I just switched to Quail Hollow Vet after several years at another vet in Charlotte, and am so happy I did. I have 2 cats, and at a lot of vet offices, they get a 5 minute, in and out appointment, where concerns are met with "sometimes cats do that". Dr. Whitlark spent significant time with me to work out a concrete plan for how to resolve the various, conflicting issues I have with them in a way that works for me and isn't going to cause more stress to my household. Additionally, one of them is having some health issues where the cause is unclear after running initial senior cat panels. I appreciate that she didn't immediately jump into running thousands of dollars of additional tests and imaging. She walked me through the options of what I could try at home as well as the next steps if that isn't working (along with a timeline of how soon I should bring him back for additional testing, and what the cost of that will be, if I'm not seeing a change). I also truly appreciate that the first thing they do when you walk in is a) put you in a room so your cat doesn't get further traumatized in a waiting area with other animals, and then b) review exactly what you're there for, and show a price sheet so you know what you're getting into/it's not a surprise at checkout. I didn't personally feel like this vet was any more expensive than any other ones I've been to, but even if they had been, honestly it would be worth it to me given the amount of care and attention they give to each animal. If you have cats I highly recommend taking them here!
I never take the time to leave reviews but after my experience today I felt compelled. My dog hadn’t eaten and was throwing up her water for the past couple of days which was unusual since she’s extremely healthy. I called the 24-7 emergency vet clinics around Charlotte and they all had 3-5 hour wait time which is completely understandable on a Friday night before Labor Day! I had only been to Quail Hollow Veterinary hospital once before for an annual check up almost a year ago since my dog was a new patient. I figured I’d call them first thing in the morning on a Saturday to see if there was ANYTHING they would recommend or do. Not expecting them to get my dog in that same day! They made time 30 minutes before they closed for the day! I was so grateful just for them to bring her in for diagnosis. Dr. Berman and his staff were incredible during the entire process. From the moment I called at 8 am to when Dr. Berman texted me personally to follow up with a radiology report on my dog later that same day. I have never felt so comfortable and secure with a vet visit before this. I highly highly recommend them. They will continue to be my dogs vet even if I live 30 min away! Thankyou so much to the entire staff at Quail Hollow Vet hospital. You all have been a dream to work with! Perri Johnsen
This veterinary hospital is absolutely HORRENDOUS. Do not EVER take your dog here. I wouldn't bring my dog within a mile radius of the place. My friend took his puppy here because the puppy was struggling to urinate, and was in obvious pain. They spent TWO hours and charged my friend HUNDREDS of dollars testing the dog for something that he is literally too young to possibly have. THEN these idiot "vets" said they had no idea what was wrong with him. So...Dr. Miller spent 4 years to become a veterinarian and is so incompetent that she is unable to diagnose a puppy with a freaking UTI? Are you KIDDING me? This woman shouldn't be allowed to practice because clearly she's stupid and only cares about money; not her customers and especially not their dogs. To make matters worse, she referred my friend to another vet (because she's too incompetent herself) which tried to charge him A THOUSAND DOLLARS to once again tell him that they have no idea what is wrong with him. In the end, the poor puppy was taken to a final vet, who charged a little over $100 to properly diagnose him. He's doing wonderfully now. NO THANKS TO QUAIL HOLLOW!!!!!! I am thoroughly disgusted in this establishment and wouldn't return even if they paid me. I wish I could give them negative stars. Imbeciles.
I took my older dog into the clinic yesterday for the first time. He was suffering from a possible back or neck injury and he was super nervous about anyone touching him - and I was super nervous that there was something seriously wrong with my bud! Dr. Berman and staff (I wish I could remember the assistant's name) were especially gentle and considerate while giving him a full examination from tail to nose. He’s a small dog but doesn’t like being picked up, so they got right down on the floor with him. Many vets will insist small dogs be put on a table, and I appreciated that they didn’t do this. We had a thorough conversation, and they really listened. They took the time to work with us. I left feeling so much better, and after a full day of medication, my little guy is feeling a lot better. One thing I especially liked: Dr Berman took the time to write up a personalized treatment plan and included it on receipt paperwork. This extra touch of personalization was very much appreciated. I will hear back about his bloodwork on Friday as today is a federal holiday. I feel very comfortable and confident that I took my dog to the right place.
