Usually I was fine with this branch, but this time really disappointing to that lady service . I have repeatedly letting her know what I need her to do and I have giving her all the information. But she keep asking and I told it's on you desk on the beginning and she's arguing with I didn't give it to her . Omg I do really want to her manager to take a look of recording video ,it's really simple as this . Thank you

Worst branch ever, the reps here are untrained. Made me wait over 30 minutes not knowing how to help me. Was not inform to bring specific paperwork by a telephone rep. They couldn’t help me at all. The branch looks like it’s a pop up shop. Very rude reps.
