A small of group of friends and I came to RH over the weekend and had an amazing dining experience from start to finish! We had a reservation for 6 of us at at 1. We had to wait about 15-20 min because the party before us had paid and were sitting at the table still. It didn't bother us much but it was a little annoying to wait when we had a reservation. We got to our table and our server, Nick kindly greeted us. Next thing we know, he treated the table to 3 appetizer plates on the house for the inconvenience of our wait. We were absolutely SHOCKED! We all ordered our meals and everything was delicious. Nick made rounds on our table again and brought back new bacon for my friend because he felt the first side was overcooked without my friend even asking, then he completely took the bacon off our bill. Nick's service was absolutely outstanding. I've truly never had a dining experience quite like this one. Nick was kind, patient and offered great suggestions. He attentive and detailed and our entire party truly appreciated it! In a time where restaurants are short staffed and people are often impatient, Nick shined like a diamond. THANK YOU, NICK!

We came here to find drawer pulls for our new kitchen and we found so much more than we were expecting. The service is outstanding and they really work to make you feel welcome. The historic gallery is gorgeous and a joy to be in - they even have a beautiful café area that would be ideal for brunch (I must try). Rachel was assigned to us and was so patient, helpful and friendly. She set us up with all of the drawer pulls we need (for now) and we will be coming back soon for other items to outfit our new/developing home. Their selection isn't necessarily huge, but it is well-curated so it feels as if you have several options and you don't have to sift through a lot of outdated/bland items. And when it comes to furniture, each item has many different combinations of color/material that can be ordered.

This place is absolutely stunning. My wife and I visited for the first time today and we were just blown away. It is one of those scenarios when you look at an old brick building and wonder if there is anything amazing hidden away from the outside. Each floor (there are 5) is just as cool as the last. I realize it is just a furniture store, but I have never seen one this interesting. It had a museum feel to it except you could layout on all the art. The restaurant in the atrium was a great feature and though we didn't eat (1.5 hour wait) it looked like a place we would truly enjoy. Though 99.99 percent of everything in there is beyond our price range, we will definitely come back.

Decided to stop in here to get some coffee. This is normally a furniture store but 7 year ago they also added a Cafe. The store has some amazing furniture options. The 5 story building has different types of furniture in each floor. While the furniture itself is on a pricy side, each item is unique that I have not seen anywhere else. The Cafe is amazing and you can stay here for hours. The coffee was good but their hot chocolate is best in town. If in store you have to get the hot chocolate. Overall we had a great time here.

This place is gorgeous. Nestled within the Restoration Hardware location is this magical place, the 3 Arts Club Cafe. The greenery plus the chandeliers make the interior stunning and the food is delicious. Our server Zachary was excellent and took care of our every need. We had the lox platter and the lobster roll, all outstanding and to top our meal off, delicious warm chocolate cookies that tasted like they were right out of the oven. Great place to take out of town guests but make sure to make a reservation ahead of time.

Always a must stop for brunch or just a cafe visit. The restaurant is located in the center of the building with a fountain in the middle. The menu is not overwhelming and have not been disappointed by any dish. I understand now they are taking reservations so definitely take advantage of that new feature when visiting. Another secret if you do have to wait. Order a bottle of champagne and they will hold it in the back chilled for you while you enjoy sipping on a few prior to brunch. Also make sure to check out the rooftop.

The atmosphere is beautiful. It’s like sitting in a garden but indoors! They even have a fountain! My husband and I ordered the Cesar salads with salmon. We asked if they had anchovies to add to our salads. Initially our server said no. But when our salads came out we had the requested anchovies!! Nick sd he was able to catch the chef before he used them all to make their Vinaigrette for the salads. THAT is what I call excellent customer service!! If you’re in the area it’s a must try. Don’t forget to ask for Nick!!

Gorgeous restaurant/gallery! My understanding is that this location is one of, if not the OG. You'll find the typical gallery around the circumference of the restaurant space. We went for lunch and it was packed under the gorgeous chandelier fixtures with glass roofing. You won't be able to walk in, highly recommend reservations. They can check your luggage and coat so you can dine comfortably. Food was quite good! Salads are fresh and the burger and lobster roll are so good. Highly recommend!

