Very helpful staff. I was not sure what shoe to get and the staff took the time to assess how I walk to determine the style of shoe with the right amount of support. Once they had determined that, they patiently brought out several different styles and brands and helped me select one that best suited my needs (and not just the most expensive brand). Would recommend going here if you are not sure what running shoe would be best for you.

Great experience at this store. The staff are very patient and take the time to help you find the best fitting shoes for your needs. I really found that they were very kind and extremely helpful. I will definitely be going back to this store in Orleans in the future.

Your everything running place. From running shoes, jackets, shirts, pants, water bottles, gels and electrolytes! You'll find everything that has to do with running, including staff knowledge about what you need!

The sale person that helped me was extremely kind. Looked at my feet and watched me walk to help me find the right shoes for me. I would recommend them, certainly if you have problems with your feet.

Condescending and overall rude customer service. Wanted to leave after 2 minutes of being in the store. Not sure how this place is still operating.

The staff are extremely helpful and so comforting to know that you can change your shoes if they don't suit, within the allowable time of course.

The curbside pickup of running shoes was very quick and I was able to get some advice from the staff who helped me at the door.
