Fraud - will not refund your deposit. The car pick-up process and the car was fine, and once we returned the car it also seemed fine at first. They promissed that our deposit would be refunded directly to my bank account in a day or two. Now 4,5 moths later the deposit has still not been refunded. I've been in contact with the firm several times both by phone and email - and every time there is some excuse as to why the deposit hasn't been refunded yet. I consider this as pure fraud!! Stay away from this car rental firm

Car rental not good at all watch when you hire that they don’t cash in on the bond as we have dropped off the car and still no refund of our bond deposit of €2,000.00 - on going emails for two months now - do not hire from them
