Avoid if Possible... I believe the number one priority for a vet clinic should be to put the animals well being first, and this clinic chose to put financial gain first instead. I went there once last year, and now that my trust is broken I won't be returning. Like finding a good mechanic, your relationship is built on trust without it there is nothing hence the 1 star. If you're interested in what happened read on: My dog suffers from extreme anxiety. Seemingly small things will make her physically ill. Going to the vet is probably the most anxiety inducing event she encounters. So I try to only go when absolutely necessary. I moved to Seattle from CA and that move made her very sick at first. So I had to see a vet and I chose this vet simply because they had availability and very good reviews. They "prescribed" a dog food (hydrolyzed dog food) that would be good for her sensitive stomach. During my visit the doctor said herself "some people choose to put there dog on this food for life, there is not harm in it, its just very expensive". Money isn't my concern here, so I kept her on the food since her stomach was cured from it. Sure enough, 1 year passes and then they tell me they won't give me the prescription unless I come in for a visit. Prescriptions for dogs is quite silly in most cases, in this case (better quality dog food) its a complete racket. So they want me to come into the office and make my dog sick for a week or two from that visit only to "allow" me to buy the ultra expensive food I already know she needs to have? I explained this directly to them and told them it was unethical and pleaded with them to reconsider, and they did not respond. They did however read the email and decline the "prescription". I'm honestly very disappointed but glad I revealed their true motivation, which is money first. If I didn't say the following I would be willing to bet they reply to this review (instead of my previous two emails) to save face and pretend its a misunderstanding. No matter what they claim now, its not a misunderstanding. It was a choice, and they chose to be unconscionable.

My cat was a new patient today, and I think she may have liked her new doctor's office TOO much...she keeps trying to get back into the backpack carrier to go back out! Haha, that's even after getting some shots! Of course the staff gave her lots of attention (attention is my cat's favorite treat), but they were also just really gentle and seemed to intuitively know how to make my cat feel comfortable. Lots of actual treats and cool cat trees in the exam room, and my cat was very happy to not have her temperature taken rectally (that is not her preferred method, but I guess it's an option if your pet is into that stuff lol). The staff were really good about making the costs of shots, tests, and the exam clear before it was time to pay, and I didn't feel pressured into anything that didn't make sense. I didn't feel pressured into anything, in fact. I feel like they did their best to keep costs low, and I sure appreciated the transparency. I feel like all the options for care were presented as such, and the pros and cons of every choice were openly discussed. I felt like they trusted me to know what was best for my cat's specific lifestyle. It was just a check up, and my cat is pretty healthy luckily, but I feel at ease knowing this is the quality of care my cat will receive if she ever needs more than just check ups! I dont think the cat even realizes she got shots, and she wants to go back there right now, so...we're pretty happy. Their new patient wait time was a few months, but it was well worth the wait!

I came to Roosevelt Vet Station to get a second opinion regarding my 13 year old schnauzer, Shadow who had a mass that we previously had removed. The mass was growing back. The ease of making an online appointment was very convenient. On our first visit, we were greeted by a friendly and professional staff and were lead into an bright and clean examine room. Dr. Dittrich came in and introduced herself. She had a pleasant and calm demeanor. This was really important to me considering how anxious I felt. She took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately went to work on trying to diagnose Shadow. She performed a physical and did some tests all the while taking time to shower Shadow with both affection and freeze dried liver treats, which he loves. In the following weeks, I would consistently email Dr. Dittrich with questions and concerns about Shadows health and not once did she make me feel like it was too much. She always responded to each of my emails in a professional and thoughtful manner. Dr. Dittrich is not only very knowledgeable but also empathetic to both pet and their owners. If you’re looking for a vet that truly love animals and would treat them like their own, then Roosevelt Vet Station is it. Im so grateful to have found them.

After noticing that my cat was in a fair amount of pain, I scheduled an appointment with Roosevelt Station Vet Care. Before I even stepped foot in their facility, I knew I was going to have a great experience. While scheduling my appointment, the staff was extremely kind and able to figure out the best time for my cat to come (despite a relatively full schedule). For our actual vet visit, everyone was absolutely phenomenal--both to my cat and to me. They eased my anxieties while I worried about my kitty and they also did an incredible job at making him feel relaxed and like nothing bad was going to happen. We ended up having to schedule a full-day dental surgery for my cat, which, again, was a great experience. They called me several times throughout the day to give me an update on his surgery (and even let me keep his teeth! I get that's weird, but I really wanted them). Following his surgery, they called me several times to check up on him to make sure he was doing well. :) Overall, I can't recommend Roosevelt Station Vet Care enough. Everyone is fantastic and your pet will definitely be well taken care of! :) P.S. They do validate parking for the church across the street! Which is extremely helpful given the tight street parking there is. :)

I had moved to the area and had not yet found a new vet for my furbaby, Buddy. Unfortunately, he was struggling and making gagging sounds when I reached out to my neighborhood vet at Rooselvelt Station. I was incredibly stressed. I was worried it would be a great ordeal of time to transfer his medical records and get Buddy set up as a new patient, and he was SO uncomfortable, but the staff was quick to get him in and diagnose the problem that very day! I thought he'd need x-rays and this was going to cost a fortune, but I was reassured that this problem was common for his age and they gave me some medicine that I've only had to use twice as needed and he's back to his puppy self at 16 years old! His appointment was followed up by a phone call to check in on him and a welcome card signed by the staff, I was really touched! I had a good vet where I use to live, but this far exceeds any vet experience I've ever had! Plus the whole visit, including medication totaled under $100. Everyone is extremely professional and caring, I couldn't recommend this place enough!

