The furniture is not too bad, not too overpriced. I have purchased from this location before with no issues. That was three years ago. Yesterday jan 5th2020 it became a problem. MANAGEMENT is POOR. **** IMAGINE this.. I'm standing at the counter ready to pay. standing directly in front of the cashier on the other side of the counter..We are at the L , and im right next to the corner of the L. I'm buying a 100.00 rug. And ready to hand it over, and then she ask "sir, would u plz move over to this other spot." The other spot was about one foot away. Except on the other side of the L . We were at the edge of the counter. It made absolutely NO SENSE TO ME, so i said.. "no... CAN you not sell it to me if i stand here? This woman, paused, and gave long thought to the situation. It was a big problem for them. And I have no idea why. This blew up, she called the owner by phone, who vision is just as short sighted. He came to assist her. And asked me as well to move.. Stating, every customer stands there... How ridiculous..Again, I explained it made no sense to me, and asked them if they would sell me the rug if i continued to stand where I was. They looked at each other in disbelief and confusion not knowing how to process the fact before them, the gall of a customer like me not to be willing to move one foot. hey owner, why not ask you employee to move? Ever think of that solution? He then said, 'go ahead and sell it to him ,but I want his name.." And He proceeded to ask me not to come back to his store. I can tell u this. Associate MARGIE, and whatever the owners name is..you are a pair of muddleheaded buffoons.. She stated because her drawer was on this side. Should that matter to a customer where you decide to place your drawer? Ever think about maybe getting up out of your chair? Of course not, that would be FAR TOO MUCH TO ASK.. You both will be out of that position soon, and you will remember why. You wanted my name? A servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, and something tells me you both got to experience that exact spot you wanted me to stand in last night for yourselves. In Jesus name, amen.
I called yesterday September 3, 2016 after 6PM. They sales person said they had two of what I was looking to buy, power adjustable splint king base and mattress. It was too close to closing time so I waited to go today. There were several sales persons at the door. I got the feel of pressure the minute we walked in. When I asked for the sales person I had talked to on the phone, the sales people at the door looked at each other like why would I ever ask for Jerald. I thought oh, have I asked for the worst sales person. One of them said he is over there. I asked where are the mattresses. One of the guys said they are back there. I remarked why do they always have the mattresses all the way to the back, a female sales person that was walking up said, "No, the mattresses are just right back at that wall. Jerald came up and introduced himself before we got back to the mattresses. I told him I had called and he said he remembered and he walked us to the adjustable base and mattress. We were relaxing on the bed and my husband asked him "So what is the price of what we are on? The sales man said $3300.00. I said that is not the price you quoted my last night.You quoted me $2899.00 He said oh, we sold those. Humm, I am smelling a bait and switch and told him so. He says "Let em go talk to my manager" Now I feel like the old car sales routine is happening. I went to the restroom and when I come back my husband tells me we can have the power adjustable base with some different twin extra long mattresses for a lesser price than the $3300.00. So we try the type of mattresses that was represented by a queen mattress. The price is still hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted on the phone. One last time I asked Jerald OK what can you sell me for the price you quoted me last night? There is no option. He will not sell the two power adjustable extra long base units without any mattresses. Too much of a bad feeling so we walked out. We will never be back and if I had checked the comments online we might have saved ourselves an unpleasant hour or two going to this store.