I would only recommend this vet if you've got plenty of money to burn, because you will burn through it quick with them. I was charged over $1000 for vaccine updates and a sedated x-ray. It's unacceptable that after spending that kind of money, they were still unable to make a diagnosis with certainty. At other clinics, I have spent less than half that for similar services. They then went on to recommend a $3500+ surgery based on a "suspected" issue. I was also yelled at by a vet for giving my dog aspirin, which was purchased over the counter at a pet store and sold as aspirin for dogs. Very strange way to react when trying to educate someone. Also, I am not sure if the front desk staff is over worked/sleep deprived but they very much seemed it. The rest of the staff was fine and I'm sure most of them care about animals but in comparison to other clinics, you are paying more than twice the price for the same level or worse care. UPDATE: 10 months later and my dog has been fine since about a week after our visit. Can you imagine if I had spent $3500 on a completely unnecessary surgery? She would probably be worse off today.
Consistently impressed with the genuine care and compassion that we get from all of the staff whether it’s in the office, over the phone or through email. Everyone is SO helpful and they care for our dog as if he was their own. We’ve noticed our dog is more comfortable with going to the vet now ever since we made the switch to this vet (even with getting vaccines!!) Dr. Ellis is so patient and caring with our dog and we can tell our dog really trusts him! He sensed our dog was a little uncomfortable with some of the regular tools used during the usual check up process and took the time to let our dog sniff the tools to feel more at ease. He is so passionate about animals and his work - he is wonderful! So glad we made the switch to Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital at the end of last year!! Our dog is in great hands here!
It was my puppy’s first appointment - in my assumption I was going to be allowed to walk in there with my dog obviously with a mask on which I have no problem, with this being my puppies first appointment - I would’ve thought they would’ve mentioned that I cannot go in to the appointment which they did not both times they confirmed it. I completely understand the precautions they’re taking due to COVID-19. What I don’t appreciate or understand is them not telling me over the phone this is how we operate. I’m assuming they didn’t tell me because they thought I would cancel the appointment. I’ve canceled all future appointments. If that type of thing doesn’t bother you the vet is nice and the staff was very courteous. Maybe just better communication letting people know procedures.
Not Organized. I think when you're a couple years now and every and one of my animals needs a prescription. It is never ready. They always send off their samples off-site so if your animal has a UTI it has to suffer in pain until they get the results back when they can do it in house. In addition, every time I go there they ask me the same questions about my pet when I feel like what food my animal is eating and other questions like is it on any kind of medications should be in its chart and they should read the chart before they come visit my pet. I feel like if you really cared about what was going on with my pet you would read its chart. You have its medication ready and you would do serious testings in-house and not send them off.
Our pup had, what we assume was, a seizure this morning. I called at least 7 urgent cares/vet offices asking if anyone could see us emergently and was turned down by all of them except Quail Hollow. Samantha was quick to provide me with numbers for urgent cares that they normally recommend, and she even called them as well to try to help get us in. When they still wouldn’t see us, she put us on their own schedule immediately and we were seen within 30 minutes of hanging up the phone with her. I cannot say enough good things about her, the vet tech and the doctor that saw our lil guy this morning. They are a truly caring staff, and we are so thankful for their kindness and assistance in making sure we were seen.
Our pups have been patients for nearly 4 years now. We have been through 2 ACL surgeries for our older dog, Raley, and heart worm treatment for our youngest pup, Governor. Dr. Berman suggested we retest our rescue pup again for heart worms 6 months after adoption since his initial test at adoption could have been too soon after potentially contracting heart worms. We are so thankful that he made this recommendation as this prevented his heart worms from progressing too far. We are extremely grateful for the care that our dogs receive from the entire team at Quail Hollow. We consider ourselves lucky to have moved nearby and have had a bad experience at another vet so that we could find the wonderful people here!
While the care has been solid over the last two years, we've had some pretty negative experiences with disorganization at this vet. Specifically, when our dog recently caught influenza we booked an appointment for their first available which was the following week, they then called back to say there was an opening the next day. We took him in, and they informed us they had made an error and they actually had booked his appointment by mistake. In the meantime we had contacted another emergency Vet to seek care and then canceled that appointment because they had told us we could come in. Outside of this experience, there have been a few times the information they have on file has been incorrect/outdated.
My sweet baby, Eli, has been having incontinance issues for about a year and a half. The previous vet basically said he was in early stages of renal failure and left it as "there's nothing we can do and we'll cross the bridge if he gets any worse". Last week Eli has been developing issues with mobility in his left hip, so I took him in for an exam with Quail Hollow and they suggested some testing to get to the bottom of both his incontinance and his hip problem. I am thankful to be getting concrete answers, and hoping for some clearer instruction moving forward with E's health. They care about your dog, they care about you as owners getting answers.
