I started constructing my restaurant buildout April last year and stumbled upon Joel Rosewarn who then helped me with the course of construction insurance coverage. As with many delays related to the aftermath of Covid-19, my construction project was delayed multiple times and the insurance coverage needed several extensions. It was during this time, I saw Joel became an important ally and partner as he meticulously explored options for me to reduce my financial burden as a result of the multiple delays. He took time to follow up with me when my coverages were near expiration and have been patiently answering to my many repeated questions which I should have already understood and known (my excuse being the numerous challenges I had and still have with the construction and now operating the business). I will not go to anyone else again other than Joel. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, because Joel totally deserves it!

this company has on 2 occasions, over charged on automatic payments. once they charged for a whole year in one with drawl for car insurance and another time charged two months in one with drawl for business insurance. in both cases when I found their error, no apology. In addition the business coverage was for a store within the Hudson's Bay they said that I needed $350.00 per month premiums. I figured that they new their business and engaged their services. Later I found that this amount was outrageous and went with AMA for $64.00 a month. When I cancelled with Rogers my sales rep said that she was going to call the Bay and tell them that I didn't have coverage. The Bay said I hope that she does call in the hopes that a good lecture would deter them from trying to take advantage of their licensed departments in future.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at an insurance broker. They are attempting to charge me over double the price of the exact same policy I got from another agency. When attempting to contact them to find out why the policy is so much compared to other quotes I received Carla did not return calls or answer her phone in 3 days even though reception said she was in. Misty was rude on the phone and was not willing to even take a look at the policy saying the "price is the price". I have changed brokers and the price for the policy in question went from 1902$ per year to 846$ per year. Felt i should update this. I ended up paying 560$ with a multi vehicle discount for what they were trying to charge 1902$ for. The prices they want would best be summed up as ROBBERY.

I began personally working with Roger's Insurance after professionally working with them on a charitable event. I have had the best insurance experiences - on three seperate occasions they have done an excellent job. Two instances of note were when my personal insurance adviser Nashila Maherali helped me compare several options to select the best coverage based on some tricky requirements, and most recently when she went above and beyond to provide some back dated information I needed from another company. Our initial core transaction was over and she spent time finding what I needed several months after our transaction to help me out - this was not a job requirement. Called for a home insurance quote and found the agent to be incredibly condescending. She kept making gross assumptions about me that were completely untrue. She kept saying things like, it looks really bad to your insurance company when you hop around insurance providers all the time and when you need something you'll want the insurance company to support you. Made me really uncomfortable, like I had to beg for them to sell me insurance. I've been fortunate enough to have never had any insurance claims up to this point ( knock on wood) but if I ever do, I don't want to be fighting with these guys because "I look bad and don't have the loyalty of my insurance provider."

Dealing with Neel was a great experience. He clarified questions I had for obtaining insurance in Alberta, some things are just a bit different, but the extra reassurance was much appreciated. In the end and after quoting with several different brokers, Neel was able to find me the best price of them all. He did outline differences between companies and their coverages and made the differences and non-covered differences clearly known, so there were no surprises. Prior to using Rogers Insurance, I had spent MONTHS trying to get a policy quote from my broker. Rogers Insurance was fast and proficient. Jessica Yi, made the extra effort to find me the best rates and spot errors made by the previous broker and this resulted in me moving a second policy to Rogers. Nashila Maherali was very helpful in supporting my newest requirements and transitioning a Home Owners policy to a Renters one. Their overall team gives me confidence my policies are in good hands. I transferred my home insurance to Rogers Insurance. The 'new client' representative, Destiny, was professional and helpful.She found me the best rate and the final price was indeed the quoted price. I was able to change my insurance via e-mail and a few phone calls, which was a nice convenience. Destiny was very personable and made me feel like a valued client, even before I officially became a Rogers Insurance client. I would recommend giving Destiny at Rogers Insurance a call for a free quote on your insurance needs. I saved $451 annually on my home insurance from making that call!

The main switchboard always answers the phone and are kindly. The rep I was put through to, to get a commercial quote, initially answered her phone but after that never did or returned a message without a discussion from me to her direct supervisor or some other coworker in her office. I am sad that I had to go to this length to be able to communicate with her. After 15 days I finally got one quote and major frustration. I am sure that the rep is capable and kindly, but when talking to her, she seemed scattered and disorganized. Won't put myself through that again.

I have been using Rogers Insurance for few years, went through few transitions with new ownerships. I can say always smooth and didn’t feel the changes. For the past years I have been dealing with Becca Mansell directly, who has been great at talking to, always very informative , patient and caring, always felt like I was chatting with a friend when asking things about my policy and such. I would like to say our experience with Carla Edwards is one of the best Advisors I have had. She was always there to answer your questions and complete what I asked in a timely manner. When we went through our Fire experience in May 2016, she was there explaining our policy and assisting where ever she could. She always has gone above and beyond for us. Poor service, poor communication I spent a week using Rogers insurance. I needed to make a change to my policy and they acted as though it was a huge hassle and didn't send me any confirmation of any kind afterward, so at the moment I don't even know what coverage I have. They also emailed me a week after I started my policy to say that they made a mistake and it will actually cost me $400 more per year than they initially said. Very unprofessional. There were several other small things this company also performed poorly.

I call for quote for my auto & home insurance. Kendra Warner help me out for quote. She took my details over the phone and told she will send email. I check my email for quote & notice she did my credit check without my concern and she stated in mail she apologies. She call me again and she apologies after that she told i did give my concern. I told no and ask for call record to her. Be aware when you ask for quote. Make sure they dont check your credit score without your concern.

We have had a few agents over the years with Rogers. Most not stellar but still acceptable. The reason for the 5 star on this review is for the work by Joshua Mena. In going through a change in properties, Joshua has been on the ball ensuring follow up, timely advice, forethought, and answering every question I threw at him in a knowledgeable capacity making sure I was sufficiently covered. Very much appreciate that level of service which in insurance seems hard to come by.

I asked Rogers insurance for a Super Visa health insurance, as I trust in their name I accepted their offer that it is the best rate price, they are broker and know the market price, and after paying for the policy I found online a better offer $1000 less then what they gave me, it is tooooooo much amount. And because of them I had to loose $250 for cancelation my policy. Don't trust in them, there is better offers out there, don't waste your time and money.
