We went to this store around 2PM. Walked around the entire store, beautiful one-of-a-kind fixtures, bathtub, sinks, etc, however we were never approached by any employee for assistance. It was not busy, we were extremely disappointed and won't return.
They have the best selections in the city... If someone can leaves this place without buying anything then they have 0 sense to design and style ... I thought I have to go back to Europe or NYC to find gorgeous and elegant hardware... nope

If you can't find a part, they have it. It's my #1 source for exotic, or hard to find door and cabinet hardware. Staff is excellent and super helpful. Highly recommend.