We started bringing our cat and dog to Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital when we moved to Charlotte at the end of this past summer. Every appointment, whether a check-up or emergency, has gone smoothly. The staff and doctors are so thorough and won’t make you do any expensive tests or treatments without ruling everything out first. The prices are very reasonable and their protocols for COVID are very fair. They make sure to call you from inside with a full report and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. They are efficient and quick, without the quality of service suffering. I highly recommend Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital!
We've been bringing our cat here for a few years now. Their service is excellent. The staff always help us get an anxiety prescription so our fur beast arrives a bit more relaxed (otherwise she's a saber tooth tiger). Although she returns a bit loopy for a couple days, my wife and I know she's well cared for because she's not traumatized afterward. We've been to another place and she came back wide-eyed and in complete terror for days. On top of that, the staff always follow-up afterward, sometimes 2 or 3 phone calls to make sure everything is ok. You might be able to find cheaper, but you won't find better!
I bring Jax to see Dr. Berman and he is fantastic. He really knows what he is talking about, incredibly knowledgeable. Staff is very friendly and very sweet to Jax. Have yet to meet Dr. Berman in person yet, due to COVID-19, but hope to eventually! Dr. Berman and team are thorough and I always know that Jax is in good hands under their care. The techs and front desk staff are amazing, and the practice manager, Heather is also really good, really knowledgeable and will do anything she can to be of service. Keep up the good work! Takes a special person to work with our beloved best friends.
We drove all the way from Wilmington for our 11 year old dog’s Consult for a TPLO surgery (our vet in town was booked very far out). The appointment was on time and the vet answered all of our questions throughly. He ensured they would relay info to our vet at home and work with them to get everything straight for follow up appointments. We were worried at first about taking multiple trips so far away with our car anxious dog, but they have really made us feel very comfortable about doing the surgery out of town. So far I’m very happy with this vet!
Took my pug for a breathing/coughing issue and first two times was prescribed to antibiotics. Did not get better. Last time doctor took x-rays and without consent completed "Senior Bloodwork". Each time I got charged for a Sick visit, even though 2/3 times should've been considered a re-check. It's been over a week and I have heard nothing from vet about x-ray results and this is for a possible collapsed trachea, was told the reason why is because the doctor just hasn't had the chance to look at x-ray results. Will NOT be using this vet anymore.
We tried several vets in the Charlotte area and they just never were the right fit. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs, so we visit fairly often. A trusted friend recommended Quail Hollow, so we gave them a try. We couldn't be happier with that choice! Dr. Berman and Dr. Whitlark are fantastic - they are great with our pets and they are great communicators. We also enjoy the staff, the location, and the reasonable pricing. Our pets have been going there for 3 years now and we are confident they are getting the best care. We highly recommend Quail Hollow!
I have been taking my dog Dexter to Dr Berman at Quail Hollow Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. The entire staff is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They make sure my dog is as comfortable as possible and always get us in for an appointment as quickly as possible. If I have any questions before or after the appointment they are always available to answer. Most importantly they really care about your Dex. I would (and have) recommended them to any fur parents looking for a wonderful vet for their pets.
What a wonderful experience with all the staff at Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital. From the great hospitality and caring feeling I got from all the staff to the exceptionally personal care my dog received from Adam Berman, who took so much time with my animal and did not make me feel rushed in any way, this will be my 'go to' vet. Also, the pricing was very reasonable and I never got the feeling, as I had with other vets, that I was being "sold" or "uncharged." I am so grateful this type of practice has opened!!!
We had a bad experience with a teeth cleaning for our dog. We were quoted one price. They called during surgery with a new price. This did not surprise us, as this is common practice at veterinary clinics. However what did surprise us is the new price we were given after the surgery was completed. I’ve had dogs my entire life, and this has never happened with another vet. Due to the unprofessional business practices we moved back to Atrium. It’s a little further of a drive, but they stick to their pricing.
This is my second dog family member Sasha who I brought to this veterinarian office, because of the last experience 2 years ago with Patch and now my new experience has been great. I feel like they all care so much and were very responsive to questions and phone calls and called to check on my dog more than once. They really listened to what I needed and what the dog needs and they cater to that with putting the best interest/needs for my dogs health. Just great service all the way around.
I go in for a rabies shot booster for my two cats and they tell me they also need a Felv vaccine update. Once I get the receipt with their vaccine history listed on there I notice that they recently got the Felv vaccine. I asked why they just got it again and they basically tell me oops oh we didn’t realize. They then tell me they actually don’t even need it since they’re indoor cats. They charged a good amount for that vaccine too. I didn’t appreciate the lack of information.
