###Update### Below was written about how I felt at the time being treated the way I did. The dental clinic had been trying to contact me to offer their apologies and to find out what went wrong and how it could have been better? After a long talk to the Clinic Manager and the fact that, that particular dentist is now gone, I received a heartfelt appology. Therefore I am changing my score slightly. I still can't give them a 5 star rating but I will add a few extra. I disliked this Dental Clinic for 3 reasons. Two of these being very good reasons why. BUT IT'S NOT ALL BAD. Read the whole review. 1) It is VERY expensive at this Clinic. Even for a check up & clean. It's a whole lot cheaper to go down the road to Blairgowrie. 2) The Dentist may have been having a very bad day, the day I came in for my appointment, that was booked as an EMERGENCY BUT I still had to wait weeks. (No! I couldn't get in anywhere else.) Only to find an extremely agitated Dentist who told me straight out "I have no patience for Scaredy Cats. And if your like this now, with the procedure I would need to do, I would have to stop just into the procedure or part way, and then walk out on you! Then you would be forced to attend the the hospital. I have no time for people like you." Wow!!!! Although he did refer me to the most loveliest Dental Surgeon who get's you in quick for appointments & even quicker for the surgery with me being totally knocked out. At least something good came of the appointment. 3) Appointments, as noted, take so long to get. Honestly I would NOT recommend this Dental Clinic who is afraid a Dentist's. However, if you have the money & the time to wait & NOT afraid, then they maybe for you.

Dr. Kenneth is one of the best dentist I have ever been to in Australia. He’s friendly and professional. I really appreciate his explanation which was very thorough and clear unlike the previous dentists I have been to. The TV mounted on the wall was a nice touch which kept me calm and distracted during the procedures. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a professional dentist to look after them.

From the moment I walked in this morning I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable. Lisa was very kind and Julia is a very professional dentist with a calming presence. I would reccomend Julia every day xx thanks team

Could not speak more highly of this clinic. I was in pain, desperate & they just took over & stabilised me to get through holidays & get home. So professional & very friendly in the process! Couldn't be happier.