This place is so lovely! I personally could never afford anything from here, but it's so fun to explore nonetheless. I came in for coffee/drinks at the 3Arts Cafe and decided to explore the store. There are plenty of people who order coffee or a glass of wine and sit and chat/study/work on laptops throughout the store. Don't miss the uppermost floor with the garden and outdoor furniture, where you can check out the rooftop garden! Can't get over how beautiful this place is!

Truffle fries 8/10 Burratta 8/10 Smoked Salmon 9/10 Crispy Artichoke 10/10 (unique dish) Lobster roll 9/10 (yummy but needs more lobster filling) Truffled grilled cheese 4/10 (no taste of truffle) I want to try the avocado toast next time. RH is an aesthetic furniture store with a restaurant and cafe on the first floor. I really love browsing all of the furniture options they have based on the season (winter, fall, summer, spring) and it's perfect while waiting to eat at their restaurant. I highly recommend making reservations to avoid waiting up to 1.5-2 hours. I had their dinner menu with their lobster roll, salad, and truffle fries. Really great food and great service!

A place worth seeing at least once. Very nice quality of furniture, materials and accessories. I was only bored with the white and neutrals everywhere. They should take the effort to show their line of fabrics and colors, instead all you get to see is everything white: walls, paint, and fabrics. That makes it really hard to visualize and kind of color or design ideas for your own home.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I visited the store for an assignment on experiential retail and Nick was so kind to me and offered to answer any questions I had. He also introduced me to two of his coworkers, I unfortunately didn't get their names, but they were also very kind and helpful to me. It is a breathtakingly beautiful store and experience.

Our favorite place whenever we want to dress up and enjoy a classy, super delicious brunch or dinner. The manager here was well mannered. I saw how he trained the staff all the proper etiquette of serving in a high class restaurants. We love to check the designer furniture, decorations, bedroom and linens at the RH Gallery after we enjoyed our delicious meal.

Beautiful dining experience and atmosphere. We had lunch here and enjoyed both the scenery and food immensely. I would definitely recommend reservations. Kayla was our server and she was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere and seating arrangements were both spacious and comfortable. The avocado toast was fantastic.

Right off the bat, the staff is fantastic and is so kind. This spot is so cute and unique. Picture perfect! I loved my drip coffee, it was so good. The RH scramble was also very good. But the steak sandwich was absolutely mouth watering. My husband said it was one of the best things he has ever eaten. Very fun experience

Came for the dining experience and was not disappointed! The venue is exquisite and the food fantastic! Super elegant and sophisticated. We neglected to make reservations so the wait was over two hours. We were starving and nearly gave up but thank God we did not! It was a fabulous experience. Expensive but worth it!

Love the interior of this place! Didn’t know what to expect but the food was great. I got lobster roll and arugula salad and it was a great choice. I was a bit confused about the restroom but it’s on every floor so eventually you’ll find one and it’s fun to window shop after eating.

Glorious. Come here for inspiration or as a time killer before you reservation at the restaurant. Everything is beautiful. Start at the fifth floor and work your way day. Yes it is expensive, but they do have some approachable items like towels. Just a beautiful space.

Truly one of my favorite dining experiences I have had. The interior was stunning, as was the food. I went at night and the chandeliers were gorgeous. Would love to go again in the morning and witness the place with natural sun light seeping through the skylight

Brunch at the RH is an unforgettable experience. While you definitely pay top dollar, the atmosphere, staff, and food are 100% worth it. We came here for an anniversary, and got complimentary drinks. The lobster roll and shaved ribeye are great entre choices!

Great place to go and have a drink and walk around. It is extremely pricey, but the resultant downstairs is amazing. Long wait, but you can buy a bottle and just walk around. Might not be able to afford many of these things, but hey, a guy can dream!

If you like furnitures, this is THE place for you. It is heaven. Hasa beautiful terraces on the top floor and a great patio in the middle of the ground floor. It is a restaurant too.