I walked in searching for a couch set on a budget and found an amazing one under 500$ for both sofa and loveseat within 5 minutes. When I walked to the center counter to pay a deposit of 20% to hold it so I could come back and pay the rest the next day the two older women behind the counter were genuinely just the nicest ladies ever. We sat and joked the whole time I was up their, when I came back the next day we continued on and she was truly just the heart of that place. Such a sweet and funny kind lady. And as I left she said bye Kelsey! And just that she took the moment to read my name and personalize saying goodbye to me definitely made a difference. The only complaint I do have is as I was at the counter the second day there was an employee on the floor, I never interacted with but as she was in the middle of the store with customers present she very loudly stated to another employee about ten feet behind her “ did you see that chair that sold for $62 yesterday?! I’d have been ashamed to put that thing out with the trash!” And laughed. And it struck a cord with me. We always are blowing up how terrible bullying is but here this lady is - rather the person who bought it was present or not- beating this guy down for buying this chair she apparently didn’t like. For al she knows this man might have no furniture and only 70$ in his pocket. For al she knows that man could end up using this one piece of furniture he was proud to buy new as his chair and his bed for the next two months. Maybe his late wife owned one like it and he wanted to remember her. Or he might not but regardless what the reason I found her remarks extremely rude and distasteful. Other then that couple seconds it was a pleasant visit though
I am writing this review to voice my concerns and disappear with Rooms to go. I ordered bedroom set online on August 26,I loved the set so much that I paid it in full and was willing to wait 2 months for the delivery. On October 26,my furniture was delivered but the dresser had something wrong with it and the delivery crew assured me that they will be back in a couple days with a new dresser then attach the mirror. I did not receive any email for the whole week. I ended up calling on the 2nd of November checking when the delivery is coming so I can be sure someone is home. The rep I spoke with was not even showing that my order wasn’t completed. She offered for another team to deliver but the best she could do was November 17th. I had no choice but to agree, I have already paid for the set in full. Imagine the frustration. She offered me store credit of $50,this can’t buy anything really at rooms to go. I never write reviews or such but this was a terrible experience. Pics of the dresser that was left are attached below. I need to speak with management on this because this is not right. I wouldn’t want another customer to go through this.
Honestly I'm really disappointed on this store a few years ago I spent about $1000 if not a lil more on a therapedic king mattress. The fist few months that mattress was heaven but with in a year or so we started to have back pains and started to notice a sink hole we took it back because it came with 10year warranty and they saw it and I mean you couldn't miss it. They exchange for the same namebrand and again that new mattress was heaven and again a year or so past and started to have back pains and again started to notice a sink hole we took it back and the did same procedure but this time they said it's not enough indentation that it needed to be 1 1/2" indention and that they couldn't exchange it. But they told if I wanted to pay $100 for the difference on a different brand I told them why should I do that when I have 10year warranty on this and besides at this point I was disappointed I didn't wanna spend 100 and get stuck in the Same situation. I mean we payed alot of money for a good mattress and now I'm stuck with a mattress that gives us back pains every day just because theres not enough indentation on mattress but visible.
BUYER BEWARE - (Please read to completion). Rooms To Go does not allow exchanges of mattresses if your bed is uncomfortable or causes you pain. Rooms To Go does not allow exchanges unless necessitated by damage to their products prior to purchase. I'm aware of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Not all that is legal is ethical. I previously owned a Tempurpedic bed and liked it very much because it was comfortable and alleviated my back pain. My girlfriend purchased me a new Tempurpedic bed on October 30, 2021. After sleeping on the bed for several weeks we both found the bed uncomfortable and painful to our backs. We spent over $5000.00 on this bed. Because our previous Tempurpedic bed alleviated my pain we thought it worth the investment to purchase such an expensive bed. We deeply regret doing business with Rooms To Go. We feel they do not stand by the products they sale. As a 100% disabled veteran the ongoing pain I already experience is worsened by the bed we purchased at Rooms To Go, a bed they will not exchange. This seems extremely unreasonable. We absolutely do not recommend doing business with Rooms To Go.
