How is it that I tell just about every person that I know how great St. Germain is but I did not let my Google family know?? It's time to document this greatness! I have patronized this cafe more times than I would like to admit. I am glad that it is not in closer proximity to my residence because I would be in trouble. The cafe can be a little tricky to locate. If you are on foot and are next to Velvet Taco and/or Puttershuck you are in the vicinity. For reference it is across from Cathy's ice creams and next to Puttershuck. When you walk into this establishment you get the feeling that it is the real deal! St. Germains mission statement is "A little slice of France with a dash of southern hospitality." The mission has been achieved with the ambience, the presentation, the customer service and best of all the quality and taste of their food. Let's start with the service. Every time that I have opted to stop in the staff go above and beyond to provide a friendly and what appears to be genuine greeting. They also go out of their way to describe the desserts and answer any questions I may have. They far exceed my expectation for recommendable customer service. This time around I was convinced to try the Celeste Vanilla Mouse (White ganache, red velvet and fig.)I was won over with the description including red velvet cake! I also tried a raspberry violet macaroon. My friend ordered the Tropical ( Mango, banana and coconut mousse with pineapple panna cotta almond base), and the lavender macaroon. This was my friends first time visiting this cafe and she was won over on her first bite. While I enjoyed the options I went with, I do have to be honest and say that I enjoyed the tropical dessert and lavender macaroon the best! It was the combination of the fruits with coconut and that pie like base for me on the Tropical! If you like desserts that are fruity and not too sweet the tropical is a must try! The macaroons are just perfection! Macaroons should have a slight crunch, with emphasis on slight! St. Germain has perfected this art! You can't go wrong with any of the macaroons! I would also like to note that this place is always clean. We ended up being here after closing. We witness the staff cleaning the place and I was impressed. This is one more reason why I will continue to patronize this cafe. If you have not figured it out yet, I highly recommend this cafe. No the prices are not cheap. I think I paid about $12 after leaving a tip for my two items. I personally don't mind the cost. I think the cost is aligned with the quality product that you receive. The desserts are like tasty piece of art. If you are in the area you will be doing yourself a disservice to not stop in! I am sure you will find something you like. In addition to desserts they also have beverages and savory items to chose from. I look forward to coming back and experiencing other items.

Customer Service Ruined Great Food: First things first the cashier was super kind to me which is why I was so confused about the actual service. This was my first time visiting and I ordered some tarts, an iced coffee, and a quiche. The cashier asked me two times during our conversation if I wanted my coffee hot or iced and both times I told her iced. I also told her yes I wanted my quiche warmed when she asked what my preference was, she then asked me to wait a few minutes while she warmed it and grabbed the coffee. So I was surprised when she brought the food over to me and my coffee was hot and my quiche was ice cold. Again, she asked me to wait so she could warm it and then when she brought it to me a few minutes later it was ice cold and the iced coffee I ordered and repeated "iced" for twice was piping hot. Also it had cream included already but she left a good amount of room so it wasn't a full cup (Ill include a photo). Now I can't say why she did that exactly, I can guess as to why but I don't know for sure. What I do know is that her demeanor was a total 180 from the service I received--so much so that it felt intentional. But the tarts were tasted and looked amazing! I would definitely recommend those and the ambiance of the bakery but it's an honest 3 stars for everything else.

If I could give a zero star I would. Solely based off the service staff. All events happened 2/12/2023 around 4PM. We were treated so poorly i felt like i was in a movie. When we got up to the case the older gentleman working popped his head instead of using words and had a disgusted look on his face. Maybe two seconds after he asked(popped his head) what we wanted he said “ we prefer our customers to know what they want before they walk up”. Ignoring his disgusting behavior, we ordered several items which he assumed were to go. When we said “ no it’s for here” he threw a plate from the pile down, nearly breaking it and grabbed our items aggressively and moved them to the plate with poor presentation. The other worker raised her voice at us stating if we wanted drinks we would need to order them quickly or she was going to help the others behind us. Looking behind us there was literally one customer. When we moved over to talk to her, the man behind the counter began to talk poorly about us to the next customer as if we had done something wrong. Easily the rudest workers and staff I’ve ever come across. To top it off they rang the product up incorrectly and the drinks were about half full. Definitely will not be returning and I’m surprised the reviews are so good.