I just moved to Seattle (arrived Friday September 4th) only to discover that the stress of the move caused my male cat to strain to pee. I noticed this on labor day so had a terrible time calling around to clinics as most were at capacity. Seattle Vetinary Specialist (Bluepearl) was an awful experience and had me thinking I may have to euthanize my cat. They incorrectly told me my cat had urinary blockage and sent me off to another clinic that ended up being at capacity. Roosevelt Station was a breath of fresh air after all of the craziness above. The staff was friendly, understanding, and super caring. I was pleasantly surprised when the doctor called to chat with me about my cats condition and spent 15 minutes on the phone answering my questions, reassuring me, and educating me on male cats and urinary issues. It was absolutely the best experience ever and I have nothing but positive things to say. I may be new to the area, but Roosevelt Station definitely has my vote for recommending others so their fur babies can be taken care of. Thanks again!

I cannot recommend Roosevelt Station Vet Care more!! I recently started taking my dog to RSVC because his former veterinary clinic stopped responding to my calls. His first appointment was an annual. The staff was incredible in terms of scheduling the appointment and walking me through the new patient process. I dropped my dog-off due to COVID measures in place and so I was not able to attend the appointment myself. Dr. Cheryl Meyers called me after his appointment and spent literally 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing my dogs needs and concerns. Mind you, my dog is a healthy little guy so there wasn't much to report but she still took the time to really get to know my pet. She even sent me an email with resources for dog diets, something we had discussed on the phone. I had to make a follow-up appointment a few weeks later and I had the same great experience. Wonderful and kind staff, vets who know what they are doing and are thorough, extremely clean clinic. I really trust Dr. Cheryl with my little guy.

I recently located to the area with my two feline babies. I had a nail trim appointment set up and called my usual taxi service, that I've been using for a year to provide transport for my babies to their appintments, and they never showed! Since I don't have a vehicle at this time, I decided to go online and purcahase an amazing pet stroller to make it the few blocked to Roosevelt Station for their rescheled appointment. Our experience was wonderful! The first thing we enountered was an inside ramp to safely stroll my babies into the lobby area. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and smiling! The nail trims went off without a hitch and the veterinarian came out to meet us. I felt totally cared for and also that they had the best interest of my babies at heart. The office is clean bright and professional, and I would definately reccommend the Roosevelt Station to anyone for thier pets needs. I have a feeliog we will have a very long happy relationship there!

I have used this vet for about a year now and they used to be so kind and careful, but now they seem to be in a rush. I watched numerous dogs, including my own, being taken back in a very forceful fashion. Speaking for my own dog, if you coax her and show even a minute of care she will feel more comfortable, especially since I can't be with her. Because my dog gets allergy shots a few times a year, I have been in a handful of times. But today's visit left a particulary bad taste in my mouth. Everything was rushed, including my payment, and they didn't even tell me my total, and found out only from the receipt that the shot has increased in price. I was on the fence about finding a new vet, but have now decided it's best for me and my pup to go elsewhere. Below/average care simply is not what I'm looking for. Side Note: I understand the nature of the pandemic, but if customers aren't allowed in the lobby, could an outside bench not be installed?

Just moved to Seattle and this was my first visit with my pup Waffles. As a relatively new pet owner, I’m looking for a place that values warmth and care as much as professionalism and quality and that’s 100% what I experienced at Roosevelt Station. Chatting with the vet and team on the phone and the responsiveness via email has also been consistent, detailed, and personal. Lots of layers to build trust that Waffles will be well looked after! While searching, I settled on Roosevelt Station because of the consistent positive reviews, modern website and facilities, option for online paperwork, and the very immediate sense of professionalism, care, and quality service even before I visited. I appreciate that everyone seems cheerful and patient and willing to take the time to explain things without wasting much time either. A fine balance! I’ve for sure found my new vet in Seattle. Couldn’t be more pleased.

[My Yelp review] I'm a country kid, and moved the the city in April with my family, including the best cat ever - Whiskey. Whisky was an old, loving cat, but she started going downhill healthwise. I had a lot of anxiety about how to tend to a dying animal in the city, trying to find a vet that I can relate to, that would care for my pets. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found Dr. Dittrich and the Roosevelt Station. We took Whiskey in and after a thorough exam and giving me all the details of her health and prognosis in a very caring and understanding manner, we made the very difficult decision to have her put down. The compassion never ended. Yeah, I just cant tell you how amazing they are. And then today, I get a card in the mail. A sympathy card, not just signed by everyone in the office, but a card where everyone wrote warm notes and condolences. Quality people. Quality service. My new vet.

