10/10 experience and I have already recommended Rodan to everyone and anyone who would listen. My partner and I had such an incredible experience having our engagement ring custom-made here, and I cannot reiterate how incredible their work is. TL;DR - fantastic customer service, beautiful custom work, many options for lab and mined diamonds, and general metalwork magicians. My partner and I walked into their store on a whim in Spring 2022, looking at potential options for our engagement ring. We didn't really have an idea yet of what we wanted and were a little intimidated by big box jewellery shops. We were greeted by Arturo and spent the next 2 hours at the store looking at settings, materials, carat sizes, and shapes. There was never any pressure to make a decision there. Arturo said that this ring is a forever piece so we should take our time finding something that we really want, and that was quite a refreshing take. Throughout Spring and Summer, I tried rings at different retailers but none of them even came close to the experience we had at Rodan. I did try on a ring that I liked and remembered that Rodan does custom designs so I sent photos to Arturo to see what they can do. He replied quickly and had their artist whip up a CAD design for my partner and me to review. It was identical to the photos and had the exact customization that I wanted, and quite truthfully it felt like it was too good to be true. Only it was true, and it did look that good. The turnaround time was less than a week. After putting our stamp of approval, the Rodan team created a clay mould for me to try the model ring on. In the Summer, we went to the store to try the model ring on in combination with the center stone. There were many options at different clarities, sizes, and shapes, and there wasn't one that quite hit the mark. We asked further if they were able to find something that we wanted and they were able to source what we wanted. The turnaround time was pretty quick after that and we picked up the final product in about 2-3 weeks. I don't think that I can rave about my experience any more than I already did in this review. I had a very great experience with Rodan Jewellers with resizing my wedding and engagement rings. When I entered the store on a busy Saturday with my husband to consult with the ring resizing, I was a bit worried that we were going to be ignored. However, even though all the associates were busy with a customer, they let me know that someone would be right with us. I appreciated that a lot as I felt like they cared about each customer in the store. The service was amazing. The associate really took her time with me to make sure my rings were going to be resized correctly. She did not rush her service even though there was already a line forming behind my husband and I. When I got quoted with the resizing, the associate took the time to explain the reasoning behind the quote pricing and what would happen to the rings. They cleaned the rings also at no added cost! It looked better than when I handed it over to them! It also look less than a week to finish the resizing (3 days to be exact). In all, I will definitely come back to Rodan Jewellers for fixing my jewelry. I recommend them to everyone looking for a local jeweler in Vancouver. There is a reason why they have been in business for so long and why it's busy at their store!

Fantastic jewellers, I always receive amazing customer service every time I come in!! From Deborah, Arturo and the owner I didn’t get her name but they are all very nice. I bought my Tacori wedding band here and was looking at a Tacori pendant also, I decided to hold off on the pendant. A couple weeks later Deborah emailed me to let me know the pendant was 40% off, I asked her to put it on hold and came the very next day to buy it. I wore it on my wedding day. I’m now looking at another Tacori band and Arturo followed up as he said he would and looked into some prices for me. Its great knowing that they follow up with you, when they say they will. I just picked up my wedding band from having the rhodium plating done and it looks just as beautiful as the day I bought it, thank you! I was a bit sad that Rodan moved from Brentwood mall to Main Street as it takes me 40 mins to get there, however it’s definitely worth the drive to come here and now I make a day out of it and visit the other local shops on main st. I love that Rodan Jewellers is locally owned and not a corporate company, the service and quality is 5 stars!! Shop here and you won’t be disappointed!

