Called Roofone this past weekend and the person said he was in the area and would be able to come within a couple hours. Let about 3 hours go by and called him again just to ask if he has an estimated time of when to expect him. He then states I don't know who I am and does not have any note of my address or calling earlier. He the state's he was on his way to Mississauga and does not know when . At that point decided to not move forward with dealing with Roof One. They are probably good at what they do but not managing the client in a positive manner.

The dates for the job where arranged and the job was completed exactly as desired with extreme care to doing the job right including every focus on detail and clean up. His work crew are nothing less pleasant and thoughtful around an active household of people. I rate Steve and his crew 6 stars out of 5 and very highly recommend them.

First time he fixed my roof,next time with wind the shingles came off, poorly done. When called him to come and fix, he said he would come next day, next day it was rainy and I waited for him. But he did not come. He does not keep his promise. His service is bad, not reliable.
