I would give this moving company and movers 0 star if possible. As a summary, avoid doing any moving business with them to save your time, money, mental health. Had the worst experience ever in moving. In summary, they abuse you being nice, waste plenty of time, movers are so lazy, do their job in slowest way possible, don't have much skills in moving large and heavy stuffs and even driving large trucks. They spend lot of time hanging around without doing any work , try to charge you extra fees and overall they are SCAM. Don't get fooled by high review in Google, this is Fake. Please check the true reviews on Yelp instead before considering booking their service. They did our moving(1 bedroom apartment, moving within less than 5 mins drive ) which was supposed to be max 6-7 hours in more than 11 hours and eventually they were not able move our big sofa out of the first apartment and left it there and also not able to assemble back our bed frame after wasting one hour on it and left tones of moving work inside destination place for us which need extra cost spend to be finished. Just take a lesson from this review and avoid to get the real experience yourself. There are many other great moving companies in SF which definitely would be much better than this company.

I recently used this moving company for my relocation and unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. Firstly, I was overcharged for their services, which was extremely disappointing. Moreover, only one of the two movers seemed to be actually doing any work. The other person was just standing around, wasting time to make more money from the job. This was very frustrating to see as I was paying for both of their services. To add insult to injury, they were unable to move one of our couches, which was surprising as a different moving company moved that same couch in less than 10 minutes when we moved in. This resulted in further delay and inconvenience during the move. In addition to the issues mentioned, I must also mention that this moving company took a 45-minute lunch break during the move, for which they charged us. This was particularly frustrating as I was paying by the hour, and this extended break meant that the move took much longer than it should have. Overall, I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and inefficiency was disappointing, and the fact that they overcharged me for their services was unacceptable. I hope this review will help others make a more informed decision when choosing a moving company.

This was my first time hiring movers. Seriously, changed my life. I will never move my own stuff again. I had a lot of big items and boxes, so I didn't use the packing portion. The two men that loaded our stuff were quick and careful. They didn't waste any time, and even came in under the time estimate on the quote. I also really appreciated that for the most part, they wore masks while inside my home. It was a hot and humid day, but they still did their best. If you're on the fence on hiring movers, definitely take the chance. Their rates came in under the other two I looked at in the area, and appears to be locally owned. 10 out of 5 stars

They work well together, had great personalities and were very efficient! I am so over the top impressed with this company! I had a great experience with Run Run Moving! The company was very responsive and flexible in the coordination process. The two movers named Wu were super diligent and efficient. They had all the right equipment for wrapping tape, mats, trolleys to ensure that my furniture and boxes were protected. And they have a huge truck with an elevator platform, so only one trip was needed. They also helped me take apart and put together my bed with their tools. I had a couch that was super difficult to be moved out, and the movers persevered for 5-6 tries until they were able to. Can't recommend them enough! 感谢人人搬家和五兄弟！他们办事非常快，也非常尽力。所有的物品都保护的很好。

I've been using Run Run Moving Company since 2000. Yes, for 20+ years, for moving a 4-bedroom household, or for moving an antique dining room table, through narrow elevator or into a storage facility, from and to various locations up to Marin and down to San Jose. I find them to be trustworthy, economical, and skilled. I also notice there's always an efficient mix of skills amongst the team members. For example, one person is really good at fitting lots of stuff into a small storage unit, another is really good at taking apart and putting together large furniture.

I've never used a moving company before this but after my experience I will always use Runrun for moving. They were super responsive, showed up on time, professional, and did a superb job. What would have taken me having to find help and do it solo over the course of days took them just a few short hours. Showed up on time and went straight to work. Even found out how small of a world it is cause I work with a relative of his. Highly recommend them for anything you need moved.

I have used Run Run Moving twice and both times were excellent experiences. Run Run made it much less of a headache to move out.The initial set up was quick and painless. I would recommend setting your move date a few weeks in advance (if you have that kind of notice). In the two times I used Run Run nothing was broken. They were very punctual. They helped us move to a new place and were very friendly and careful. When unloading the truck, they asked about the placement of all the items one by one.