I LOVE my Vet - Dr. Meyers! I am a first time puppy owner, in fact dog owner. My puppy had diarrhea and ear issues soon after bringing her home and I called Roosevelt Station to make an appointment. They were very quick to respond and get her in to see Dr. Meyers. I was so impressed especially because this was early COVID time. The appointment was very thorough, and we actually got to watch it through a window and talk to the doctor during the exam. This made me feel very at ease. Dr. Meyers is very knowledgeable and caring. She answers all my questions and never makes me feel silly for asking them. I have emailed Dr. Meyers a few times and she is so quick to respond, saving me time and relieving my stress. We have been back a few more times for vaccinations and all of those appointments have gone very well. Highly recommend Roosevelt Station Vet Care and Dr. Meyers!

The one thing I don't like about this clinic is that I can't bring them along when we move - these are some of the most caring, compassionate, and invested vets we've had with our dog, and the attention they pay to both us and Lucy is phenomenal. Not only do they take the time to explain what they are doing and why, but they are transparent on cost, their logic behind what they are doing, and look to partner to find a solution that works for both your pet and your life situation. I'm a thorough believer that you should invest in people that invest in you - all of the people who work here work to provide top notch service for honestly a more then fair price. We absolutely love the service and relationships we've built with the doctors, and firmly believe that they are the gold standard when it comes to veterinarian care.

I love them so much I almost don't want to write this review to keep them all to myself! This is hands down the best Vet I have ever been to. I have a 15 year old golden retriever so obviously a good Vet is a necessity in my life. I have tried a few others in the area and felt like they were all telling me horror stories to guilt me into spending more money. This clinic is VERY considerate and have always gone the extra step to make me feel comfortable. I even wrote a late night email when my dog had a scary mass pop up and the Veterinarian took the time to call me that night and calmly talk me through it. They then squeezed her in on a fully booked day to take a look at it and keep me updated throughout the day. They truly treat my dog better than my human doctor.

Have been bringing our GSD puppy here since we brought her home at 8 weeks old. The staff and techs have been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, responding to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner, and strive make the health and well being of my pet their priority. The veterinarians have been equally as caring, friendly, and willing to answer my questions and help educate me as a pet owner. Although COVID restrictions have kept me from actually going in with my pet or meeting any of the staff/vets at the clinic, they have made the experience of taking my pet to the vet enjoyable both for me and our pup. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for vet care for their four legged family member!

  • Kirsten Frits

I decided to try this clinic because it is closer to where I live and my other vet was becoming more and more expensive. The vets and the technicians are very friendly and gentle and used lots of praise and encouragement to coax my dog through her check-up and a return visit we had addressing an ongoing issue. The vet followed up with phone calls and emails after we were in to see how the situation was and she also reached out to another vet who specialized in my dog's issue and got more information. The vet was also thorough in sending additional information on suggested dog foods plus good chew toys that would prevent chipped teeth. The price seemed reasonable and I was very satisfied with the care my dog received.

  • Linnea P

Everyone at Roosevelt Station Vet Care was so concerned over my 11-yr-old Italian Greyhound, Annabelle, when she was sick. She wasn't eating and had lost almost 5 lbs. After several tests, Dr. Dittrich did exploratory surgery to do biopsies to rule out lymphoma or any other problems, and she was eventually diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. With a change of diet, Annabelle has recovered fully. The folks at Roosevelt Station Vet are so friendly, caring, and capable that I would trust them with any pet. Plus, as a Coug alum, I love the fact that Dr. Dittrich was trained at WSU Vet School! Go Cougs! I highly recommend Roosevelt Station Vet Care and both Dr. Dittrich and Dr. Meyers.

  • Lisa Cole

Years ago, my kitties were patients at a different clinic, and Dr Annie was their vet. When she left we were very disappointed. Years passed, and we had a number of different vets, but when we learned that she was back in the area, we immediately switched to Roosevelt Station to see Dr Annie. She remembered my kitties and their unique challenges. She’s still amazing to work with. My kitties are both older now and have some health issues, and she takes time with me to truly understand what is going on and advises me with their best interest in mind. I trust her, and I appreciate the great care and compassion I have received from everyone at Roosevelt Station.

Our 16 month old Goldendoodle Graham has been coming here for the past year, and we have consistently been impressed with their level of care and professionalism. The whole team has truly shown that they prioritize the pets, from the scheduling experience, to follow up phone calls or e-mails, to being thorough with explaining problems and possible solutions. We would even get communication from the vets in the later evenings and on weekends checking in on Graham. Everyone is also very friendly and communicative. We have now moved to the Broadview neighborhood, but still take our pup here because we enjoy the level of service and the experience.

  • Jennifer Jerbi

The staff at Roosevelt Station are compassionate, professional, and super duper helpful. Our pup goes here for regular check ups and recently dental care. When she had a reaction to her procedure and was throwing up they got us in first thing the next morning. The got the care she was needing and was eating fine within hours. They explained everything really well and explained options too. You can tell they love the animals and get how important they are to our lives. Our pup was loved and cuddled a bunch by the staff. We’re really happy to have found this vet clinic! It is also well organized with COVID protocols and very clean.

