Terrible. Booked for 6 of us to spend the night. The cost was just under £200 which wasn’t bad, however when I went to check in, a £200 cash deposit was demanded. I spoke with other guests that did not have to pay this deposit. I did not feel safe handing £200 cash over so requested that the amount is provided on a credit card. This was rejected. This is an absurd amount for bedrooms which resemble that of student accommodation. I decided that I was not going to spend the night at Riley’s Rooms so requested a refund. This was rejected. Fortunately I was able to book the Travelodge for the same price, which was more welcoming and professional. I would avoid this place.

The location is amazing, rooms spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The hospitality and kindness of all the staff was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying 2 nights longer than we expected and would have stayed longer if we could. The bar downstairs is homely, friendly and a very welcoming and enjoyable place to pass the hours. Really looking forward to returning.

Although I wasn’t able to make it to my booking @ Riley’s rooms. I have to say James the manager was totally amazing in supporting me cancel my booking and refunding me, when in fact he didn’t have to as the error was not made by the hotel. If the service at the hotel is anything like I received you WILL NOT be disappointed. Great service / support. You really did go the extra mile doe me

Good atmosphere staff friendly and helpful also clean and tidy. Outstanding karaoke which makes all the punters become there local. I travel from the Wirral by taxi cos i have an injury in my leg. Brilliant and customers become friends with each other even though it's through going on a regular basis.✔✔✔✔✔

Room was small for a double. at £80 a night it felt overpriced for what it was , bathroom sink tiny with powerfull tap 1st few uses then you learn about its power. but on a plus point the room was very clean. wi fi didnt want to work most of time , shame guests dont get a discount on drinks In rileys pub

Had an fantastic stay. The room was absolutely spotless, staff were brilliant and friendly. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We’ll definitely be back

Highly recommend Rileys Rooms. Clean comfortable rooms within walking distance of the centre and 4 mins from Liverpool Lime st station. Lovely staff too.

Drinks are quite expensive, the night we called in there was karaoke it was so loud that I had to shout at the barman to order our drinks. We will not being going there on Saturday again.

The staff r amazing!!! Always remember your round always friendly!!! Some of the best staff I've seen if I still ran pubs I'd try Rob them!!! A asset 2 ur business!!!!! 5star from me!

Was a good little bar, a bit small for large group meetups , good pint, most importantly friendly staff, didn't hear a bad word said all evening. Good location to Center too.

Fabulous pub. Watched the Champions League final here and no matter what part of the pub you were in, you had good sight of a telly. Friendly staff and great beer.

Not a bad little place. Nice old fashioned pub with an indoor smoking area out back. Good prices. Gets very busy so be prepared to stand. Will return.

Always a great atmosphere in here and is always full of real characters, try to stop by for a drink whenever we're in the area, it's rarely quiet!

This is one of my favourite pubs in liverpool great karaoke with Danny and Shaun and the staff are brilliant love it, and highly recommend it

Great place to have a drink with your mates. Warm and cozy atmosphere. They also have rooms to rent now if you want to stay the night.
