My husband sold his property in Phoenix and we dealt with Tasneem Rangila. What an extremely clueless person she is (rhetorical question). My sister Mrs Fathima handled the process of the sale as i live in Chatsworth. From day one Tasneem has been a problem. She does not speak to me but through me. My husbands ex partner is on the bond and my husband has his reasons for divorcing his ex which is of a personal nature. Tasneem was so judgmental and since then her dealings have not been satisfactory with me. She speaks through my sister to me - she never addressed me directly even though i am the owner of the property. Whilst the house was still not even lodged she confirmed with my ex exactly how much she was going to get from the sale. When i asked her about this she denied but she also gave me that very same information. She is clueless about customer service. Since this is my first time selling a property this process is new to us. Instead of guiding me when i had queries her reply would be "contact the attorney" as she does not know. I understand that as an estate agent she does not know the legal intricacies however the proper response would be for her to find out and get back to me or to get the attorney to phone me. I had to phone and run around. The reason i am selling my house is i am unemployed and i dont have the means to keep running behind and making calls to incompetent people. Furthermore the fees charged of R40000 from the sale of the house should cover for all the customer service that was required from this. I am confused as i was told by the attorney that her job was done when the house was sold. So there is no after sale protocol seeing as though you are getting a fat payment from the sale of the house. She did not even do much selling on the house as my house sold itself. My suggestion is that Tasneem should not be selling houses. She has zero customer skills and an attitude to match when i addressed her on it. And now when it comes time for my pay out i have not heard anything. As usual she tells me contact the lawyer. I think she gets paid only to refer the matter to someone else or am i mistaken. Even the star that i gave is merely cos my post wont go through but she isnt deserving of such. I have her messages on my phone should someone who is serious about customer issues contact me. But personally i will not recommend them to anyone. Same review will be posted on Hello Peter.

Buying a house not for the fainthearted but we had an amazing Estate Agent from the Rawson properties Phoenix by the name of Seshni Chetty . She walked us through the whole process which started with viewing a couple of prospective properties in line with our budgetary constraints, She was very friendly and professional and very down to earth throughout the whole experience and we managed to purchase a property that fit our criteria and our living arrangements. The whole experience was different from the other listing agencies in the neighbourhood and would like to thank Rawson properties for having such a wonderful individual and may youcontinue to bless other prospective buyers with a wonderful professional level of intricacy and knowledge in looking for a property and purchasing a property. In A nutshell this was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this company and specifically the estate agent if you’re looking for a house thank you so much Rawson property Group.

They are a nightmare to work with! When I needed my deposit to be paid back, it processed in bits and pieces! I’ve been waiting for two weeks for them to pay it. They have excuses and they don’t give feedback. I am calling them everyday without help! I am really tired with these people. Sharon and Avirash are really a let down! From the beginning the experience has been horrific! we had no lights for 10 days because the house they put us in was owing the municipality over 40k. No one told us until the municipality cut the power on us! We were promised that the house was going to be fixed before we moved in, that didn’t happen. The house was filthy! Leaking taps, stove not working and more! They are crooks! I’m so disappointed because no one seems to care about the tenants! I have never missed rent not even once! Never late and always o time! But when I want my deposit I need to run after them for it! Really a nightmare to work with!

BEWARE OF TASNEEM RANGILA! I gave her my rental property to manage and what a pathetic human being she messed up the whole rental and now I'm sitting with tenants that don't want to move she is absolutely clueless and only for the money! I had her removed as my agent and Nash and Ashveer took over and what a wonderful job they have being doing fixing up Tasneems mess even the receptionist is wonderful besides these 3 people at this branch everyone else is a joke!if you want to end up with more worries and headaches and lawyers then Tasneem is the person for you God only knows how she even qualified for this job!she doesn't even communicate with you or the tenants and any questions you have she cannot answer you instead her reply is "I will ask my principal and get back to you" In my experience shes no better than a con artist! Run as fast as you can when you hear her name TASNEEM RANGILA KARMA ALWAYS COMES BACK!

Your agent Sharon Chetty advertised a property for rent on private property. I contacted her to make enquiries. She is the most unprofessional agent I ever came across. Apart from her not answering questions properly and timeously she is so evasive. She even went as far as asking my inappropriate questions such as a picture of myself because she couldn't see my picture. However, her picture is also blank. When I give her a link to my profile she responds with "O". After frustrating me to a point of no return she has the nerve to tell me she can't assist me. When I ask her to give me the details of an agent who is able and available to assist she tells me that she is the agent. Why on earth do you people advertise properties for rent when you refuse to assist the client? Pathetic service to say the least. Keep it up and you will lose all your clients.

Very bad service. Was lied to from day one of meeting the agent Ranjini Naidoo. Everything she said was a lie. She insisted on getting all our information and then just made excuse. We had to keep on phoning or messaging her to get information but got more lies. We had to contact management only to be told that the agent wasnt doing her job properly n should have spoken the truth from the beinging. The agent showed us a house that someone else was already purchasing. She insisted on having our banking details and salary slips as well as verbally told us she put thru our otp and that is why she was going thru with the process. When she was questioned why she isnt keeping in contact with us she says she was unwell n when she got back to work she found out the owner no longer want to sell. But management confirmed that the house was sold.

Not even worth one star. Absolutely pathetic service. The most unprofessional people you will find. Don't ever use Rawsons Phoenix you will be making a huge mistake. Speak to Sunitha, Sharon Chetty and Avirash about K & S Govender. There is still monies outstanding that is owed to us. Every time we enquire about outstanding money there's always some excuse. They have got no idea what they are doing there. We had to sell our property simply because Rawsons didnt do their job properly. Im absolutely disgusted by the way that they handled the renting and sale of our property.

I dealt with Rawson Phoenix Branch when buying my first property. The Agent I dealt with was Famedha Ashanand. And it was an absolute pure Pleasure to deal with her.Because it was my first time applying for a bond or even getting a property I was completely clueless in the entire process,however famedha went over and above her duties and ensured she took away every stress from me through the entire deal and made it seem a smooth sailing process. I would refer Famedha to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
