Since our regular coffee place changed its operating hours to shut early, we (the night owls) desperately need a substitute for good coffee and sandwiches. By chance, we discovered #RoadHaven Cafe, just next to the Western Freeway, which is open 24 hours and serves all-day breakfast. The best thing is they have this egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich with a medium coffee deal at $9.90. We usually order this deal with mocha. The coffee is nice, thick, and creamy, and they also make the sandwich fresh, usually served hot. I love that they are using fried eggs for the sandwich instead of runny eggs. However, once in a while, you will have one wait staff that is irresponsible and doesn't do a proper job of heating the food or telling you the food is not available because they don't want to make it. $17.80 for 2 sandwiches with pork and gravy no butter no extras, the lady that served us was extremely rude, as there was no more sandwiches made up she said "I will have to make them up for you" ( In a stern voice) then when we had to pay she was quiet at saying the price and we did not here her i handed her $15 and she looked at me and said in an (angry voice) I NEED MORE THEN THAT! If you don't like your job in hospitality don't work there!

Literally just saw the worker here in the toilet on the phone the entire time, wearing the blue food safe gloves they use to prepare and serve YOUR food, proceeded to walk out the the toilet without washing his hands, still wearing the blue food safe gloves and return into the kitchen area..... yeah, I would pass on any food in this establishment, and may god have mercy on their souls.

Service was very slow, 30 minutes to get a takeaway drink. When I got my drink it was cold. The barista seemed to be new/unsure of what they were doing and needed more help than was available and the cashier uninterested in assisting or servings. It’s a long weekend, people will be stopping, they needed more staff, and more training. Should’ve gone to Maccas.

Lasagna was hard so I returned it I was told it's 2 weeks old and this was store policy this was confirmed by the manager. I went to MacDonalds after that. Won't be eating anything from there again

Rubbish food takes hell lot of time ..There is an middle aged lady cooking food in the kitchen & a girl on the counter both of them extremely rude & least intersted in doing the job ,Extremely rude n arrogant , It is just sort of that bad attitude which she is carrying like I do not care ..Sheer waste of money

Rude service, awful food. No dressing on the dry salad, no ham on the parma. Asked for sauce options, was asked "well what do you want" and my partner was given a broken fork. Not even a trucky would call this joint satisfactory.

Just left there. Very rude service as though you were troubling them by ordering. If you hate your job don't work there. Food was cold and coffees really bad. Burnt, bitter flavour and our lates where flat whites.

Terrible service. Long waits for coffee. They take your order and money and go do their things lime serving other people and do t care that you are waiting. Coffee tastes like water

Has to be the worst breakfast I have ever had. The roll was stale and there was definitely no love in the food. Maybe eat a napkin instead as it will at least taste better.

Possibly the worst ever bacon and egg sandwich known to man. Save yourself the hassle and just eat at maccas. After this experience I will never eat there again

The moment i got out the car it smelt like sewage. Inside there were various meals from last night on tables. Floor dirty too. Felt very dirty.

By far the worst chicken burger i've ever had, do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's.
