I made a reservation online for BMW series 2 the price was $65 per day when I arrived there the manager said there is no any series 2 left .So he can get me upgraded for series 5 and give me some discount for this it is almost the some price.When I sign the agreement he said that is discount but when I back I check out my email for sixt receipt I noted that it is my prepaid amount.They charge me $348.81 for only two days rental.That is crazy price I never heard before.I saw the price online only like $70 for the same grade vehicle. I called Customer service they said the store manager said that he will send me an email with the discount receipt but never received.I will never go this location anymore. I rental at sixt every two week that location is the worst one.

Oh My Goodness‼️ I travel often and have never had a better rental car experience! Not only were these particular employees polite, helpful and considerate, sixt has an amazing phone customer service department & I was able to extend my rental for a reasonable rate quickly & with absolutely no issues! I’ll rent from them again and again with customer service like this

It was my first time using the Sixt. I was avoiding using it until this time. Customer service was amazing and fast. These guys at the booth knew what to do. Give them a raise. They offered me a great deal of 23's new BMW. The price was lower than any other car rentals' basic offers. This new location was clean and super fast. Highly recommended. I was impressed.