  • Kim Gallagher

Our 13 year old border collie was failing fast following a long, slow decline. Roosevelt Station got us in fast and were very reasonable about charges. Euthanasia is staggeringly expensive, and we didn’t know how they would be here. We saw Dr Meyers and she was so kind and caring. Izzy was freed from her pain, and Dr. Meyers and the staff made the horrible day as easy as they could. We made an appointment to bring another of our dogs in a few days later. That was A good experience as well. The office is nice and very clean, the parking sucks, but there’s a parking lot across the street and they provide 2 hours of free parking.

  • Jillian Stoewer

I had the most fantastic experience here the other day. I was bringing my cat in for his first visit to establish care with their office and everyone I interacted with was fantastic. They were kind and communicative, taking time to explain everything to me throughout the visit, especially when things took an unexpected turn with his exam. The vet, Annie Dittrich, was very knowledgeable and spent time talking through our options and was patient and accommodating to make sure my cat felt as safe and as calm as possible during the visit. I am SO glad I started bringing my cat here and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

  • Lisa Levoir

My dog has separation anxiety from all of our time at home in the past year, so vet visits have been stressful for him in the past. All of the staff at Roosevelt Station were very kind and helped him feel at ease - he was even taking treats by the end of his annual checkup! I highly recommend this clinic - there is also a convenient parking lot across the street (although I was able to find a street parking spot and walk around the neighborhood while he was with Dr. Meyers). She explained everything about his health and listened to any concerns I had. I trust Dr. Meyers and her team- looking forward to coming back!

  • Stark Ryan

Their prices are predatory, the most expensive I've seen in the area by a fair amount. They do not confirm prices before charging fees. They are disorganized, leaving my dog and I standing outside for 30 minutes in 90 degree heat when we were on time for our appointment. They send inaccurate email reminders. They asked me to collect my dog's urine sample after they tried and failed, and didn't admit that they failed until I asked why they were asking me to do it. They asked me not to write this review if I wasn't satisfied, and instead leave a private note that they would respond to. I received no response.

  • julio melendez

I have gone to three different vets since getting my pup and by far this is the most thorough, honest and timely provider you can go to in the Seattle area. When you enter the facility you are greeted and if you’ve been there prior, the employees actually remember your pets name before even telling them! This makes for a special experience for my dog and I am super grateful I found a place Benny(my dog) actually enjoys going to. Each time I bring him in for an exam or to get looked at, he comes out happier and healthier. I really could not ask for a better place to bring my pet to. Thank you all so much!

  • Holly Ogden

Lost all of my vet records at my last appointment more than a year ago. Today, refused to vaccinate my cat after taking him out of his box. I have told them at every visit, that he is my "grumpy, old man" and they assure me that he is just being like a cat. After dropping him off at the sidewalk with my mask on and waiting more than 40 minutes, they call me and tell me that they cannot vaccinate him because he is getting upset with the vet tech trying to hold him! They told me that they could reschedule me in 2 weeks and give me a prescription to drug him before my next appointment! Clients beware!

  • Amber Depew

Even in the times of Covid when I can't go in with my pets I feel comfortable knowing both our new puppy and older cat are well cared for. I was nervous to bring our new puppy when I couldn't be with him, but he left happy and still tries to go inside when we walk by on our daily walks. I have had nothing but good communication with the vets, techs and office staff. Someone talks to you throughout the entire appointment and you know whats happening with your 4 legged children. I have nothing but positive things to say. If we leave the Roosevelt area, we'll still continue to bring our pets here.

  • Penny Vik

The first time I visited Roosevelt Station I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. Within a few minutes we were shown into a room. I was particularly happy to see one of the owners/veterinarians who had cared for our pets years ago at another clinic. Cheryl Meyers is a gentle, caring and competent doctor. I felt comfortable immediately as well as, to my shock, my cat. I am delighted to be reunited with a vet that I have history with and confidence in. Penny Vik

  • Nancy Thai

The staff are pretty friendly, but this clinic is so overbooked that I can't get my new rescue puppy in when an issue comes up. Staff are responsive to emails and calls, but I have not been able to get us in the last three times I've called for puppy issues (potential pink eye and vomiting). Their response is mainly to call an emergency vet and check back in later. At least for the time being, this is a good, friendly vet clinic that you can visit if you schedule months in advance, not if you want to have access to an appointment with short notice.

  • Miranda Scott

Absolutely incredible service. Even during COVID, I felt like my need to be involved as an owner was honored. They have exam rooms where you can see your dog through the window! My dog is very sensitive and just had an awful experience at a nearby vet. They took their time with him, were generous with treats, and treated him with patience and respect. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech to the vet was AMAZING. Its a little spendy but very much worth it. This is the vet experience your pet deserves, don't bother looking anywhere else :)

  • Maria H

I started taking my new puppy to Roosevelt Station Vet care this past September. Despite the fact that due to COVID19 I had to drop him off and wait, I really appreciated the constant discussion on the phone about my puppy and the time the vet took to answer all of my questions. I also like the frequent emails and additional information shared about care or about certain topics of interest. I have the choice of a closer vet for my pup but I really like Roosevelt Station vet care and will continue to go there for my pup.