We started taking our cat here in May and the staff was very helpful in providing the necessary care that she needed. They responded to calls and emails in a timely manner and were always willing to answer any questions that we had. We also recently rescued a pup during the pandemic and the staff provided helpful recommendations for food, feeding schedule and necessary medications. Even during the pandemic they have provided a safe and friendly atmosphere for our pets.
Dr. Berman and the rest of the staff at Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital are extremely professional and well organized. They make sure that our dog always has her monthly medications and explain everything so anyone can explain it. The facilities are always kept clean and the staff is all ways welcoming. Once I found out that Dr. Berman was opening his own practice, I followed him from his previous employer. Dr. Berman is the only vet I trust with our wonderful puppy!
Updated reading to 3 stars: We called on Saturday morning right at opening to attempt to bring our dog in for an eye infection. Bobby told us the best he could do is an appointment for Monday. Disappointed that they don't have reserve emergency time slots for sick patients. Very friendly very with great staff, they have always treated our pups great. The vet gave us his personal cell phone number on our first visit and has been available for any question we had.
They are wonderful! They are so good at keeping my nervous cats calm while in their care. They examine them very thoroughly and always fully explain all problems and options. The staff are very professional and one of them or Dr. Berman always follows up with us! The facility is always very clean and it seems they schedule appointments at an appropriate volume. I can usually get in within a few days and do not have a long wait in a room full of nervous pets.
My dog Zoey has been going to Quail Hollow Vet for around 2 years now. The team has always been super responsive and treated Zoey like it was their own dog. She even gets excited going to the vet and visiting her 'friends.' Her most recent paw injury made her a frequent visitor the last few weeks and all of the staff treated her exceptionally well and patiently took the time to answer any questions we had. Happy to report Zoey is back to her morning walks!
Dr. Berman and his staff were a pleasure to work with. After mom's passing we took Fluffy to get caught up on her vaccinations and to prepare for her plane ride to Boston. Our only regret is that we can't bring Fluffy back for her regular care (she was a very good plane passenger though, so maybe??? ). Thank you Brittany, Amanda, Bobby, Jeff and Dr. Berman for making that week a lot less stressful for all of us. Best wishes, Fluffy, Steve and Caroline
I love bringing my girls here and they dont mind being there! The technicians are so loving and sweet and make my girls comfort a priority as well as eases my mind as a mom. They are always responsive and super sweet in a bind. Dr.Burman helped my Mel before passing and then when my other baby lost her tail he took great care of her. Now he is my GO TO, they always listen to my concerns and check on them for me. Amazing quality people!
Dr Berman is fantastic. We have older dogs and on several occasions have had worrisome issues. He's been calm and walked us through easy problems on the phone and dealt with life saving issues at his office. His office is impeccable, and feels much more like a spa then a dog vet. Oh and his staff is beyond friendly and always there to spend an extra minute or two to make sure you are all set before you go! Couldn't recommend higher!
I've been going to this practice for 2.5 years now. Typically we see Dr. Berman, but have also worked with Dr. Ellis and others. They always take care of my babies. Neither of my dogs like going to the vet (what dog does?) but they are kind and patient. They will sit on the floor with them to calm them down and my pups get lots of treats. I wish I didn't have to take them in as often as I do, but I know they are well taken care of.
Best Veterinary Clinic/Hospital EVER!! Dr. Adam Berman takes so much time with our shih tzu, Braxton, and we are forever grateful! From Bobby's friendliness at the front desk, and Dr. Berman's Assistant, Stephanie, it is quite clear that this is more than just a "job" for each of the team members. Everyone is very caring and there is always a follow up call after our visit. Go meet the team, you'll love them! Jeannie
We are new to Charlotte and our dog was bitten at Camp Bow Wow while boarding. We and did not have an established Vet, but the friendly and professional staff at Quail Hollow rearranged their schedules to see our sweet labradoodle. Kona felt at ease during his visit and didn’t have time to think about his injury with all the love he received during his appointment. I highly recommend Qail Hollow Vet Hospital!
Quail Hollow Veterinary is my first and only recommendation for a vet in Charlotte! Dr. Berman and his staff are wonderful. From the second you walk in the door you feel welcomed. My cat can be very difficult and the staff is very patient with her. Dr. Berman is always looking for ways to provide her with the best care and keep her stress level low. I couldn't ask for a better vet office for my fur baby.
