I asked an employee to check on a shoe and he said there was one in my size but he had to check out the One customer first, mind you there were two other employees there that weren't doing anything. He checked out three more people after the one that he said and then finally asked one of the other ones to go check in the back. When they went to go check in the back they came back out 20 minutes later because other people had asked them to check on their shoes as well and told me that the shoe was not back there which is fine. And then apparently three other employees came from the back so there were plenty of people around, when I patiently waited to ask for another shoe size the other employee gave me the runaround while they were helping other people on the way just to go check for my other shoe, my entire trip of just waiting patiently was about an hour just trying to check on two shoes. They were rude and disrespectful. I ended up getting some heels from somewhere else because I didn't want to deal with asking any other questions.

The shoes were MAD expensive. And the box only contains one shoe inside. And the only way we could get the second pair was to go to the register and pay for the item first then the cashier would have another employee get the matching shoe. Sounds like to me this particular shoe store has had a couple of robberies and this is there way of controlling loss. Or maybe this is just the stores procedure at all if their locations. I don’t know but I don’t like it. I wanna try on the shoes. If I like them I can pay and leave. Not wait on the matching shoe and then leave.

My handsome son works here and he loves it and is really good with people. He has great customer service that even though his parents were there he made sure his customer came first. Give my baby a raise. This place is the best place to go for your kids for back to school. They always have great selections and a good sale going. I'm a country woman so I was shocked to see how many cowgirl boots they have and even have some cute heels too. Everything from kids to men this is the place you want to be.

Its a thick chick named Kiera that works there, OMG got me wondering did I really come for the shoes nah the whole staff was wonderful @ avenues mall Jax FL 7/8/20 @1-2pm, hopefully they all get raises, because there customer service was beyond excellent, didnt stalk me around, they did there thing and allowed me to have time to shop and find what I was looking for, instead of harassing me, or making me feel uncomfortable great job guys....

My shoe size makes shoe shopping difficult and sad, something I'd never wish upon another woman I can always count on Rack Room to carry a few pairs in my size, not just nurse shoes either!!! Plus the (seemingly?) perpetual bogo half-off deal, clearance racks, and membership perks really add up. I hardly even consider other stores when I need a new pair.

Located in the Avenues Mall on the lower level this is a well stocked store with plenty of sales help. They have a large sign that states buy one get one free but that's only for a very few select styles. A other signs state buy one get one 50% off. Regretfully we didn't find anything to my liking. Other than that it's an ok shoe store.

Went to the Southside location on 11/7 the staff were amazing but the manager or supervisor (some lady) was rude she almost bumped into me and my friend without saying excuse me. She cashed us out and threw the bag and receipt at me. Never will come to this location. The Orange Park location is better and has better customer service.

never give many discounts even though every time my family goes in to buy shoes the associates are always talking about giving discounts if you come int he next time when you purchase your shoes? then the next time you come in they are like oh no it will the the next time.. the next time never comes.

They always have a booo so the shoes are cheap, you can try them before you buy them and even find them online for cheaper. The place is clean and well maintained seems like the staff is well put together. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Love to go in to se wif any new styles came in.

They had my Sketchers sandals in here. Yay! I wanted a black pair and a white pair. They were buy one, get one half off. They were out of the white in my size so the cashier ordered it for free delivery to my home and I still got the same price. My feet are very happy.

The promotions are all bait and switch. I understand fine print and all. Nothing desirable in the store was a part of the promotion. If something is too good to be true, it is. I don't mind paying for what I want, but this promotion is not what it used to be.

Great selection of shoes and sizes. The customer service is a 10/10! There is always staff around to assist you, without smothering you. The rewards program is a great benefit as well. I would recommend this location over others I’ve visited.

Decent prices, but you have to wear a parka at the Avenues mall location or you will freeze in there. I wanted to shop longer but both times I've been there it is too cold to stay in there.

Good store. I bought some shoes because I was needing some. They got a wide variety of them, really good quality, price might be high but its worth it. Would come back to buy more shoes.

This store has a pretty good selection of shoes to choose from. From athletic to dress shoes for men women and children. They have decent prices and bogo specials throughout the store.

This store always gave great deals on shoes for men. If you plan on shopping for more than 30 minutes, bring a coat. The store is cold. The staff are polite and ready to help.
