3/13/23 afternoon/evenings. Rude and lazy service. While this used to be a very kind and clean place to do laundry. Today, not so much. While trying to use this facility. I notice it's very dirty. Clothes lying on the floor, restroom don't even try to use. No soap or paper towels. Toilets disgusting. All while the employee just stands there listening to music. She did walk around taking a look at the place. But didn't attempt to clean or anything. While still standing there. I actually saw the lady walk around the counter to usher a person away from dryers that are said to be only for paying customers' "clothes to be washed." Like was that person not a paying customer as well!!. 4 of the 8 washers were being used. The lady was not using them all. The person was just trying to use one of the eight dryers. He did look displeased with her attitude. Honestly, I would have been, too. Afterward, she attempted to act like she was using one more dryer of the 8. The place was filthy. She could have been doing some cleaning instead of trying to stake a claim to her paid for only dryers. I have noticed that the morning time is much cleaner than the evenings. I will let friends and family know this place is going downhill. I may try the morning shift. Seems to be much cleaner in the mornings.

Last night was my first time using this laundry mat. It was very clean and nice but my granddaughter needed the bathroom and the rude lady would not let her use the bathroom because she had already cleaned the bathroom. Now because of my granddaughter not being able to use the bathroom she ended up in the hospital and is sick now! I spoke with a nice lady this morning and I really hope something is done about this situation. The lady last night was so rude not friendly at all and was rushing because she wanted to go home right at 7pm I get it but when you work in a place like that it's customer service first before anything. My granddaughter is in the hospital with Ivy's and other machines hooked up to her now. She is missing school and her talent show she worked so hard on. I will be calling back to see what was done to the rude selfish toilet cleaning lady!!!

The laundry room at my apartment complex was vandalized and so I was in search of a place to do laundry. I looked online and found several with really bad reviews and I thought I wouldn’t find a decent laundromat ugh . The only way to find a good laundromat is to go see for yourself so I did. Once I was in with my dirty clothes....I was amazed how clean and brand new the machines seemed to be...The gentleman behind the counter Mr. Md., was very pleasant and helpful. Music is played and there are snacks and drinks. My clothes were washed, dried better than my complex's’ laundromat. Reasonably priced and doesn’t eat your whole pay check and I will definitely go back!

Attendant busy loading others clothes, said she would be with me momentarily. She apologized for making me wait but I assured her I didn't mind the wait. She was pleasant and receptive to my laundry order, asked questions according to my clothes care and quickly weighed clothes, gave me approximate completion time and said I also would be called when my order is ready. In fact my clothes were ready well ahead of time. Clothes were clean and neatly folded. I must add that the facility appearance was clean and organized. I plan to use this laundry again.

This is the best laundromat I've ever been to anywhere. It's unusually clean and well kept, and there's a helpful and friendly attendant. They offer a wash and fold service, and you can buy laundry supplies and snacks from the attendant. The bathroom is also unusually clean (with a potted plant), and there's free coffee and even a little book nook. There's an optional smartphone app to pay for the washers, but it's a little glitchy - I just used quarters as usual.

This place is one of a kind. Clean, quiet, and the machines are up to date. The employees are kind and helpful. No musty smells like the corporate laundry places. I quit going to Spin Cycle laundromats when I found this place. The dryers work well and the timing on the machines are fair. No need to constantly keep feeding the dryers. Highly recommend this place

I loved the store on Morris. Then I just discovered this sister store that's closer to me. I'm not disappointed. Like the older store, very clean and nice, friendly staff. I like their variety of machine sizes. Plus, I often use their wash&fold service. Not every place that claims to do your wash for you can be trusted. These folk can be. Rates are reasonable.

This laundromat is great they have all the supplies you would need for laundry for sale at the counter. It's quiet, clean and cool inside, not too hot or stuffy like most places. The machines are all new and well kept and there was plenty of machines available to keep my loads together. …

Very clean, staff is super nice and helpful, and they sell all the supplies you will need (multiple types of detergent, dryer sheets, etc) at very reasonable prices. We were traveling through on a cross country road trip and needed to do all of our laundry and this place was perfect.

Fantastic facility and everyone I dealt with was super nice. I dropped off a king size, knit weighted blanket for their wash and fold since it wouldn’t fit in my home machine. The service was fast and their prices are outrageously reasonable. Definitely coming back!

The employee that worked there was very helpful and kind. And the only thing I can say bad is that people leave the laundry mat when they have clothes in the dryer then don't show up till like 30 mins to an hour after their clothes are done.

I dropped off some clothes for wash and fold. Glad to see a fully-attended laundromat with an office. Dropped it off mid-afternoon Friday and got it a couple hours later, which helped my efforts in ABQ enormously. Inexpensive and reliable.

Absolutely amazing! It’s got the giant jumbo washers and dryers and is super clean. You are also missing the common rift raft you see at laundromats so it’s more pleasant. This is the only place I go now. Best laundromat in town!

Their wash and fold drop off service is amazing, and they always do a great job. The place is always clean, and the people there are friendly. This is my go-to spot when I'm in a hurry and need laundry back fast.

Big lady with the blonde hair is rude to the max and lazy the most. You ask for the restroom key and she makes you wait until she feels like she's ready. Shell see you standing there and will just look at you.

I've been taking my laundry there for the drop-off service for a couple of years and I've never been disappointed. The girls and the owner there are great. Great prices, fresh clothes, and clean environment.

This is by far the cleanest, and most peaceful, laundrymat I have ever been to. The plants and the music give it a great atmosphere, and the people that work there are always so very kind to me

Everything was clean!! Really nice lady working there was nonstop cleaning. She even cleaned behind chairs. Wiping down machines after we used them. Keep up the good work and God bless!!!

Great service! Took a king sized comforter in and asked them to clean it as I had errands. Was only $14. Would have been at least $5 if I stayed to do it. So for $9 I got back 2 hours.

This laundry is clean and most machines were in working order. The lady working there was cleaning the whole time I was there. The bathroom was clean but was out of paper towels.

This place is soooooo clean! The floors,bathrooms and dryers are immaculate! And the washers are gleaming! Staff is friendly and they have lots of regulars Highly recommended.

This is a great laundrymat! Clean, friendly staff, plenty of washers and dryers. Washers & Dryers are newer, Plus the dryers actually dry the clothes. Highly recommended!

It was not crowded and the prices are just right the only problem was it was just a little cold in there and it's probably because it's been cold in the mornings

Great place to get your laundry $1.75 for the wash, a quarter gets you 8 minutes in the dryer. Only reading not five stars is no change machines work.

Clean and great staff. Everything you need to complete your laundry needs. Only ding was the dryer didn't get hot enough to dry a small load

It was good, small washers are $2.50 and big washers are $4.50. Dryers are $0.25 for 8 minutes. I went in at 10am and it wasn't super busy.

Nice and spaceful and the attendee there was nice and helpful it can get busy on certain days but today was nice and not crowded