We attended the champagne tasting hosted by the Chef Mathieu, and it was nothing short of outstanding! He was an educational and hilarious host for sure, and the service team members were just as awesome! As far as the food and champagne- HEAVENLY! Chef's desserts were all delectable, and the champagne choices and pairings in correlation with the desserts were phenomenal. The red velvet and (I believe it was) the brut was the BEST pairing, in my opinion! I ate and drank that pair faster than I should have, but it was well worth it! Please support Chef Mathieu and his wife Heather! They're an amazing team, this experience is officially a highlight of my 2023, and St. Germain Bakery is definitely on my radar to keep coming back to! I can't wait for the upcoming wine events!

If you're close to the Interlock and have a sweet tooth, stop at Saint Germain Bakery. This a charming French inspired bakery/cafe opened Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is plenty of seating inside as well as outside on the patio, the chairs are very comfortable. There are so many beautiful pastries to select from, I had trouble deciding so purchased two. One to eat at the cafe and one for another day. The employees are pretty nice and helpful, a really warm welcome. They also know their products, if you have questions or need help deciding, just ask. I ordered: Chai with Oat milk $6.75 Dome Brest Paris $6.75 Hazelnut salted caramel $6.25 Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere, service and the pastry. I look forward to visiting again.

Oh my goodness!!! I absolutely love this bakery!! It has loads of French charm and a plethora of deserts! My son and I went in there on a fluke and got a little carried away! We purchased a pear tart, several macaroons (lavender and Oreo), a chocolate croissant, and a chocolate cherry mousse! Everything was TO DIE FOR!! The pear tart not only looked amazing but tasted amazing as well! The tart crust was so buttery and the pears were sweet and fresh!! My son had the macaroons and said the filling was light and that the macaroons kind of melted in his mouth (Lol! He's 14.). He really loved the chocolate shell that held the chocolate cherry mousse. The young man that helped us was extremely friendly and helpful! Overall, it was a great experience!! Well worth our impromptu stop!!!

First of all, if the experience is to actually be able to get what you are looking for at your convenience, then they do it wrong! We all have different schedules during the week and by the time I am able to go get the pistachio croissant which are good, they're all gone. I wish they either made more or made it easier to hold them by letting customers make the payment over the phone; they could even have a portal that you could order from instead of the "3 day in advance special order process" which is not really possible when speaking of cravings. Also, there is NO POINT OF TELLING CUSTOMERS TO ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH OR UBER EATS WHICH MEANS PAYING OVERPRICE, (croissants are good but don't be too confident) anyway, hopefully they will work on a more efficient way of selling!

Loved it! Went around 9:45 PM ish with a friend. They were in the process of closing down but they treated us as if we were the first customers walking in! Very clean and presentable atmosphere. Esthetically pleasing to say the least. Everything tasted fresh. We had 4 different Macroons, a Pistachio Croissant, Matcha Lattes (one with Lavender), and a banana walnut loaf! They had grand windows that opened to provide an indoor/ outdoor atmosphere. Quaint bakery with a mini bar. I am unsure, but I believe they only served wine. Outside of the restaurant is a nice little courtyard with bonfires. My friend and I enjoyed a nice conversation with our lattes and baked goods there! It is in a good walking area near other stores as well. IE: Dior, Spanx, Montclier, etc.

Saint Germain French Bakery and Café deserves no less than a five-star rating for the authentic French café experience it delivers. From the inviting decor to the warm ambiance, stepping inside feels akin to being transported to a charming café. We sampled a variety of their decadent desserts – the Chocolate Éclair was a masterstroke in the balance of sweetness with its light choux pastry and rich filling, the Dark Chocolate Dome was a must-try for chocolate lovers, and the Crème Brûlée, with its luxuriously creamy interior and perfect crystalline caramel top. Complementing these delicacies were the flavorful, yet smooth iced coffees. The cherry on the cake was the exemplary service by their attentive, friendly, and efficient staff.

