The manager..her name was Elsa was extremely rude and unprofessional. I when I told her the pump # , I asked to verify, she was too lazy to look, inadvertently, the amount was pumped into the other Customers tank. She was trying to fix it at the register, she was having difficulty and began telling me it was my fault. And I had to figure it out on my own,she got confrontational, went back and forth, then threatened to call her husband and was following through with threat, to call. Luckily the other Cust was nice enough to Venmo me the amount of the gas he pumped into his car. I’m taken aback by her rudeness in trying say she was “right” and to figure it out on my own..regardless of her righteous attitude to being “right” a customer should never be treated nor threatened.

This is not the most beautiful or clean gas station you've ever seen but it has gas conveniently located in the heart of downtown Willow Glen and I think it's the only one on the strip. There's no roof over the pumps so avoid going here in the rain. The huge rotten robbie sign is pretty cool looking too.

Not too many pumps since location is small. Pricing is slightly lower than the big national brands. Facility is mostly clean and I do not see amenities such as vacuum or air compressor for tires. Also they don’t provide plastic gloves when handling gas pump controls and buttons.

Pay attention to what they charge you on the card Got charged a lot more than I bought and because I pay attention, got partially refunded in cash a while after Something scammy is going on

Standard Rotten Robbie at the north end of Willow Glen. Not too clean and it seems as if this location is a bit of a gathering place for vagrants. Gas is ok and the price is decent.

Usually good prices at rotten Robbie's. I do feel the garage forecourt and shop area could be updated - it all feels a bit 1980s truck stop.

Very good prices, good service, lines and waits can be long, not easy to enter and sometimes need to move gas line for store in-out parking

Theyll ID you for using a credit card or maybe just me, keep it consistent. Either way i was in a rush and they wasted my time.

I only ever go here to get red bulls and they're not the cheapest here. Otherwise, service seems fine, clean establishment.

Not only is this station just blocks from my house but the friendly staff keeps me coming back! Great costomer service.

Has a great Mini Mart, you can pay inside or out, staff is always friendly and nice.

The cashiers are always freindly and try there best to help you