I am beyond thrilled with the service Rodan Jewellers provided! I had to get my engagement ring resized (which used to belong to my grandmother) and was worried if this would be possible due to how old the ring is. The band has a couple notches near the diamond that are part of the design and it was important to me that the detailing remained prominent. The staff were extremely kind, polite, professional and patient as I asked questions which was highly appreciated. They carefully took measurements of my finger multiple times to be sure the new ring size would fit comfortably. My ring was ready the next day!!! Much sooner than expected! And it looks STUNNING!! They cleaned the ring which breathed a whole new life into it and I cannot stop admiring their work. Rodan Jewellers also offers polishing services which I will be sure to check out in the future. I’ve recently relocated to Vancouver, but have now had the pleasure to work with Rodman Jeweller’s a few times. I had originally overlapped for them 2 years ago when I was on the hunt for an engagement ring for my now wife. A wonderful sales staff by the name of Deborah was so helpful and lovely in helping me navigate the many beautiful options they had, and helped me find a beautiful Tacori Ring that I ended up customizing with a Sapphire centerpiece stone. Ever since then, their customer service has been absolutely incredible, some routine cleanings to even helping us out with a loose stone that accidentally had come out, their team of professionals have always taken great care of us (special thanks to you Arturo!). They have an amazing selection with great customer service, and have my business for life. I’ll be looking forward to the next time I swing by for something new, can’t recommend them enough!

Rodan came highly recommended and I understand why. The customer service was fantastic. I had a fairly clear and specific vision for an engagement ring, and Arturo assisted me every step of the way. The quality of their selection was great, and the option to fully customize a piece was a wonderful option. I ended up finding a perfect setting in their showroom, but wanted to have a gem centre stone, as well as adding an additional alteration. The correspondence was quick and clear, making the whole process so easy. The ring ended up being everything I had hoped for and more. My fiancé has said several times she thinks “it’s the prettiest engagement ring anyone has ever gotten.” If that’s not a glowing review, I don’t know what is. We can’t wait to go back and shop for our wedding bands. I will definitely recommend Rodan to anyone I know looking for jewelry.

I definitely highly recommend Rodan Jewellers! I have had two beautiful custom Charles & Colvard Moissanite rings and a pendant designed and handmade by Rodan Jewellers. The quality of the workmanship, design and styling of each are outstanding and I love them. Mitch created unique pieces that I will treasure for my lifetime. Rodan truly knows how to take their customer’s vision and make a beautiful piece of jewellery. I have also purchased several pieces of standard jewellery (watches, chain, man's necklace) and had multiple pieces of jewellery repaired by Rodan – they are quick and exact and I appreciate their great, friendly service, they always treat me like family. They are on top of the newest styles and have awesome brand-name lines. Rodan Jewellers always seem to have and know exactly what you need - you should go see them!

I am not normally inclined to leave a review, but I'm so happy with the stellar service received from the Rodan Jeweler. My boyfriend and I happened to be on Main Street during a date when we discovered this gem of a jeweler, which was on the last day of its promotion for engagement rings. We had been searching for engagement rings before this visit, but the search proved unfruitful, so we decided to give this jeweler a try. We were then pleasantly surprised by the professional service of Marian who showed us different rings of different designs. She never pushed us for any purchase and took her time to show us many selections. Caroline was extremely kind and walked us through all the offers, explaining everything in great detail. Came to get my engagement ring resized which I was happy they were able to complete within the same day. I had no clue how much it normally costs, but based on my friends reactions I paid a lot more than average. I was told it was due to the stones on the band plus the center diamond wasn't straight. I couldn't tell with the center diamond but okay I was just happy it was done the same day. The downside was the rings they have to try on for sizing are fairly thick bands which in hindsight when taking off is harder than my petite band. I wish they would have realized that and made a better suggestion with my ring rize. That being said, I did want to go back to resize it there as they did a good job. Emailed in March to book another appointment to ensure it could be done the same day again and never ended up getting an appointment.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The people on the inside are fantastic and kind enough. I brought my watch here initially for a minor repair; but when I received it back it started falling apart... I brought it back, and sure enough they fixed it for free! But then when I received it back this time, water started getting into it... Again, they fix it for free - hooray. But this time I don't even know how somebody could accidentally do this. The black 50 has been scratched out on the face. And the size has been increased..? I'm just disappointed honestly. It's embarassing coming back in over and over and and receiving new issues. I don't know if the watch maker is just having a laugh with me, but I don't think it's very funny. This isn't even my watch, so I feel terrible.