We came near the end of the night and got a few birthday pastries. We took all our pastries to-go. I got the Lemon Cube, which was alright but not stunning. The combo of lemon mousse and peach compote was tasty, but a bit unbalanced, leaving me wanting more peach. We got the blueberry pistachio pastry, which I thought would be best, but unfortunately didn’t taste how I wish it would’ve. We also got a raspberry almond tart, a tropical mousse pastry, and a few macarons. The presentation of every dessert is very nice. I wish I was blow away having tasted them all, but wasn’t. The woman who sold us our pastries was very sweet and cheery for almost 11pm, which we appreciated. I left wishing the taste matched the price!

Gorgeous cafè with Parisian vibes and great seating. Pastries were AMAZING - Lemondrop was my favorite and out of this world delicious! Coffee was average, wish they had liquid sweetener for the iced coffee as the granulated sugar doesn't blend well and additional flavored syrup didn't necessarily help. Unfortunately they were out of the sandwich I wanted, but didn't notice until after I paid. The substitute I chose was subpar, and unfortunately we had to send both of our sandwiches back to be reheated as they were still half-cold. The staff was kind and helped us multiple times. Overall decent experience and if we were to be in town again, we'd visit - but likely only for the pastries.

I have been looking for a bakery since we moved! I happen to come across this one on my search. They picture blew me away! It was a must I had to go see it and try some of the most mouth watering desserts! This bakery is quaint and beautiful. The staff is friendly, and helpful. As soon as you e tee the counter of decadent desserts catches your eyes. It reminded me so my of queens, NY! We got the pecan tart, coffee mousse, mint chocolate mousse , cheese apricot danish and tiramisu!!! It was beyond what I expected. Each flavor burst through as you ate. It was created with such though, flavors and beauty! We will definitely be back! One of my favorite bakeries!!!

  • Sam Mass

Went there expecting to find unique creations like the peach pictures, but were disappointed to find a more common assortment of tarts, eclairs, and every color of macaroon you can fathom. Since we walked a long way, we tried a little of everything just to make sure we didn't miss something. Aside from the lime tart, which was decent, everything else was either mushy, bland, or like digging clay in the summer time. I don't believe the garnish of whipped-cream-like topping is even cream! which is laughable. The staff is helpful. Prices are expensive, but reasonable for Atlanta. I'm not sure what the reviews are raving about. Would not recommend or return.

I wanted to surprise my friend on her Birthday with a good cake, I ordered online a week in advance for a 12 person cake, received an email confirming the order for a pickup and my credit card immediately got debited. But when I went for the great cake they never entered the order. This is not RIGHT! The employees tried to solve it by giving me what they had available, a smaller cake for 6 people and 8 pastries to cover the amount that I paid for 12 and 2 little candles. Anyway I left pretty mad, this is not what I paid for and what I had planned for my event. I would never trust them with an order again.

I was in dire need of a cake for my fiancé’s birthday and I just missed the cut off to pick it up in time. This was the only bakery that she loved more than any other so I definitely wanted it from Saint Germain. I was able to reach out to the manager Amanda for help. She was not only extremely helpful but she gave me the assurance that she could have it done in time. I can’t thank her enough and my fiancé and our family loved the cake. You can’t thank someone enough for making a special moment perfect. Best manager at the best bakery. Btw the cake was absolutely stunning and delicious.

Was at the Interlock today for a work event and I passed by the Saint Germain bakery. I saw the macarons through the window and, not having been in Paris since 2018 - stupid COVID!! - I decided to stop in and grab a box. Glad I did! Delicious with unique flavor choices! Not quite as good as Laduree in Paris but that's such a high bar there's no shame in falling just short. The sweet treats are a little pricey so I wouldn't get them daily if I were routinely in the area, but from time to time when I am downtown, I will probably drop in to satisfy my macaron sweet tooth!