  • Haik Dabaghyan

Very positive experience start to finish. The appointment was easy to make, it was a couple months out but that was okay. The staff was super friendly and my cat was pretty comfortable as well. They did their best to explain everything to me, and make sure my cat was comfortable. The prices were also reasonable, got a wellness exam and two vaccinations for around $200. I would definitely recommend this place and we’re so happy to find a neighborhood vet that we can return to years after year.

  • Ali A

I should have written this review a long time ago but here I go: this place is so great! They got us an appointment extremely quickly for our cat with bleeding sores on his mouth, were very friendly when we arrived, the place was clean and inviting, the staff and doctor worked great with our scared kitty and helped him feel better in no time. They also sent us a card after our visit, welcoming us to the practice, which was really sweet!! And everyone agreed our cat Tikki is so handsome.

  • Leah Lucid

Our pup has seen both Dr. Meyers and Dr. Dittrich, who are knowledgeable, patient, and clearly care about your animal family members. The technicians are also very kind and caring; we especially want to thank Nicole for going above and beyond to make our Kirby feel cared about! They fit us in for a same-day appointment when our pup was sick and our old vet was closed, and we've switched over to them because of how good the care was that day! Would highly recommend trying them!

  • Dawn Mueller

A few months ago I switched to Roosevelt Pet Station for my two dogs. We couldn't be happier. The front desk, vet techs and both veterinarians are fantastic. One of our dogs is quite scared at the vets and they have gone above and beyond to help him feel safe. Unfortunately we've had a fair number of vet trips but their prices have bend very reasonable, always on time and spot on with diagnosis. And parking is easy! If you're looking for a vet I highly recommend this clinic.

  • Shelby Hammond

I had a great experience at Roosevelt station vet care! Due to covid-19 I wasn’t able to be in the office with my puppy during his first visit, only able to chat on the phone with the vet while my puppy was in his appointment. Dr. Meyer stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes giving me new puppy info and answering any questions I may have had. I really appreciated it and could tell my pup had a great experience there as well. Would highly recommend Roosevelt station vet!

  • Christina W

Really impressed with the care my cat recieved here. She is a very grumpy senior and they treated her so well. With covid going on I had to drop her off and wait in my car. The staff gave me updates on her and made her less grumpy with treats. Usually after an appointment she's hissing the whole ride home. When I picked her up she seemed very calm and relaxed. The pricing and procedures were explained well on the phone too. Thanks for being so sweet to my grumpy cat!

  • Jane Compton

We’ve been with Roosevelt for 3 years now and they have been amazing to our two cats. Most recently we had to take our cat to an ER vet on a holiday. Once he was released, Dr. Meyer’s and Roosevelt staff followed up on his medication, changes to make at home to help him, and offered support. They even responded to our email on the holiday asking for second opinion on the ER vet decisions. Couldn’t ask for a better staff to love on our kitties like we do! Thank you!

  • Aisse Torres

I have taken my two senior dogs here for the last 3 years. I have always received great care, and my dogs lots of love and attention! Recently, my dog had an episode of IVDD and a UTI (both diagnosed over a weekend). Come Monday, they reached out to me for further support and were able to see me early in the week. They seem to always have an appointment time that is convenient for me! I also love that the folks at the front desk are so kind and remember my dogs.

  • J

Annie Dittrich and the other staff at Roosevelt Station are absolutely wonderful. Not only did they go above and beyond with taking care of our dog... I was so impressed and kind of floored at how compassionate, caring, and generous they were with their time, answering questions from random walk-ins that just stopped in with their dogs as they were walking by. These guys are definitely in it for the “right” reasons. I highly recommend Dr. Annie Dittrich.

  • Lesley Weichbrodt

I chose Roosevelt Station Vet because of its location; easy to find, easy to park. I was very pleased with my puppy’s first experience there. We interacted with very friendly staff, the Vet called and spent time discussing all relevant issues, and we got a “goody bag” with what is now one of my Doberman puppy’s favorite toy. They spent a lot of time with my puppy to make sure she was in good health. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

  • Clara Wilder

This clinic is everything you could hope for in a neighborhood vet. Everyone on the staff is incredibly patient and gentle with my shy rescue pup, and seem to genuinely care about the animals' well-being. When my dog decided to swallow an entire stuffed animal (and had to come in for an emergency visit) they accommodated him on short notice, and followed up twice to make sure he was recovering from his incident. Can't recommend enough :).

  • Crimson Trumble

They were so kind and patient with my elderly dog! She's super scared of the vet because of past experiences, but she left this place happy and full of treat. Wonderful staff who obviously care very much about the animals they treat. It took me and two vet techs (and a cutting board covered in peanut butter) to trim my dogs nails (shes a big lady), but with their help we got there smoothly! Will be back for a happy visit for sure!

