This is the absolute worst bank ever. I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to bank here. They suck, the auctioneer service is terrible and they do not care about their consumers. I will be closing my account and will never bank with Regions again.

I opened a couple of business accounts in June after being disastified with banks like Wells Fargo and Chase. All of the Regions Bank staff at the Anderson Mill/Research branch have been attentive and supportive of my business needs.

Be careful!!! They will make a mistake and charge you for it!!! I am closing this account and never looking back! I hate leaving bad reviews but the phone customer service agents are rude and incompetent!!

It's not the location. The problem is the stupid automated system that sucks... I wanted to talk to a person not go round and round with a computer.. ugh …

Everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful. I never have any issues banking with Regions.