One of the best pastry. I drive an hour. Just. To get a cake First time I went the tree I couldn't. Find the place. And. When I told the person at the desk. She acted like she didn't give a hook. About. What I was saying and left. The fruit eclair taste so good Very expensive

A lovely German bakery with a broad selection of baked goods to choose from. They have croissants, macaroons, danishes and tarts to name a few. They also have a few savory items like quiche and sandwiches as well. The location is inside of the Interlock building and next to a few other great offerings watch I look forward to trying. During my visit they were properly staffed so my wait time was minimal and the service was both friendly and helpful. If I'm the area, you should definitely treat yourself and pay them a visit.

I was craving a late night so I gave this place a try. The pastries are fine, nothing out of the ordinary. It says “French” bakery but that’s a big stretch. A lot of the pastries are Americanised versions of what is believed to be “French” confectionery with emphasis. There are definitely better options out there. I was also not impressed with the narrow selection they have. I should add that location is hidden inside the Interlock parking deck, so it might take you a bit to know where to go if you’ve never been to WSPD.

  • Caitlin McMahan

Very nice bakery. There were lots of great looking pastries and chocolates. We tried 5 different desserts. All the bakes were well done and I loved the look of the pastries. However, 4/5 desserts lacked flavor or the flavors were way off. For example, the lemon bubble cake that we got had basil in it, but the basil and the lemon did not work and the dessert was overpowered with a very bitter basil. The one dessert that we enjoyed the most was the opera cake. Chocolate and espresso always go well together.

  • Parker Chilton

Love this place! I live across the street and it’s so nice to stop by for breakfast or lunch. The quiche Lorraine, croque monsieur, and riviera are amongst my favorites on the savory side. The pastries are pricey, but well worth it. So much variety, but my goal is to eventually try one of everything! Beyond the food, lovely atmosphere for working or chatting with friends. Strong wifi as well. update- staff here is AWESOME!!! They really go out of their way to make sure you get good service.

Saint Germain off Howell Mill is a “Must Visit” when you’re visiting or a local resident here in W. Midtown. The pastries and desserts are of the highest quality, aesthetically and taste. Staff is friendly. Location is amazing. A great place to come alone to read/study or come with significant other, friend, or someone who appreciates good coffee and sweets. Not for work, especially if you have zoom/team meetings. Could get a bit noisy due to foot traffic and the businesses next door.

  • Donia Zahra

They catered an event for me and were absolutely fantastic! When our guests saw the presentation, many of them audibly gasped. Showed up early, prepare with all the supplies, everything was beautifully displayed and easy to access. Mathieu even provided beautiful pink take out boxes for extras and we got nothing but compliments on the taste of the pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and presentation. Not to mention, they were extremely accomodating to different dietary restrictions.

  • REESE

Just ordered and to be honest I felt quite rushed while ordering by the African American bald head female. I asked for wine prices / a list she responded that prices are dictated by what I want but I’m thinking duh ! Isn’t it her job to ask me what I’d like so she can tell me the price ?? As she was making my friend’s coffee I so happened to see a wine list right next to the register. Management, train your staff to be more patient and efficient with paying customers !

  • Felicia Feaster

The very sweet, efficient staff at this charming cafe went the extra mile to accommodate my large group, moving tables and arranging chairs and doing everything they could even on a busy Sunday to make the space work for us. The cafe has also organized special menus in advance for another group/event and have always done so much to make my experiences there special and memorable. I adore everything about this place and will continue to keep it in regular rotation.

  • Mark Shuford

Made a holiday order of multiple cakes, but they messed up the order. I paid for large size but received smaller size after prepaying. They offered store credit for their mistakes. Customer service was unresponsive and unapologetic. Cakes were good but expensive and a far lesser quality than all other french bakeries I've tried.

