Very central and handy as staying in a local hotel and needed a few bits and bobs. What you would expect from a Sainsbury's local. Only jiggle was that they didn't have any bags available so bring your own. Staff were friendly and tried to help but explained that bags often just get taken without anyone paying the charge so they keep them behind the counter if they have any! Just as well I only bought an armful of goods.

Some awful service here!! Some of the staff great and helpful but one man behind the till swearing, refusing to serve because it was 9 minutes to 1 and he finished at 1 so just walked away from the till shacking his head at us and made everyone wait for someone else to come back and serve us 5 mins later. Appalling behaviour and service and not a nice experience

Store feedback 18th June 2023. 1125am I am appalled that a manager was swearing and moaning about a junior colleague to other junior colleagues on the sales floor in front of myself and other customers. I do not expect to hear bad language or management having unprofessional and innoprare conversations when I go shopping.

Shopping in this shop for 4 years now. I have to say the management of this shop should take action because one cash till staff are v racist n not helping. (A white old man).He looks like so annoying to helping me.I am putting this post because last week I also faced the same problem.

I was in your store on the morning of Friday 8th December and served buy the most amazing helpful man. He found me an umbrella as it was raining and went above and beyond with his service. Thankyou you made my day.

Handy when it's 2 minutes down the road from the 02 ritz and 4 minutes away from the holiday inn express and 2 minutes away from Oxford Road Station

This branch has become very tatty and blessed with vacant shelves. Manager needs to step back and take a good look at their cost center.

Loiter by the entrance for even a second and a charity mugger will accost you. Some are quite rude when ignored

The store was so dark it’s difficult to see in front of me never mind what’s in the fridges.