Do Not Buy from them! They lied to me. When I purchased my sectional couch they said it included everything at the show room floor had! When it was delivered it was missing a piece and they said oh no you have to pay additional for that! When I know I asked the salesman if all the pieces are included and he confirmed yes! I said I would have to purchase it an extra $350. I was having my whole family come in from out of state so I agreed to purchase the extra counsel and they said no I could not do it over the phone that I would have to come out and purchase it then schedule for delivery and pay an extra delivery fee. They were rude and uncaring! Also when I was buying that couch they wanted $600 additional for the warranty and when I refused it they said only the couches that they had in stock came with the warranty so I would have to be on a waiting list to purchase the couch without the warranty!! What a scam they’re all the same couches they just want you to pay for the warranty and make an extra $600 I should’ve known right there was a red flag and should of walked!! Very disappointed
After reading reviews about this place, I was skeptical about what my experience would be, but I was actually pleasantly surprised. My husband and I were kindly greeted as we walked into the store and shown to the couches section. Jerry was great and answered all of our questions. They had a decent selection, exactly what I would expect for a clearance outlet. Some couches were parts of sectionals and had connecting components missing, but again, not outside the realm of what I would expect for a clearance outlet store. My husband and I found a nice blue, reclining couch with just a little tear on one side, and the price was great - right in the range of what we were looking for. Jerry got us checked out and the payment process was smooth. When we first walked in, we did see a lot of employees sitting on the couches, and the general atmosphere of the place was less enthusiastic and professional than what you would experience in a regular rooms to go, but our experience, with Jerry in particular, was good. He was kind, professional, and helpful. No complaints from me. :)
I bought a couch and a recliner just over a year ago along with the highest level of protection plan. My recliner has not worked for over 6 months. I have called customer service on 4 different occasions and each time they assure me someone is coming out however no one ever does. I finally got a random call from a technician over a month after he was supposed to be out. He diagnosed a bad recliner motor and said he ordered the part while on site. That was 2 months ago now and still no part in the mail and no technician to fix it. So I called AGAIN and got a girl with an awful attitude named Bre on the phone. She then said that she has no idea what's up with the part just that they don't have it and they have no idea if it will ever be back in stock. She said I will have to wait another 90 DAYS and if they still don't have it by then they will have to "look at other options". I never write bad reviews but this is absolutely insane. Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere else.
I do not recommend this location at all. Came to this location on 1/19/19 and the staff standing near the front door did not bother to speak nor did they ask if I needed help with anything. However, other Non-African American people walked through the door and were kindly greeted with a smile and were asked if they needed help with anything. There was one African-American lady that came all the way from a different side of the store up to the front, to ask me if I needed any help. I spent a total of 15-20 mins in the store and she was the only staff there the entire time that assisted me. All the other staff just looked at me and did not bother to say a word. Very sad to hire staff that only help "certain people". I will never recommend anyone of color to shop at this store for anything. Very unpleasant experience. They need to shut this place down. Period.
1. First time that we bought a table from him, the guys in the back took roughly 27 minutes to help us. Once they went to get the table they came back out and informed us that they had broke the table while picking it up and that was the last one. 2. Came back literally almost a year later and decided to get a dining set. Well the chairs and everything was fine except for the table. When we brought the table back within 24hrs as they stated the manager questioned us as if we were lying and then had my husband unload the table. The manager then proceeded to try to figure out what was wrong with the table instead of exchanging it as they stated they would. He spent almost an hour doing so and made the " executive " decision that the table was indeed defective. Thus wasting our time and patience.
Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service provided at this location. After purchasing a dinning set advertised as brand new in the box , we unpack the merchandise and discover several flaws including some cracks in the wood that was painted over. I call the store back and was told my only option is to disassemble the set and drive over half an hour for an exchange! What's even more deplorable is that the manager talks to me as if it's my fault and even implies that we should have open the brand new box in the store! Doesn't even bother to offer some sort of discount upon confirming the damages! I will never shop here again and will be contacting corporate and the BBB. Don't waste your time here and I'll be sure to spread the word on social media.
In the past, you could find some interesting pieces here-and I do mean pieces-for a sometimes good price. Not any more when I went July 2022. This outlet is full of broken floor models and pieces of sectionals that don't match. This could be worthwhile, but they ask more than other places want for new furniture. They do have some new things that I guess are overstock, but there is no discount. You might find a mattress here, but it's a used one. Its like striking the headboard lottery if all you need is a random headbord! You won't find a deal on delivery IF it's even offered. You're better off buying new. I saw the prices on this broken used stuff and will never go to Rooms To Go to see what they charge new. The salesmen are nice and work on commission FYI.
I have been a customer for rooms to go in different cities over the past 6 years. They have a good furniture but this branch has bad Management. Bought a bedroom from them a week ago after I picked up everything and made it back home realized that they didn’t load part of the bed. talk to them on the phone they said I can come get it and never offered me a delivery on the part that they missed. I went to pickup and speak to the manager Chris and he didn’t seem to care much. He said “mistakes happen.” While unpacking the rest of the room after that noticed that part of the paint was peeled off the drawer chest. I feel like dealing with the management again in this place is just a waste of time.. I am leaving it at 2 stars only because I like RTG furniture..