Interior nice Music choice solid However, the pastries were not it. Mango pastry/Tropical - too sweet, no tanginess of the tropical fruit, inside was frozen Strawberry pastry - barely actual strawberry inside, jammy?, chocolate mousse was good and the shape of it was good but disappointed Croque monsieur - was not a croque monsieur, no bechamel sauce. It was a dry ham and cheese that I could’ve made at home No actual croissants around 1300? Get it together

Mathieu & his team deserve every single star and then some for their craftsmanship, hospitality, and professionalism. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them when considering different avenues for 'welcome gifts' for our wedding guests. From customized macarons, photo printed cookies, to delectable chocolates, we were blown away with how much customization and care St. Germain puts into every order. Couldn't recommend them enough! Truly a gem!

  • Maree Allred

We went here for dessert tonight and were extremely disappointed. We had 7 in our group, and out of all of the desserts we bought, we only liked one. The rest were odd or flavorless, and the ones with pastry crusts tasted like the pastry was freezer-burned. It was such a disappointment, especially at these prices.

Saint Germain is one of my favorite bakeries! They have so many delicious goodies. Today I got the LION, mango macaroon and Green Mint tea to go. If you’ve never been to the bakery, they have a little bit for everyone, so many different flavors and assortment of beautiful, pastries, as well as sandwiches and assorted drinks. They have a lot of sitting in the parking is very simple and easy. This bakery is perfect after all the salty food.

  • B. Chidinma N

not sure i have the words to describe how utterly overrated and BLAND this place is. butter croissant was SO DRY. caramel latte tasted like dirt. and to top it all off, the attitudes of the workers- horrendous. not sure if they’re playing into the french theme but *newsflash* actual french people are very pleasant and these people could neither smile nor could they say TY or you’re welcome. anyway. it was a total waste of money.

  • Emily Centeno

Saint Germain is a cute Parisian styled cafe that offers tea and espresso beverages along with beer/wine. It's a great place to either sit down and relax at or grab something quick if you have plans elsewhere at the Interlock. Their pastries are absolutely delicious, particularly their croissant. They also sell small items such as honeys, jams, tea towels, etc. Staff is always kind, and it's a very open and spacious layout.

  • Victor Hernandez

Some of the best french pastries I've had. Lemon meringue, creme brulee, tiramisu, rasperberry something i can't remember, all were delicious. The crossbars were great too. Love the place and the decoration, the staff was helpful but seemed a little judgy. We specifically went to this place and had to pay $13 for parking, felt cheated as the bakery is just at the entrance of the parking lot. Anyhow, great pastries.

Fantastic place to wind down, relax, and enjoy the holiday decor. Or study/ work! Phenomenal pastries. Great croissants. Plenty of space up stairs for a quiet table and outlet (same shared space but not cafe space) Friendly service.

I was excited to go here for a light breakfast on a Sunday morning. Bathroom was clean and ambiance was cute. Items were expensive. The quiche lorraine was small and extremely salty (hard to eat it was so salty). The plain croissant was fine, but dough in the middle was hard and rubbery. In both cases the staff warmed up the item, but the inside was cold. We felt cheated that for these two items the bill was >$15.

  • Rebecka Stenberg

I went to pick up a birthday cake that was pre-ordered and the bakery did not have the cake nor the order, even though I had already paid and had the confirmation. I placed the order 1 week prior. The employee blamed the manager and gave me some small cakes instead. The manager never reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. We live in the area and will not be using this bakery again for coffee or cakes.

  • Pancakeh0e

The best quiche I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing in my entire life. So warm and light, yet filling! The balance between the fluffy eggs, mild goat cheese and Spinach was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend! I got a box of chocolates for some coworkers and she even wrote each chocolates down so I'd know which is which; so the service is just as amazing as the their culinary confections!

  • David Peek

I love this place! Their customer service gets a 5 star rating but deserves a 10. Staff members are professional and eager to serve. Seating is open and spacious, and they also have a second area upstairs. Don't even get me started on the tasty treats, I've never seen a bakery provide such a vast selection at such a great price. The only issue you might encounter is which one you will try first!

An open secret! If you are going to be Putting you will need to add some time to have a snack at St Germain. There are a whole host of patisserie, truffles, macaron, and savory faire. I had the Croque Monsieur and a lovely strawberry tart, and a well made Americano. My dates had a mousse and a Celeste. The service was gracious, swift and competent. I look forward to coming back soon!

