Ordered a package and received it pretty quick - within 1.5 weeks of placing the order. I will also give it to them that the couch was well packed. It was shipped from a Cali warehouse. However, for a variety of reasons I will not be ordering from them again, nor ever suggesting it to anyone. 1. I never got a confirmation of shipment until I hassled "customer support," and discovered then that my couch would be delivered NEXT DAY. Thank god I was not working otherwise I would have been anxious about a couch delivery. Horrible communication. I was already planning a chargeback as my suspicions just grew every day of PURE radio silence. 2. Re: "customer service" is damn near non-existent. As others have mentioned, their phone number is not an avenue for support. It will always route to a voicemail recording, and no one will contact you back if you leave a message. I have not had success reaching out to their support email, either. The only avenue, surprisingly, is their website chat support which will always say "1 minute response time," and I can tell you it is a lie. I've had immediate chat replies at times, waited 10 minutes, and also never had a response either keeping the chat window open for hours. Not reliable, but is the only way I eventually got answers for anything. 3. Couch quality - while I realize their site specializes in designer replicas, I'm a little embarrassed to have still spent the money I did on the "Milton" couch for a Togo replica. It's a garbage replica. Its foam is cut in a weird way that is not natural to sit on - it will wreck my back without the pillows I've purchased for the couch unfortunately. The foam is too firm and especially uncomfortable with the aforementioned bad couch form, and I am only praying with my life is loosens up over time. Otherwise it's either I resell it or will have to take the foam out of this cover to cut the foam to a more natural couch shape, which is ridiculous. 4. I am fairly certain I found where this company sources their replicas from because the box packaging of the couch I received is NOT SOHNNE - it's "Helia" which I've found linked to an Alibaba storefront. Maybe I'm wrong about this, but either way the box indicated that this was not a "Sohnne" product. They're clearly a middle man. I understand this is business, but either way a little shady with all factors combined. That said, the couch I received would be an acceptable price for the Alibaba listing, not Sohnne's. 5. Returns are not easy. Yes it will cost you (as stated on their site). No, they cannot quote you unless you actually initiate the return, which after reading the reviews I decided was not worth the frustration. Just as someone else mentioned in their review ($900 shipping fee lol) it would have likely been most of the cost of the product. 6. Littered with fake reviews anywhere you can find them including Google. i.e. their "official" Facebook had 10-20 5 star glowing reviews all posted in the same single day a few different days, and then radio silence in between. Not a normal review cadence. Also, the Facebook page states "Page manager location: Indonesia" lol. They may have a decently designed site storefront, but you should be cautious of any transactions regardless. It was not a blatant scam, which is all I could ask for, but don't expect any experienced ecommerce support by any means. There is still something suspicious about it. They are putting the bare minimum effort in.

I purchased a chair, within seconds of opening it was apparent the color was not the same as in the photos and wouldn't work in my room. I contacted them to see about a simple exchange of the cushions for the same chair, different color leather and they stated that everything including the metal bases (which would be exactly the same for the two chairs.) They won't do this. They also make the consumer pay for return shipping, which is reasonable. As a major online company, typically they would send me a label and let me know what the fee would be..... NOPE! They only have outbound shipping contracts, so my fee to return the chair would be over $900!! The chair only costs $1100, so you do the math, no one is ever going to return the chair... I asked to speak to a manager and Alicia S is ignoring that request. So the thing they pride themselves on, online, their customer service, actually isn't very helpful. They offered a partial refund on the chair ($50....LOL and a $50 gift card.) Save your money and buy a real Eames chair. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a HaloLux™ Ultra Light lamp on May 4 and received it on May 24 (China shipping). There was no mention of such long delivery time on the website. Just when I forgot about my order, it got delivered only to realize that it has loose legs due to the malfunctioned parts. Then it took several detailed photos and videos to describe the problem for them to ship the replacement parts from China, but the package was returned (!!) three weeks later back them. Several weeks later, after realizing what happened, contacted the support again by being told that it is "investigated by the fulfillment team". After requesting a return, was told that the parts were shipped (from China) again entirely ignoring my return request. Not wanting to continue playing this game, I am now looking to get my money through my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY! This is just short of a scam. I received the "Milan Executive Chair" 6 weeks after the date of when it was supposed to arrive- when it did finally arrive, it is DAMAGED. This chair is supposed to be "genuine leather" and it is extremely thin fake "leather". No surprise, being so thin, the rear of the chair arrived with two holes in it. Upon contacting "customer service" (provides none), to let them know of my disappoint and desire to return/refund, they informed me that in order to return my damaged chair, I am supposed to pay for return shipping. GTFOOH. I had the pleasure of emailing with Alicia with "customer service"; do yourself a favor and purchase from elsewhere.

The order still says "processing". The website still advertises delivery in a few days. This is a lie. Their support team is entirely non-responsive. When they do respond their responses are useless and nonsensical. The phone number on their website goes nowhere. They don't respond to the chat on their website. Would not order from them again.

Although the responses to my seat inquiries were prompt but somewhat unclear, I received my chair in good order within 5 days, even during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
