At first, I had a lot of hesitation to join this gym. I'm 39 years old and after going to this gym for 9 months, I have never seen results like this before. I thought there was no way that a 20 minute workout could be as beneficial as the staff was telling me. This is hands down the best gym I've ever been involved with. The gym and staff are absolutely amazing but the results are unbelievable. Before joining this gym, I used to go to a regular local gym and workout for 2 hours a day at least 4 times a week. I now only go to this gym 3 times a week and spend no more than 30 minutes each time. I recently went on a 5 day backcountry hiking trip carrying about 50lbs of equipment/water. Usually I would prepare for these hikes by doing specific exercises at the gym however, I specifically relied only on these workouts to give myself a real life gauge of the shape I was in and to put the workouts to a test. We hiked about 47 miles with 16,000 feet of elevation change and I wasn't sore at all (other than some blisters and my shoulders on the last day from the straps on my bag). My overall strength as shown both through this trip and the actual comparison of results shown to me each time I work out, are crazy. My leg press alone has honestly more than doubled in 9 months! On top of that, the cardiovascular benefits I gained due to using both the VASPAR and the CAROL bike (each once a week) were one of the most impressive parts of this whole process. I was hardly out of breath even with a steady incline most of the time on the hike. Also, I about a month ago, I decided to go to a boxing gym and hit the bag to see how long I could last. I lasted 7 three minute rounds while also doing a 60 second plank between the rounds. I haven't been able to do that since I was in my 20s. It's hard to believe that these workouts work as well as they do but I can 100% vouch for them. Due to the nature of the workouts, I am constantly pushing myself to beat my results week after week. After 9 months, I am still continuing to see improvement. I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life.

This gym is a rare find. It uses the latest high-tech equipment with a personalized approach. They will meet you where you currently are and help you achieve your health and fitness goals in just minutes a week. The exercises are very effective, efficient, and safe, so you get optimal results in minimal time. This is great for busy people who do not have a lot of time. The workouts are based upon evidence based science and data and, in my opinion, better than personal training and traditional gyms. Whether you are 35 or 75 years old, they have a program for you. They believe in their program so much that they offer a free 2 week intro.

I took advantage of the free trial the gym was providing. Really was not sure what to expect and figured how could I possibly get a full work out in just 10 minutes. Well, I was proven wrong big time! The 3 exercises I did; leg press, chest press, and row, took all of 10 minutes and I felt like I was at the gym for an hour. The science behind the machines and technology paired with it is something you have to check out for yourself. It tracks how you did so you can compare the following week and improve. I would highly recommend it.

Best workout in Nashville!! The ARX machines are a total game-changer. I can get an entire week’s worth of strength training done in less than 15 minutes. The facility is beautiful and you can tell that the staff have gone above and beyond to create the best gym in Nashville. They’re super knowledgeable about all the cutting-edge science that powers these workouts, and it’s obvious that they’re passionate about helping people reach their goals. Next time I’ll definitely be checking out the infrared sauna and Joovv room!

If you're interested in getting a good workout in less than 15 minutes a week, this is a great place to go. They intentionally keep the membership down to prevent overuse and all workouts are with a trainer. That being said, you'll be paying WAY more than you would at many other local gyms. It's a high tech gym with respective prices. I couldn't justify the price despite the great value of time savings. For those who are curious, they offer two free weeks/workouts. You'll be hurting after each.

I travel a good bit and working out is difficult. I was a skeptic - but after running through a couple workouts at Quantify am sold. Kicked my butt after a few minutes. 10 minutes of this stuff is no joke. I can see this being great across a wide spectrum of people - from hardcore gym-rats that have plateaued and/or are looking to find some extra time during the week to beginners that don't like traditional gyms and also want to avoid injury. Definitely hitting this place whenever I am in town.

I was semi skeptical that a 10 minute workout could do anything, but waking up barely able to get out of bed from being so sore has convinced me! I LOVE going to the gym for a 2 hour workout, but that's not always feasible with a busy schedule. Quantify allows me to really get my strength training in with 0 excuses. Josh is so knowledgeable and professional (and he didn't even laugh at me when I was struggling on a few parts). Seriously, I wish I had found this sooner.

I love this workout! I wasn't sure what to think and I was a little skeptical to think a 10 min workout would show results. But even after the first time at Quantify, I am totally sold!! You can feel all the muscle groups being worked and it's just a really enjoyable, fast, effective workout! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming as well, which is very important to me when it comes to finding a place to workout. I will definitely be a regular! Go check it out!!!

I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical going into the 10-minute workout because all my life I've never been told you only need to workout 10 minutes a week. After doing my first 10-minute workout with Quantify Fitness my mind was blown! I left feeling like I ran 6 miles and then some. I was sore for days after and it honestly was the best quick workout I've ever done. I'll definitely be going back!

Wow! I had my first workout and I can sure feel it today! Josh was terrific answering all my questions. I was a little skeptical at the start but wow, again. It is everything he said it would be. Josh the owner was very informative and knowledgeable, great guy, the gym is equipped with the highest Tech machines and a selection of great supplements as well. I got a heck of a workout and sauna time and only about 45 minutes for both. Must try this awesome experience especially since a free trial!