We bought a mattress 2 yrs ago from Rooms to go Outlet by Hulen mall in Fort Worth TX with a 10 year warranty it's a split king they started sinking in & were very uncomfortable on my back & my husband had a spring in his back they told us to bring them in & they would measure & give us new mattresses but of course they don't carry those anymore so they try to sell us more expensive ones so what I'm getting at is their warranty is worthless also they said we would have to pay more because of Covid has made the prices of everything go up. It was a complete waste of our time to take our mattresses up there today when they don't stand by their warranty. I don't recommend them & we won't be buying anything else from them. You've lost a customer ☹️
Worst experience I ever had at a Rooms To Go. We went on a Sunday to look at some furniture, when we finally decided to get a bookshelf, Vickie help us out, she was very kind and very helpful with the entire process. However, when they sent us to pay for the bookshelf, this old lady who was a cashier, refused to take my mom's passport as an ID, because they did not take foreign documentation as proof. First of all my mom was going to use her debit card, and we explained from the beginning that we were going to use a debit card. Up to this point, we still don't understand what is wrong with using a passport as an ID, all we wanted to do was pay for it. If you don't want to experience racism, we would highly suggest to go somewhere else.
Where to even start. Purchased a creekside 2.0 bed with a dresser trundle and a round kitchen table. Was supposed to be delivered 2/4 however the driver for rooms to go showed up at someone elses house to deliver my order. I called customer service several times to be told they could not get ahold of dispatch. While on the phone with rooms to go customer srevice I am getting serveral calles from so called dispatch that the driver is at my house waiting to be let in. Interestingly I am outside while this is happening and the only person outside my house is me. I missed my sons basketball game for this. All that I got was a we will have to re-schedule. I will NEVER order again. Disgusting way of doing business.
We called and explained that our mattress seemed to have a defect after owning it for less than a year. The manager told us to bring it in so they could test it to verify the defect using a board of wood. We were very worried because of Covid-19 how the mattress would be handled because we slept on it every night. So we put a blanket on my truck drove it 30 miles to the location. After arriving the Manager and another employee came out lifted the mattress off my truck threw it on the nasty warehouse floor, the manager sat on it pushed on it and then told us the warranty was voided because the manager saw two spots on the mattress cover. REALLY! This manager SCREAMED at us to take our mattress and leave!
This store has unique items and awesome pricing. Miguel was so very helpful and extremely patient with my two young grandchildren. He helped us find everything we were looking for with no pressure. He answered all of our questions expertly and he carefully looked over the furniture pieces and pointed out any flaws. Margie, the cashier, was also very friendly and patient with the kiddos. I highly recommend this store. Yes, look the item over carefully before you buy and if you don't want to put a little elbow grease in on a piece that needs it, don't purchase it! I love my beautiful over-sized chair I purchased as well as my 1" box to lower my mattress. The 1" box was quite a find! Thank you, Miguel!
I purchased a lamp. I noticed a salesmen saying this stuff is new. Some was new in box and you can you can tell its dinged. It maybe new, but damaged. I noticed a lamp that looked broke. New in store $130. It was priced for $30. I asked if we could light it up and test it. They said no. I thought that's fine I'll leave it. Not paying $30 for something that doesn't work. A lady came from the back. She said ooooo lets plug it in. Its pretty, i want to see it lit. It worked!!! So picked it up, bought it. When i got home, i screwed it together properly and got a nice lamp. Same thing happened at the Arlington location, except i didn't need to test it. I still use the lamps today. Great deals!!
Bought a brand new king sized mattress and box spring from this store. We were told if we didn't like the mattress we had 90 days to return/exchange. We are 36 days in and the mattress is already developing depressions and is causing both of us back problems. Called the store where we were both treated poorly and told that we were never told any such thing. Furthermore, the bed would have to have 1.5 inch depressions and we would have to bring it to the store for them to evaluate before it could be replaced (not upgraded). I now know why this place has such a poor rating on Google. Might be an OK place for ding and dent furniture but don't buy a bed here. $1200 plus tax down the drain...
My husband and I went to purchase a kitchen table set and a couch for our new home we are building. We inquired about purchasing a table and were told they already shut down everything so we couldn't purchase it. We explained that we live over an hour away and the store didn't close for another like 20 minutes (we had been looking at stuff for about 20 or 30 minutes already). Very frustrating that the sales lady that helped us refused to sell us our furniture and told us to come back a different day. As we were leaving, we saw a different sales person at the computer selling another couple items.
