My most favorite place to get mine and the kids shoes! They have a great selection and an awesome big clearance section too. I've been able to buy from the clearance 90% of the time for the kids and they love them. I think they have been making needed upgrades as well to make them more durable and they now have a "tuff" shoe for the boys and I just bought them so the verdict is still out but I just gave them to them this morning and they love them. Originally priced for $66.99 and they have them for $45 which are the ones pictured. The baby and toddler clearance has shoes from $10-$40 depending on how long they have been out and if they are specially upgrades or not. They have choices for EVERYONE and have never given me any trouble returning anything if we change our minds or I buy without having the kids there and they don't like what I get I can just go pick another pair with no fuss. The guys that work there are awesome and very helpful too. My favorite place to shop for shoes for my whole family!!

I am a very simple person I have one pai of shoes and they are sketchers work shoes I have been to this location several times yesterday I went to get a new pair of shoes. The socks were buy one get one half off. So I decided to get a pack for me and I wanted to purchase one for my 20 year old son all the men’s socks were priced $10.99 it rang up $16.99 the young lady advised that the price was wrong “The socks are $16.99 are you okay with that?” I advised her that all the socks had a price of $10.99 marked on them she said that the pair was miss marked I again told her all of the socks had the same price this just seemed to be BUYER BEWARE I personally will find a different brand of shoe when I purchase in the future I am a consumer and a loyal customer until the business tries a switch and bait situation

Wow! Darielle and Jessica thank you so much! I can't say enough about these ladies that work here. They truly care about you and what you may need for shoes. They both worked with me trying to help me find the right shoes. With my health problems, it has become rather difficult to find shoes that my feet can handle. Going through chemo and the ever changing neuropathy, makes it hard to wear shoes. Skechers is really great for working with you, especially when the shoes don't work with you. Thank you again ladies for really showing you care! :)

I went there the other night trying to buy sneakers from my wife young black man working at the counter of any shoe that was ever it was very excited about playing his game on his phone. So I went home and I called Skechers dot-com and spoke to them on the telephone and they walked me through all of the different sneakers and slip-ons and the different souls that they have in the different support that they have they should have been able to do this at the store higher better people

I Stop by the Regency Pointe store Sunday. I spoke to Ms Jocelyn about my shoes I purchased back in January 2023 . One of them was stretched out. Ms Jocelyn said they didn't have any more until Tuesday shipment. I gave her my phone number and she call me as soon as the shipment came. Hats off to Ms Jocelyn for a well do professional job. Hidden gem of a shoe store ! The employees are positive, enthusiastic and helpful. I have several kids and over the years been to many shoes stores. I’ve even been the the flagship stores of some of their competitors in major cities and never received as good as service as I have here. Highly recommend not only for the value but for the customer service.

Had an issue at work because I wasnt wearing approved shoes. Went to this store and (please forgive me if I butchered your name) Dariel helped me. She had me in and out of the store in record time. She is a great representation of what Customer Service should be and I appreciate her so much. I will always come to Sketchers for my work shoes.

It's a nice place, the shoes are reasonably priced for their high quality, plus they have a clearance section. The staff is fantastic and just the right combination of helpful and leaving you alone to shop. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it was a good shopping experience

Service was great! Nice selection of shoes - mens, womens, and infants. There’s a large clearance section also. They have accessories to go with the shoes. There is also a small selection of clothes. Sweats, t shirts, and hoodies. The BOB collection is fun if you like dogs.

Big selection of styles and sizes. No help except to check out. Pricing is comparable to other places on sale but great selection. Also if you get a promotion you come out about $50 perpair for ladies shoes. MOST IMPORTANTANTLY THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE!

Just found this store tonight. I am thrilled I was able to get four pairs of wide shoes at a great price! So hard to find wide shoes and they have a great selection of shoes. Jocelyn was so nice and helpful tonight too! Thank you!!!

Great manager and staff. The shoe on display we wanted was not in stock. Quickly the manager had researched and found one at another store and had it shipped to our home. That's what you call customer service. Thanks Skechers.

Employees were pretty awesome. Store was super clean and organized. Although I was looking for a new pair of shoes, I hate paying $100, for a pair. So I shopped the clearance rack.

Not sure why this is an outlet. Maybe because there is a clearance section?? Who knows. The women's pair I picked up were $75 and the men's shoes we looked at were $90 each.

They had what I needed. Also got work shoes for my son. They gave a discount at check out for the work shoes, maybe depending where you work. Much appreciated!

I've been enjoying Skechers shoes since 2012, and latest pair is "Arch Fit". So comfortable.

Google says they open at 10:00am I get there and the store says they don’t open until 11:am
