I bought a couch of over R5000 plus delivery it was over R5300. When i lifted the couch cushions to turn it around i found a nail sticking put of the base of the couch right into the couch cushion. It was deliverd the 7th of December and it is now the 20th. It only lasted for one week and five days. When we tried to get in contact with the store but the saleslady that helped me with the couch wad on leave and the manager lady was EXTREMELY rude..and too quick on her horse not giving a customer chance to explain the story because she never paid it I did. Went to seek help by customer service and it was a complete waste of airtime because you have to wait for hours before they answer. When she answered she was of no help. Couldnt speak properly. Im EXTREMELY dissapointed in this Russels experience because now they have my money and thats all they wanted and i have now suffered a great loss.

My husband bought a coffee table and robe at russels wynberg in November. The coffee table is made with cheap wood and it's peeling off, the Cupboard has to nail sticking out and broke through the chip board.I reported it and I'm still waiting on feedback. If I don't receive feedback I'm bring the stuff in I don't want that cheap material that don't evens keep 6 months. My budget furniture Cupboard lasted 10 years without peeling. I don't want others I want my money back. The furniture looks beautiful, but it's the worse quality ever. Please read over the Consumer Protection Act.
