WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! There’s no communication whatsoever when it comes to having your items delivered! This was the first and very last time I bought anything at Russells and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I am fuming as I write this review!!!

Bad experience my father and I been waiting for a stove we bought it in September and today we stil waiting Lindy the sales lady when we call in she drops the phone. And we paid cash no stove!!!!!!