  • Andrew Carson

My dog was very sick and Roosevelt Station communicated with me very effectively and constantly while we figured out what was wrong with her. Roosevelt station was referred by our other vet because my other vet could not figure out what was happening to our dog. At Roosevelt Station they tried a few good ideas and got her up and happy pretty dang quick. But I would say that is the communication that makes this vet clinic special.

  • Mark Thomas

As a first time patron here, I was and am beyond impressed! I brought in my Dachshund Jimmy for a check up, during Covid. My entire experience was first rate, staff and Vet were very professional, personable, reassuring. The exam was complete and the Vet did a wonderful job giving me a detailedJ assessment of my dog's health. I also had to change my appointment a number of times, these were handled cheerfully and promptly.

  • Chiaho Charles Chen

Had an awesome experience with this place. All the vets, assistants and staffs are really friendly. You can tell they truely care about your pets and at the same time being professional on everything they did. Even tho it was a minor issue with my cat, but they still listened to all my concerns and worries, and patiently gave out the answers and recommendations based on their professions and experiences.

I love this place and so does my kitty, Chai. We’ve been seeing this place since she was a kitten and they’ve always been so good to her and she actually loves coming in for checkups. They’re super gentle with her and offer valuable insight on how to address behavior and health questions and offer her treats and toys upon leaving!! I highly recommend this place for pets who might be nervous coming in!!

  • Brandy Thibault

Our little dog Finn has had ongoing health issues since he was a puppy, the Roosevelt station gang always greet us with a happy to see us attitude, they always remember all our dogs quirks and make us feel right at home. They are thorough with exams and recommendations but don't gauge us for additional unnecessary things. We trust them, that's the key to the perfect vet clinic. they are the best!

  • Leif Arnseth

Very nice and helpful staff. Our dog has some major anxiety issues and the vet put her in a windowed room where she could see us and not be as worried (COVID restrictions). It was incredibly thoughtful and they seem to care very much about the health and happiness of your pet. Recommendations and pricing were very good. No pushing for extra procedures or other exams just to increase our bill.

  • Dana Bjerke

My experience here was exceptional from start to finish! The doctor and all the staff were friendly and welcoming and took time to answer all my questions. They went above and beyond to make it a good experience for my kitten, with lots of toys to play with and even let her take a few home because she loved them so much. I referred a friend who also had a great experience. Highly recommend!!

  • Camila Proffitt

This place is so awesome, everything is very clean, the staff is friendly, and my pup loves coming in! I feel comfortable even stopping by for a walk just to say hi, have some treats and check on the weight of my pup so he can associate the place with positive experiences. The vet and staff had great advice on diet, grooming, vaccinations and training for this stage of his life. Thanks RSVC!

  • Andrea von Hartmann

Since I only started taking my animals here after the pandemic lockdown, I haven't actually SEEN how they treat animals, but my babies have all gone in and come out so relaxed and mellow and happy that they've gotta be doing at least something right. The staff here seem to genuinely love and care for animals, and it shows. And the vets seem to really know what they're talking about as well.

  • Jennifer Laxague

Everyone who works here is compassionate and patient, as well as intelligent and competent at the work they do. They perform many things in the room so you can see what's being done, and are very collaborative and educational in their approach. The space is inviting, clean, and organized. We value having this team to trust our cats' health to. Thank you Roosevelt Station Vet team!

  • Karlie Hill

Such a wonderful office! We had a kitty with crystals so I decided to call and see if we could get him in. They had us there within the hour, kindly walked us through everything that was going on, and loved our Tuxy so much. Seriously, they were so sweet with our cat. They called daily to check in and made sure that we had everything needed to care for Tux. I love this office.

  • Joan Cooper

everyone here is pleasant and professional, and it’s obvious they love animals. Dr. Annie is always happy to answer all my questions; i never feel rushed. i’ve had to put down two beloved pets; the care and compassion they showed my animals and me was comforting under trying circumstances. i have complete confidence in their care - so much so that i drive from west seattle!

  • Tara Carey

Luna had a great first visit at Roosevelt Station Vet Care! Dr. Dittrich spent a lot of time with us and helped make our kitty calm down and feel comfortable - she was actually purring at the end of the visit! The clinic staff was warm and accommodating and the office was bright, cheery and clean. We are looking forward to our next annual visit. Recommend highly!!

  • Shannon Ludeman

Truly can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Roosevelt Station. I have never been to another vet office that is more accommodating, compassionate, and attentive. They do everything they can to keep our pets comfortable and calm and they consistently call to check up on us after we come to them with a concern. Best veterinarian team ever.

  • Nana Mine

My two pups go to Roosevelt Station Vet Care and I always have pleasant experiences, even through the pandemic. I take my pups here through my good friend's recommendation and I'm happy I do. The staff is friendly and responsive, vets always answer my questions thoroughly and patiently. I'm glad I have a reliable place to go to for my furry family members!

  • Nancy Xiao

Love this place! The whole team truly cares about the experience and your pet. I've taken our pup here for dental cleaning, regular checkups, and more, and every time they are so thorough and thoughtful. Our dog is extra scared of new people too and they have always been sweet to him knowing his personalities and quirks. Best vet I have ever visited!