I was looking for a family owned local business to help me with purchasing an engagement ring and from the first time I stepped in until when I walked out with the finish product - I felt very comfortable that I got the very best ring that I could have. I had an amazing experience at Rodan Jewellers Vancouver. I recently inherited my Grandmother's Wedding rings, but they needed to be resized and restored before I was comfortable wearing them. Rob spent time with me going over all my options and what the estimated costs would be. He made the most wonderful suggestion to fuse the two rings together to make them stronger (as opposed to building new bands) which ended up being a modest cost-saver as well. I'm so glad we were able to restore them without altering their design. They look brand new again! Not to mention the fact that they were able to complete the restoration in under a week, right before Christmas! Rodan Jewellers really goes above and beyond for their clients. Morning of wedding anniversary #23 and inspiration finally came through - put together a custom piece to add to the Love Lock Sculpture at Queen Elizabeth Park. In a panic, searched for custom metal engraver in Vancouver and found Rodan Jewellers on Main Street, just a few minutes away from QE Park. Carolyn took my inquiry, and then called back to confirm they could do it. Really wanted it back same-day so we could attach the piece at sunset. Carolyn and the team at Main Street came through, and I was able to pick up just a few hours later! Super impressed with the service, and they have some exquisite pieces on display. Will definitely be coming back for something more posh for #25.

I walked into this location with the object of simply getting a quote to resize my engagement and wedding bands. Marian greeted me warmly. We first found Rodan when looking for a new band for my engagement ring as I wanted to change the original one. They were the nicest/ most reasonably priced place we could find and made it super easy to work with them! I found another ring with a band I liked and they made it for me out of platinum + added a different rock to the existing band! Great service leads to repeat customers so we went back to shop with them for our wedding bands and again where met with really good service! Everyone we have spoken to is extremely nice, helpful and always ready to help. I also love that they polish and clean my rings when we take them in.

Rodan did a wonderful job with putting a lab-grown Chatham sapphire into my 100-year-old family heirloom ring. The hand-milgrained detail is just stunning and the ring looks so fresh and updated. Besides the jeweler's great work, I mostly came on here to give the biggest thanks to Carolyn! She was so helpful in listening to my ideas and guiding me towards a plan for the ring. She was knowledgeable about options and walked me through all the price breakdowns with absolutely no pressure or pushing, just to help me find something that would work for me. Wow. I cannot say enough about the amazing service I received today. I came in today with my sister in law and wanted to inquire about altering or upgrading my ring. Rob was so amazing giving me so much information about how they could help me. They made me not feel pressured at all about a timeline or purchasing anything but the more we chatted and looked at rings we found the perfect stone and setting. It was not a 'straight-forward' but after discussing the options we went with the one that would render the most flawless outcome. The work was beautifully done, everything in tact including the engravings inside the 'rings'. The ring was perfectly polished. I broke my custom necklace in half so a friend of mine recommended this place. I came in on a Saturday with my boyfriend to get his necklace fix as well. Rob (manager) said it should be done within 3 days since they are close Monday. My boyfriend asked if it can be done by Sunday cause he leaves for out of town. Rob said he will try. After an hour, I got a text that both of our necklaces are ready for pickup. It was a very quick transaction but such a pleasant experience. I'd give 10 stars if I could

Mitch made my engagement ring from a family heirloom. He is the best! look no further for a jeweller. He worked with me to discover what I wanted, and my partner so the final product was still a surprise. I brought in my engagement ring to make some alterations and Rob was very informative and observant to see all the flaws of my ring that he could help with. Rob is very knowledgeable and able to help me make my ring perfect. They were able to do all the alterations in one day. Very quick service! I brought my wedding band to Rodan to be resized after I lost a lot of weight. They were able to do the resizing same-day, I dropped it off at 10:30 and it was ready at 3:30. My ring looks incredible, they were able to size it down without losing any of the engraving or the inscription. The price in the end was a little less than the original quote as well which was nice. Overall I’m so happy with the service and my ring fits perfectly and looks beautiful.