We were not greeted at the door and we had to go and find somebody to help us. The delivery service they use is a second party. The delivery people told us they would be here a little after 7 and at 9:25 pm, I am still waiting. The person who helped us said the delivery included set up and the delivery guy said it doesn't include set up, now they want us to pay $40 extra dollars on top of the hundred they are charging us even though they are late and still not here. Customer service from both Rooms to go outlet and delivery drivers are a big fat 0. We will never return to this store.
Staff refused to sell me a set of dining room chairs! They said I would have to buy the set even though we were surrounded by mismatched sets and were not in need of a table! Never have I been to a business that refused to take my money and offered no solution what so ever. Terrible experience. ASHLEY furniture allowed us to purchase a table without chairs so I'm a little confused as to how ROOMS TO GO, can't outdo or keep up with their competitors by applying the same principles. Plenty of problems created yesterday without a single person offering a solution.
very bad attention do not want to help us open the credit because according to they were already 8:33 and they wings 8:30 close that part of the credits and the uncovered is the part of the furniture. that is illogical that we manage 30 minutes to come and before doing so did not specify anything on the page or in their television ads and when talking to the store manager Alrx said that if the employee was correct and he could not do nothing because it was the fault of the brand rooms togo and nothing could be rude or even apologize
Not very excited about this store. Choices are limited to what they receive on a regular basis. No warranties on furniture comes as is on the up note there's decent prices are prices are marked at a discounted price. Staff is willing to help also but they won't stay on your heels they'll say hello and then direct you to the furniture that you're looking for and then walk off. If you need their help you can come and get them. One of the stores is located in the mall parking lot which might be hard to spot from the road.
The lady in the store was nice when I was ordering the guys in the back didn’t help load my sofa they put it on the bed and walked off. The lady inside said they would help us put it on and get it strapped down. They didn’t do that. They closed the gate on us and all five of the men back there watched us struggle before closing the gate. I won’t be returning. I really like the deals but not the disrespect. If you do plan on buying I’d just get a delivery person to deal with the headache of picking up for you.
First, I want to point out that I have been to a couple several different R2G outlets and this outlet in particular is the cleanest and most organized. Second, shoutout to Vickie for going way above and beyond my expectations throughout my entire experience. I was in the market for a couch (on a very strict budget) and she was tremendously helpful in finding what I wanted AND at a price that met my budget needs!! Vickie answered all of my questions honestly and without hesitation. Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Been here several times before to furnish my 5 bedroom house. never once have I experienced the hate I did today. The manager made excuses for his poor excuse of a staff member who failed to do her job. It cost nothing to be kind and greet your customers! His excuse was that they’re short staffed but yet she’s just sitting at the door picking and choosing who she wants to greet and he’s okay with it! Purchased nothing and went across the street to overstock. I won’t ever return to a rooms to go!
Great place to furnish a new house! Prices are more affordable than the regular rooms to go stores as long as you're willing to compromise a little on designs, colors, and sometimes furniture condition. It's great if you have flexibility with decor! Michael was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The selection is constantly changing but it makes for fun trips to find little gems. Keep in mind you'll have to pick up yourself to avoid shipping charges which may get high.
Fort Worth Location- My husband and I went here looking for a dining room table and found exactly what we were looking for. We walked in and were greeted by an amazing employee named Vickie she was very friendly and helpful. She explained all the prices listed on items and what came with the totals. Once we were done browsing she helped us check out and let us know where to come around to load our purchase. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.
I am highly disappointed in Rooms to go. First of all, an item I purchased came out of the truck damaged and I also purchased a tv console that the contractor would not assemble because he received instructions from Room to go not to assemble it because the contractor wouldn’t be paid to assemble it!!!! That is crazy because online the item specifically says Room to go will deliver and install it. I will not buy from rooms to go in the future. They are deceitful.
The employees there are so racist especially the two elderly women in the finance station . Apparently me and my parents where not able to finance nor purchase a matress in cash because my parents only had a Mexico id, and i only had a paper copy of my dl because i barley got it 3 days ago.... so idk if its just the store policy or whatever but the customer service sucks! NEVER AGAIN. As soon as we walked in no employee smiled and greeted us .