  • Erika Hase

Everyone at Roosevelt Station Vet Care is so friendly and professional. I live close by and it is super convenient, plus free parking across the street. I appreciate Dr. Meyer's attentiveness and dedication to working with me when it comes to prioritizing my cat's care; as I have been a student for the past 2 years, living on a strict budget.

  • JoElla Weybright

My cat Bazil and I have been going to Roosevelt Station almost since they opened. She does not like going anywhere but once we get settled in the exam room, the atmosphere and the care of the professionals puts her at ease. Our most recent experience for an annual checkup went very well and I was pleased and Bazil was happy to get back home.

  • Rebecca Wilcox

These guys are great. I wish my human healthcare was this good. Easy to get an appointment, on time, everyone is super nice, and they are good about explaining the treatment options. The doctors also spend a long time with our dog and us, and it doesn't feel rushed. They even call you later to make sure the treatment is going well.

  • Stacia Cammarano

I really appreciate the personal touch that you get from a small clinic like Roosevelt Station Vet Care! Covid protocol dictates dropping your pet off and at no point did it feel impersonal or that my dog wasn't getting proper attention. The email reminders and appointment summaries are timely and thorough. Very happy customer!!!

  • Elsa Nunes-Ueno

These vets are truly special. They always respond warmly to us and our skittish doggie. They call to follow up after each visit. We had gone to an established vet closer to our house, but from now on we are making the effort to go a bit further for the love they shower us with. It makes all the difference to us and our pup.

  • Tasha Tieu Brazell

I have nothing but good things to say about Roosevelt Station. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and professional, and our pup always comes home with a great experience at the vet. Especially in COVID times when we can’t go in with our pup, we’ve been thrilled with how positive of a time he’s had every time he goes in.

  • Stephen Orth

Dr. Annie Dittrich saved our dog’s life. Our little dog was lethargic and not eating or drinking for days. Dr. Dittrich was very thorough and systematically ruled out various possibilities. Eventually she figured out that our dog had Addison’s Disease, a very serious but treatable condition. Thank you Roosevelt Station!!

  • Kathy Turner

These people get it! They have rooms specifically just for your Cat or your Dog, if you have a cat, the exam room is designed for the cat...no dogs allowed in that space, same goes for the pooches!!! Love it. They were so caring and sweet, thoroughly explained what to expect and took their time with us as pawrents.

  • Tom Yang

They were so good at answering all of our questions before even making an appointment for our new puppy. They are also quick to respond to any emails/questions and the Vets gave good evidence based advice re: our new baby's health needs. Very happy with their care and attention to detail and highly recommend them.

  • Reed Adam

I am lucky to have Roosevelt Station as my neighborhood vet. As my dog has gotten older he’s needed many trips to the vet, and he always receives compassionate, professional and knowledgeable care here. The staff are wonderful and always follow up to check on my dog or refer him to a specialist if needed.

  • Carrie C

Our pup, Santana, had a diagnosis that we sought a second opinion. Dr. Cheryl Meyers saw me, quickly, and confirmed what x-rays were showing. She was very kind and gave us several options for his care. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this well run and very comfortable clinic! Thank you Carrie Connolly

  • Tanya Morell

We absolutely love Roosevelt Station Vet- and Dr. Annie Dietrich! We have a new puppy so thought It time to find a new vet closer to our home. I’ve never had a vet that has spent so much time with us/our pet- the whole staff truly takes the time to ensure the experience from start to end is a good one.

  • Amira Najar

This clinic is amazing, I had just moved from Texas w my Dalmatian & I have never loved a clinic more. They were super welcoming & you could tell they genuinely care about your animal. Even if I move far away from this clinic, I’ll keep using them as long as I live in Seattle. 11/10 recommended!!!!

  • Shannon K Dudley

The vets were very caring and explained their diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. My dog had diarrhea and vomiting and they gave him a couple of shots that seemed to set him straight, and analyzed a stool sample. The bill was a little shocking, but it always is when I go to the vet, not just here.

  • Cat C.

Dr. Meyers is so informative and nice! Really enjoyed getting information from her about my dogs' health. Hannah and Bailey were also wonderful to work with. Everyone was really nice and I felt comfortable handing my two fur babies over in their care for the annual exam and get shots updated.

  • Kelly Donahue

Friendly, caring staff. Very comforting for my high strung rescue dog. Dr. Meyers was a thoughtful listener and answered all of my questions. She followed up with additional helpful information and checked in on how my dog and I were doing. Affordable, easy parking and bright modern office.

  • Katherine Vatnsdal

Recently moved to Seattle, and after reading reviews decided Roosevelt Vet would be the best fit for us and our Puppy Stanley. They were so detailed and attentive listening to our questions and took so much time with us giving in depth answers. Definitely recommend taking your pets there!

  • Curtis Walton

This vet did a great job of helping make a stressful ordeal less so. Their COVID procedures are a little difficult to work around if you don't own a car (I ended up needing to rent a zipcar since I couldn't wait inside), but it's just a temporary hiccup. The service was great otherwise.

