company to move our belongings into storage for the few weeks that we needed. The truck broke down in the parking lot of our condominium, and by the time they were able to get it running and over to the unit there was little time to unload so it was done in a hurry. When storage was unloaded the wooden furniture was badly scratched, my sons desk and chair were broken, and a brand new tv was cracked. I haven’t unpacked all of my boxes or unwrapped the rest of my furniture, but I’ve seen enough to know that I will never use this company again.

10000% recommend. I reached out thru Yelp and within 10 minutes got a response of the price break down and was booked for a next day service. They have the best prices in SD, and their staff is so efficient and professional. Darren & Issa knocked out my huge move in just a few hours. Everything was extremely organized, no damage, and they went above and beyond to do an amazing job. They were super nice the entire time, it was honestly such a pleasure having them help me move. Thanks so much guys! Definitely will be spreading the word!

This review has been a long time coming. We had David and Julio from QShark moving out and they were excellent. Professional, thorough and courteous. They were extremely careful with our items and did a fantastic job of wrapping and protecting them prior to the move. Once at our destination, they unloaded the items and set them up for us. Moving can be stressful , Qshark made the move stress free. From the beginning of booking till the end of the Move. The team of 3 movers gave me a call 30 minute heads up, prior to there arrival. I was disappointed that our oldest mover ( Forman) was only 21. We were assigned 3 young movers, all 3 were very respectful and hardworking. But they were inexperienced in how to hanndle big items or how to efficiently pack the truck. They were sent to us without essential tools for disassembling the furniture, eventhough we had mwntioned our need for disassembly while booking.

This is one of the only moving companies that answered their phone right away! They also responded to my Yelp requesting within minutes! Fast and professional replies. When it came down to move day, these guys killed it! They wrapped everything perfectly! They helped move by baby grand piano and my grandmothers heavy antique items. I will be using them again for my next move!

I hired Qshark to relocate my 1 bedroom from Santa Monica to Irvine. Movers did a great job. My wife is very pedantic, so before move we had a concert about damages and dirt that could be occurred during the move. Fantastic service. Trevor, Cody, & Kevin were amazing. They got all of my belongings from point A to point B, even when point B had a very narrow staircase and required some creativity and strategy to get everything where it needed to be.