I went to look at some barstools that were in an ad I had just received in the mail. I asked the salesman that was at the front door and he said the sale was over . I started looking around to see if anything interested me,when a sales lady came up to me and asked what I was looking for so I told her I had originally came to look at the barstools and she said they were sold out ! ♀️needless to say I left and wont be going back.
I purchased a small red recliner for my living space Vickie Robb was so very helpful and patient as I looked over the selection. I finally decided on the color I couldn’t live without. She helped me set up my own personal delivery! Vickie was a great sales person. She let me have my space and, showed up in the niche of time!!! RTGO… you have a jewel on your hands with Ms Vickie! I purchased my recliner during the Labor Day sale.
Talk about poor customer service. My wife and I went in to look for a TV stand or something that might work. We were in there for about 30 to 40 mins and not once did anyone ask us what we were looking for or needed. I didn't realize that this was an outlet store, we had looked online prior to going and had an idea what we wanted but we need did find that product in the store. Store had a foul smell and customer service sucked.
We met Jerry yesterday and he helped us with a bunk bed that had no slats. He was courteous and professional and helpful when no one else seemed to have time to talk to us. He got our delivery organized and then called this afternoon. It turns out he found some slats for our bunk bed and suggested I cancel my Amazon order of $100 for replacement slats and come pick these up tomorrow. Jerry was just awesome!
BEWARE! If you buy online or instore you only have 48 Hours to return ANYTHING. I purchased $3700 bunkbed and desk. The bed came with a desk built in, which did not show in photo. I ordered the desk seperate. Did not put together within 2 days and now cannot return the EXTRA DESK STILL IN THE BOX - NEVER OPENED. I call that bad customer service. I knew I would probably pay a restocking fee or shipping.
Fort worth location-it’s been over 2 months and we can’t use our chest due to faulty drawers. Service agent FINALLY came out after 2 months and stated he’s done all he can do. RTG wants us to wait another 5 days to decided what they want to do. Not to mention we still don’t have the bed to our suite and a sliver of wood had already fallen off of our dresser. We will not be shopping rooms to go again.

We entered the outlet on a Saturday afternoon when very few customers were in the store. Thererefore there were plenty of available sales associates and even one near the entrance not assisting anyone. However, we were not greeted nor offered any assistance for the entire 20 minutes we walked through the outlet. Although, the prices appeared reasonable the customer service was extremely poor.
One of the type of place that you'd need to go to see what items are available from time to time. They don't always have the same things. It is kind of exciting seeing the things that they get in..... then..... something speaks to you and you get a great find at an amazing price!! Looking for a few more items for my home, excited to see the options that comes in with their shipment!
My 22 yr old daughter is,looking for bedroom furniture. One of the places we went was Rooms To Go next to Hulen Mall. Oh my gosh. It was not a nice place at all. I thought it would look more like Ashley's Furniture where we had just come from. It looked more like a surplus store. Quite shoddy. Very unimpressive. Don't waste your time. Ashley's was SO nice and lots of helpful people.
This was our second purchase with rooms to go. We were delivered the wrong color recliner and had to wait a month before they sent the correct one. We were also given a broken coffee table, which had to be re-delivered. Third, we never received the lamp that we ordered. In fact, I had to call back and change it out twice. They have everything backordered. What a joke! Never again.
(Dan's wife posting) Salesman Jerryl was helpful from the first moments we were in the store. I brought my elderly mother, who has mobility issues. She was looking for something very specific, and he worked hard to accommodate us, looking in different corners of the store and actually bringing pieces to us on a dolly. I don't remember when I've experienced such good customer care.
Honestly do not recommend buying from this place. I've been calling and calling, even the finance group acceptance now, and I get nothing. I've bee calling when there open and its "someone you have to speak to". Do NOT buy from here. You will get financially screwed. I'm just trying to makes sure my things are in order and I cant get no assistance. Don't waste your money.
Purchased a bed. They do not offer a delivery service but refer you to a third party. Told them I would pick it up myself and asked that they have it disassembled and ready to go for the next day. The salesperson said that they would do this. Showed up with a rented truck and furniture piece had not been touched. Took them almost an hour....expected better.

I had called ahead and they had what I wanted although somehow when I got there it was 20 dollars more per set,2 double mattresses and box springs and two frames, sales lady was very nice,transaction went smoothly. The guys loading furniture could use a lesson or two they would have bent the sides of the mattresses if we hadn't been watching.