  • Abbie Bergerson

It was easy to get my cat in to see the vet for a normal check-up even with COVID-19 regulations! Someone met me out front after I gave them a call and I just waited in my car for 20 minutes and then the vet gave me a call to let me know what she saw in the check-up! Great overall!

  • Michael Greenberg

Roosevelt Station Vet Care was my dog Milo's vet for three years. They are absolutely fantastic! The entire staff makes him feel comfortable, safe, and taken care for. Dr. Dittrich in particular is so smart and goes above and beyond caring for pets. Cannot recommend enough!

  • Raelynn Sheridan

Roosevelt Station Vet Care is amazing!! They are always friendly, make your pet feel comfortable and take the time to check in/always answer any follow up questions. By far the best vet I have been to in my 4+ years of dog ownership. Perfectly reasonable prices as well

  • Kellsie Pence

My dog receives her primary care here and recently had some teeth extraction with them. Everyone I spoke to is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I trusted they had my dogs best interest at heart and they did a great job with her. Happy they are so close to me!

  • Ashley Rot

This vet is the BEST! Everyone on the whole staff is wonderful. They treat my dog with such care and genuine love. My pup is also dog reactive/aggressive and they make accommodations to reduce my dog's stress as well as the other patients. Cannot recommend them enough!

  • Selana I

My puppy goes here and has yet to realize she gets shots. She's always very excited to go in because she gets lots of treats and attention too. When she had her first surgery (spay), they sent me text updates and pictures, as I can be a helicopter mom for my furbaby.

  • D W (Cobalt0.1)

If you have a anxious dog do not take them here. They will tip toe around the problem and their only solution is to drug your pet to the point it is uncomfortable. They are incompentent and don't know how to deal with dogs. They are also super expensive.

  • Donna Painchaud

Dr. Annie is amazing with our guy - she listened to all of our concerns, did a thorough check-up, explained everything in detail, and what we should do to keep him healthy as he is getting older. I definitely recommend her and Roosevelt Pet Station.

  • Shane Coineandubh

So happy to have found Roosevelt Station Vet Clinic. The staff was friendly and professional and took great care of my cat. They were very up front and transparent about recommended services and fees and I didn't feel pressured or talked down to.

  • Kidd Rite

They were quick to get my kitty in when he was ill. Very nice staff, and Dr. Cheryl was very helpful. She’s helped my kitty get better. And, She continued to check up on him after he was on his road to recovery. I would definitely recommend them.

  • Cate Bentz

My cat William had an excellent experience with Roosevelt Station Vet Care! As a 10 year old scaredy-cat with no vet experience past 8 weeks old, he was treated with love and care -- and it's great to know that he is a very healthy senior kitty!

  • gabby b

This was our first time at Roosevelt Station Vet Care for an annual exam and vaccinations, and the team was so wonderful! The space is clean and neat, welcoming, and friendly. Best of all, they treated my anxious boy with so much patience

  • Mark Wieman

Dr. Annie literally saved the life of our aging cat by quickly identifying the issue and prescribing a special cat food. No other vet could figure this out, and our kitty was in bad shape. So glad we switched to Roosevelt Station Vet Care!

  • Lauren Ring

I took my cat in for his first vet visit (adopted him right before COVID hit) and it was an emergency situation, so I was terrified, but they were very kind and professional and I was sure he was in good hands. He is doing great now! :)

  • Trachurus Symmetricus

Our dog loves this place. On walks, if we're nearby she insists on stopping by. When going for an appointment she is beyond herself with happiness. Maybe there's something mixed into the treats ;-) Thus far, everything has gone well.

  • 钟晗

We brought our cat in for diarrhea. They responded fast. Great services and efficient. My cat felt better after a few days. We received toys and food for our cat too! Amazing experience, will define come back for our future pets too

  • Monica Haddock

We are so happy we took our dog to Roosevelt Station Vet. The entire staff has been absolutely amazing. They are great with our anxious dog and incredibly thorough in their discussions with us. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  • Kelly Morgan

These guys are great. Two female vets that know their stuff. The office is warm and welcoming. They also encourage you to pop in for treats during walks for those of you that have dogs that are afraid of the vet. I love this place.

  • nassim pietsch

We had a great appointment at Roosevelt Station. Dr. Dittrich and staff were kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. It was easy to transfer our records from our previous vet and my pup was wagging her tail almost the whole time!

  • Claire Donovan

Dr. Meyers is wonderful! She takes the time to answer any questions you have and thoroughly reviews all options with the you. The team is kind, patient, and warm. I am so happy that I found Roosevelt Station Vet Care.

  • Jo Wasicek

This is one of the best vet clinics I have ever visited. They are so accommodating, and even did multiple follow ups to check on my dog after she was injured. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Roosevelt Station Vet Care!

  • Tasha Ploegman

The staff at Roosevelt Station Vet Care are so nice and caring. They genuinely care about your pets health and well being. I love the people and I trust and know that my cat is in great hands when he comes here.

  • Matt Kline

Finding a new vet in the middle of COVID was pretty daunting, but Roosevelt Station has been fantastic! The staff are always friendly & helpful, and Dr. Meyers has an attentive and caring report for every visit.
