I have been buying booze here for years. It is so much better than the totally disorganized Beddington location. They rarely run out of anything at the Coventry location. My favorite person at this spot is the Asian Lady (sorry I should know your name) She is a sweetheart and has been working there for years.. The manager is also very friendly and well organized... They have a new lady (couple of years now) that is not my favorite (Grumpy) so I just line up at a different till. The younger (Tough guy, lol) is hard to get a smile from but he is coming around now and seems to be a very good worker. Keep up the good work as the store is great!!

The customer service at this location could use some serious upgrading. The mid 50’s (I assume supervisor) was quite rude when I asked if they would price match. I had taken a screen shot from another locations Facebook ad and had no idea that sale was over.

Love the friendly customer service and the good variety. There are lots of good sales and the staff are knowledgeable. I've gone to this location multiple times and the cashier is very cheerful and the staff working on the floor are really polite and sweet.

Wine rang up the wrong price. I politely mentioned it. It took a while for them to acknowledge their mistake and were rude to me. They never apologized, and did not handle the situation in a professional and respectful manner.

Hated the poor customer service, if you misunderstand what I said, ask a question instead of guessing. Horrible place, I will never go back and waste my money and time for this place. Really bad cashier wow

Doesn't participate in Superstore Liquorstore flyer pricing. Over-priced compared to Liquorville, Costco, Liquor Bank, Wine and Beyond, on and on and on. Don't waste your time.

Worst experience I have ever had at a liquor store the elderly lady there was so mean I will never come back I didn't even buy what I went in for.

Never have on sale items in stock and also they don't answer the phone so I can see if something is in stock! Come on get it together....

Good prices and friendly staff. Variety is good but mostly popular beers, wines, spirits rather than a lot of specialty products.

Great priced liquor, the place isn't fancy but is exactly all you need. The only downside here is the beer isn't Ina cooler.

The older lady that works here is EXTREMELY rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Just be nice. Wont be returning!

Well stocked, wide variety of commonly consumed alcoholic beverages. Coop offers the 'better' stuff.