Me and my husband specifically came here to look for a queen size set and no one asked if we needed help with anything or if we were looking for anything specific so we just left. We are a young couple maybe they thought we were just walking around which is still wrong to assume. You guys would of made a sale today but oh well♀️ …
Greetings are immediate and friendly. But the two stars are for the over priced and quality of products. They have worn or damage product that they are selling for astronomical prices. Seeing the pricing for those made me not want to see the pricing for their brand new product. You can find better quality at lower prices elsewhere!
They had really nice stuff but when me and my boyfriend went to ask for help after looking around we come to find at least 4 workers just sitting and sipping away on their own drinks. After they answer my boyfriends questions and we turn to walk away and exit the store they proceed to all join in laughter... very uncomfortable!
Don't waste your time here they had nothing nice. A lot of broken, beat up, damaged furniture. I get a scratch or slight damage but everything here is broken, missing essential parts, or damaged to the point its not usable or disguisable. They still have the price way to high for what looks like heavily used furniture.
Made me feel very at home compared to the one in Grand Prairie their selection in the Fort Worth area was a lot better quality not as banged up and their Furniture is a lot better was 100 times better than the one I seen in Grand Prairie but very nice people made me feel comfortable buying something there
If I could give zero stars, I would. It took ywenty minutes to buy a pillow. Employee theft requires the PAYING customers to sign at least three times and drive to the back to wait in line so they can load your pillow. I could have carried it out the front door. Also, the bathroom was beyond disgusting.
Felt like I was a bother for asking questions about a Kingsize bedroom set I had seen on Rooms to go website that I wanted to purchase, got told it's not their store,couldn't help me...Asked about the only Kingsize bedroom set in the store,and was also told,it wasn't for sale!! Will not be going back
Some of the furniture is dirty and obviously used. I watched guys bringing out nice looking furniture and in the process of setting it out on display, ripping the fabric and dropping one end to the floor from head height. Most everthing in the store is lowered in price, but also pretty damaged.
Customer service was on point. Michael our sales assistant was polite, professional, & took the time with us to make sure we found exactly the pieces we wanted for our living room. Prices @ this store reflect the floor display inventory they carry which was impressive savings.

I ordered sectional and had to wait one month. When it did arrive, the middle piece had too much padding and would not connect properly. I will not get piece until end of January. I purchased I’m July. This is so ridiculous. I will NEVER order from this cheap place again.
My mother and I went in just to browse and Micheal was very helpful! We didn't end up getting anything yet as I want to get my significant other's opinions but we will definitely be back! Very impressed with the customer service and quality of the furniture.
It's a furniture store that they sale Used or clearance furniture. Has an okay selection with some Maybe little high prices. Might go for the newer models because the prices are almost the same. Very clean place and the employees are quick to help out.

Purchased date 8-19-2017. Sectional was deliveried mix match and damage. Three weeks to fix order. Refused to refund, only to replace or fix. They tried several counter offer.. I refused to wait 9-6 or 9-15-2017 to get order right. What about you ?
I went to this location looking for a bedroom suit, but they don’t have any sales representative. No one approached me to help, so I walked out. I’m not going to spend a couple of thousands of dollar at a place with non-existent customer service.
Absolutely horrible. Bought a bed a few months back got it first day receiving was great second day out came the bedbugs never had a problem until buying a new bed been fighting them for past 2 months I wouldn’t recommend buying from this place.
The tags took a little bit to understand the prices. In my opinion you would be better off going to the actual furniture store to find what you're looking for instead of an outlet. But the employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My experience at this R2G outlet was much better than my experience at the GP location. Michael offered great customer service and the D&T delivery team was professional. My order was delivered within an hour of leaving the store!

Limited selection, but it is an outlet store so that's expected. We went on President's Day and were greeted but not harassed, which was greatly appreciated. We found a table with both loved and purchased it the same day.

Good store and prices but avoid the delivery service. Delivery people are lazy and not careful. I was left with the leather couch being scraped up and a broken leg thanks to the deliver people.

I like browsing at the selections sent over from other stores. Sometimes, they have a good selection of marked down items. Of course, the salesman are nice they've trying to make a sales.