Excellent experience while bringing my doodle to Quail Hollow Vet. Easy to schedule, very attentive care for my dog and good follow up after the appointment. Dr Whitlark is great, she is always so attentive to our concerns and is very thorough. We never feel like she is rushing away to the next patient and her level of detail during the conversation is excellent. Definitely recommend.
The staff at Quail Hollow Veterinary goes above and beyond to treat your animals like their family. Their staff is friendly and professional. Their costs are very reasonable compared to other Vets I have seen and they are up front about all costs. Our cat is feeling much better after his visit with Dr. Ellis. I will trust the staff here with the needs of our animals in the future.
Looking for a vet?? Go ahead and save yourself some time and money and look elsewhere. They are overpriced & will try and charge you unknown/hidden fees any chance they can get. Plus, their customer service is lacking and will have you questioning if they care about the well being of your pet at all. If you love your pets I would not take them to this establishment.
Update: I have a second cat, with several medical issues, and Dr. Cody gives her the best care. Everyone in the office knows us by now and is genuinely invested in how my cat is doing. I'm so grateful for everyone at Quail Hollow. I have a very fussy cat and they are very good with her here, and they recommend sensible care, instead of the most expensive option
Dr. Berman is a wonderful vet! He is so knowledgable and personable. He took so much time with my dog and even emailed me extra information when I had more questions about an issue my dog was having. The hospital facility is amazing and both pet and kid friendly. Bobby (at the front desk) and the whole staff is so friendly and helpful! We love Quail Hollow Vet!
I went with my daughter to euthanize her suffering pet, and the doctor and staff were both sensitive to her grief and her dog.. The dogs previous care for her sickness was excellent. I was very impressed at the level of caring from the doctor toward our Charlie up to the end even when she gave her chocolate and cheese. What a great person and place.
I worked with Stacia and Dr. Berman today for my kitten's first vet visit and it was outstanding service! Due to COVID, we checked in curbside and my kitty was picked up from the car for his check-up with the doctor. I received great notes about his visit and feel like they really care about my kitten's well-being. I'm very happy we found them!
Dr. Berman and the team at QHVH are amazing! Everyone is super professional and the customer service is top notch. They explain everything they do or will need to do, so I take comfort in their transparency. They even do a follow up phone call to check on your pet after a visit. Definitely recommend to all pet parents!
Dr Berman and Dr Ellis, and the entire staff at QHVH, are absolutely AMAZING!!! They treat my fur baby and our whole family like their family! They really care about your pet, as will take the time to really educate you about important details regarding your pet’s health and wellness. I’m so grateful we found them!!!
After a few visits here. Each time all staff is friendly, professional and on point with what they do. I super appreciate when discussing a bill or procedure/treatment everyone is very knowledgeable and can be detailed if asked a follow-up question. I couldn't be happier with the care my Shiba-Inu has received here.
This is an awesome veterinary office! The staff in very, very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Prices are more than fair and they go over everything with you before anything is done, so you will not be caught by surprise with prices or procedures you weren't expecting. Couldn't be happier with this place.
I have had Roxy going as a patient there since the first year we adopted her (9 years)...Dr Berman and his team are amazing..I never felt pushed to do any unnecessary treatments (which I have had happen with my prior 3 dogs at other Veterinarian practices) and they always fit me in when I need a quick visit!!
Dr. Berman & his staff really go the extra mile in caring for my dog, it's nice to see my dog feel comfortable at the vet as a result. Dr. Berman is a great veterinarian my dog had surgery a couple weeks ago & it was performed perfectly. She is good as new & the cost was very reasonable for my budget.
The whole team was very friendly and helpful and able to get my newly adopted German Shepherd in quickly when I described his issues and prior history. The exam was very thorough. No stone left unturned but also not overdone. I believe he received great care. Photo of him in the waiting room.
This place is literally the best! Dr. Berman runs an amazing office with competent, polite, and friendly staff, which made dropping off our cat for surgery a bit easier. They were communicative every step of the way and took great care of Iris. We will not be going any where else!
Dr. Berman and his staff were helpful and always pleasant to work with. They provided excellent care to our well-aged K9 for years and helped make it a peaceful ending for our four legged friend when it was his time to go. Would recommend/use their services again in future.
From making my first appointment with the vet to the actual appointment, everything has been superb! They were extremely attentive to my dog and her needs and even called and followed up to check on her. Would recommend this office to anyone in the South Park area!