I bought my fiance engagement ring here and the whole from choosing to getting the size right has been amazing. My fiancé loves her engagement ring and I couldn't have picked this well without the help and support I received at rodan. I originally got the ring sized to a 4 and it ended up being tight over her knuckle. The excellent staff at rodan helped us find the right size and sized it in less than 3 hours. I would recommend shoping for rings here!

Arturo was very friendly and personable. We originally came in to resize my fiance's engagement ring from another jeweler. But Arturo found a better and budget-friendly solution (adding prongs instead) we were so impressed that Arturo did not try to upsell us, that we knew we trusted him and Rodan to make my custom wedding band. I think their, very professional, service deserves 5 stars but I struggle when the cost to repair a clasp or enlarge a ring is more than what I would have been willing to pay for the entire piece new. Jewelry repair workers must be really rare and expensive here. This problem is not unique to Rodan. I have been unable to find a place nearby to size a ring for less than $200, I guess that’s why everyone just wears junk jewelry nowadays.

10/10. Impeccable craftsmanship and integrity working with me to redesign my engagement ring and wedding band. Mitch was honest in what was most feasible and provided prompt turnaround. Unlike so many other “high end” places, I never felt like I couldn’t trust the quotes. I am blown away with my gorgeous rings and am SO glad I went through with this redesign, something I’d been thinking of for many years but didn’t want to invest in.

I was so thrilled with Rodan Jewellers service. I needed my engagement ring resized and they had it done the same day! Kind and friendly service throughout my experience. Andrew helped me with organizing the scheduling and Arturo did an amazing job helping me figure out the sizing and preparing everything and Deborah helped my fiancé and I look for wedding bands that we liked! The place was bright and inviting and I never had a hard time talking with their very professional staff. I purchased a beautiful necklace here before for my aunt who is going to live in other country and it was my farewell gift to her. She loved it so much and every time we do video calls, I can still see the necklace shining beautifully on her. I love Rodan's jewelries. They could last a lifetime.

A certain unnamed high end store wanted to charge me $169 to fix a necklace that was purchased at their store( on top of having to wait 4-6 weeks for it to be sent to Montreal). I wandered into my neighbourhood Rodan Jeweller on Main Street and was quoted $49. It was done in less than two days and did not need to be sent anywhere! And the staff were so lovely and friendly. Happy customer indeed.

Had a wonderful experience finding our engagement/wedding ring at Rodan. Gerry and Marian both helped us, and it didn't take long to find one that I fell in love with. They were knowledgeable and also a lot of fun. 5 star experience all around for engagement ring. Rodan made great suggestions based on what I was looking for and allowed me to change design a few times and managed to hit tight deadline. The finished product was incredible! Beautiful craftsmanship. My fiancee absolutely loves it. Also brought back to have resized(my fault) and they managed to have it back in 24 hours! Rob and his son Mitchell performed an appraisal on my engagement ring yesterday. They took the time to clearly explain everything and were very professional. During cleaning of a very old diamond necklace they discovered a flaw in the setting and were able to fix it quickly on site. Had my vintage 18k gold pinky ring resized the other day and was super happy with the service, pricing, and final results. The jeweller polished it too bout, it’s never looked so good. The SMS notifications were awesome, I was right around the corner when I got the notification that it was ready. It took less than 48 hours to complete!

Always wonderful to shop here. I love that it's locally owned. The attendants are great to work with. They do great in house work, and the owners are happy to work something out with you. Plus they carry Tacori which I'm a big fan of, as their pieces have some of the finest balanced craftsmanship and design.

I recently had a gold chain repaired at Rodan - this was my first experience with this jeweller.
