My wife dealt with Brianna she was amazing to her at first type of person that always takes her work home with her she contacted my wife saying she was approved she had a specific make model and colour in mind so she was looking to get from 2 other dealerships and if she couldn’t she offered to wrap once the approval was granted per Brianna she fell off the earth no text no calls no reply to emails. My wife then called and was talking to farid assures her she would get Brianna to call but now he doesn’t answer! everything was about Brianna having a family emergency but then my wife called and talked to an Andrew? he was really nice advised her Brianna was on the phone at the dealership and would call back…. No call I get there may be positive experience but take ours in account when using this dealership

UPDATE ! They will say anything to sell you a car. Sold me a car with issues. Sold the person I recommended them to a car that’s a complete POS. When contacted they do nothing but run you in circles. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I am an anxious first time buyer. I know I’m difficult. The ladies that handle me were patient and understanding. They worked hard to find me something that fit my needs. I haven’t received the car yet but based on my experience so far I would absolutely recommend their services!