Dr Berman has been my dog's Vet since we adopted her 11 years ago. And as she grows older, Dr. Berman's care remains compassionate, professional and adapts to her medical needs. I feel very confident each time I bring her to the Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital.
Love these guys. Staff at front desk and Dr are all super nice. Dr takes her time with us giving our dog a thorough exam. So far we have only been for routine puppy check ups though. Our dog never seems to be nervous. We will def continue to us Quail Hollow.
This place is amazing. We rescued our little pup and the last vet messed up so bad he got very sick. Quail fixed him right up and offers amazing care! Expensive, but you get what you pay for.. Excellent value with fantastic care. Highly recommend.
My cat, Reno has been a patient at Quail Hollow for a while and they are amazing. Awesome and caring staff and phenomenal doctors. The doctors and staff love animals and it shows and they know what they are doing. My cat always has a good
We have been to several different vets in the Charlotte area over the last 20 years and we are so glad we found Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital because they are the best. The vets and staff are great and our dogs especially love Lindsay!
I just got a Labradoodle puppy. At 62, this is the first indoor puppy I've ever "owned" (although he would probably debate who owns who), and so I was nervous and mindful about doing everything right. After talking with a number of "dog"
Dr. Whitlark is THE best. She was recommended to me by a family friend I have been going to her for years now. She is careful, kind and treats our dog like her own. The office admin has been great whenever I have needed an issue resolved.
Dr. Berman and his staff were very warm and welcoming. During the examination, Dr. Berman was thorough and explained everything. He has a great manner and never seems rushed. Great experience overall and the location is very convenient.
Everyone was kind, fast and efficient! Bless y'all for doing an amazing job for us and our pets despite Covid! I love and appreciate each and every one of you! Many thanks! Tigger says "Many thanks" For his excellent care too!!!
Dr Berman , Dr Whitlark , Stassi and the rest of the staff are always amazing! My dog is an epileptic so she needs special care . We’ve been going there for almost 7 years . From year to year the best care for my girl Gracie .
Very attentive, responsive, and patient. Answered all of my questions in great detail. Really made me feel comfortable about leaving my dog in their hands. Special shout out to Stacia and Tanya for all their assistance!
Every time we have taken our Goldendoodle in for anything, we get terrific and caring service. In particular, Tanya L. always treats our little dog as if she is her own--who could ask for more than that? Great job!!
My crazy pup, Tuffy, loves this place. She just has to go visit everyone if she hears their voice. She's a wild one, but the staff doesn't mind her craziness. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional.
They blocked me on yelp after I left this review but I feel its important to warn other pet owners so here is my original review: If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. If you even like your animal a
Our dog loves coming here and so do we! The staff are all very friendly and love our crazy dog. He is very comfortable with them and they take time to talk to us about everything and we never feel rushed.
They scanned a cat we found nearby, free of charge and took the time to try to locate owners. Owners never did come forward and cat was rehomed and we never paid a bill. Thank you for being great people.
Dr. Whitlark and her staff are simply amazing. They are kind and I trust them with all of their medical decisions. My dog Jill is super nervous but does well with her staff. I can't thank them enough.
They are the very best from kittens to elderly cats. Simply put, they are wonderful people who are experts in their field of caring for animals whether kitties or puppies and probably chickens too
Run don't walk away from this place they do not care about your pets and the new receptionist is not a nice person, very condescending and rude she should not be in a customer role....
Super kind people with a clean facility. I really feel they want my dog to be comfortable while at the vet and will do what it takes and what I'm comfortable with to make that happen!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Berman is so kind and they work you in when emergencies arise. They always explain options and take time to answer questions and concerns!
Dr. Culbertson is so thorough!! Very approachable and professional while being caring and concerned! It was a positive experience and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming!
This Veterinary Hospital treated my little buddy Dewey with so much care and attention. I seen results the next day that just made me feel better about his health and well being.
Couldn't have been a better first experience with a new vet. I don't plan on taking Bailey anywhere else. Loved Dr. Maffelo and Anna out Vet Tec was a sweetheart!!!!
We love Dr. Berman! The staff is always super friendly and helpful and we know our pups will be taken care of when we drop them off for tests or dental cleaning.
Amazing vet takes awesome care of my cat who has asthma. Both the doctors and the techs are kind, caring and very helpful. Definitely worth the 30ish min drive!!
We love Quail Hollow Vet. They provide excellent care/help for our three girls (dogs).Dr. Berman and fantastic staff -- all wonderful!
The staff were friendly and cared about the health of my cat.