  • J. Johnson

Stopped my this place as I was leaving the area for the day. Needed a quick cup of coffee. Definitely was not quick. Super slow service. I think we waited at least 30 minutes for our latte to go. There weren't even many people in line. The coffee was great though. My brother said it's the best coffee he's had. I want to go back again and hopefully the barista can speed it up a bit.

  • Lauren Johnson

Nice staff and atmosphere but the food / coffee isn’t great. We got a tiramisu and an americano. the tiramisu didn’t taste fresh and also didn’t taste like tiramisu. The americano tasted like a regular coffee, not like it was made with espresso. Disappointing that it’s called a French bakery but the pastries don’t seem special or fresh and the coffee is the same as a local diner.

  • Emily Mln

Not authentic French pastries in terms of taste (extremely sugary) or price. I couldn’t finish my Napoleon for the sweetness, and it was expensive! As others have noted, it looks better than it tastes. However the staff was very friendly and the place cutely decorated. I’d like to try some vienoisserie (croissant, pain au chocolat, etc) next time which looked good.

  • Jade Gonzalez

This place is beautiful and Amanda, who helped me out was OUTSTANDING. My dog was at the vet down the street having surgery and we wanted to distract ourselves when we’re waiting and WOW this place was so pretty and calm and upscale it did the trick. The macaroons are divine. The latte was delicious. The service was awesome! 10/10 can’t wait to take my mom here.

  • Veronica Guice

This was my first time and this shop did not disappoint! I had a Chai latte & a pistachio croissant which was absolutely delicious. One of the best I’ve ever tasted. It melted in my mouth. Heaven!!! I will definitely be returning on a weekly basis for my after work breakfast! It definitely helped me to forget about my night shift horrors in the hospital

  • Benjamin Stevie

Mediocre coffee. Bad service. We went and clearly ordered a Mocha and Breve Latte - we received a shot of espresso and Americano. When we asked about it we received attitude and two lousy tasting drinks. Worst part - the attitude and lack of “hey, sorry about that, let us fix it”. Spend your money at another, deserving, competent coffee shop.

Saint Germain bakery has the worst customer service. This one and the one at Ponce City Market. Every time I go I have to wait for the employees to finish their conversation before they even acknowledge I’m there. Then they look at me crazy for interrupting and actually wanting to order something. Also the macarons aren’t good …

  • Nathalie Romance

This bakery was nothing special. I got an eclair and my friend got a tart. The eclair tasted like something I could purchase in the grocery store. The hazelnut tart didn't really taste like hazelnut. Wouldn't go back, was not impressed. Doesn't seem like the items are fresh. You can probably get something better at the grocery store.

  • Amanda Edgar

We stopped by here while in Atlanta and these were some of the best pastries we have ever had. The cafe is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The attached parking garage is affordable, I think it was about $1 for one hour. We will definitely come back to try more things next time we are in town. They also have lunch options.

  • Zehra G.

This is actually the hallway of a hotel or so. It is not like an elegant pattiserie. You stay in line order your food. Don't confuse this with a cafè in Europe. It has all kinds of cakes and so on.... But you don't wanna sit there and watch the parking spot. It has absolutely no atmosphere. More like a train station waiting area....

  • Nabeel Ozman

Service - was ok, kind of wanted to know what to order but was given some smirks as if they were annoyed. (No one else in line). It’s a hot 95 degrees, I wouldn’t blame anyone if that was the reason. Dessert - got the salted caramel tart. Tasted creamy, and have caramel sauce inside. Tart base was soft, but not crunchy. Just right.

  • Laura McMaster

Excellent customer service when I made a mistake on my galette order. I selected the wrong pick-up day, and I had invited guests over for this French cake. I called when they opened, and they replaced my exact order with some extra supply on the actual day I meant to pick up the cake. Life-saver and very delicious!

Saint Germain French Bakery, is a good place for dessert and wine. The staff is nice and friendly, and willing to help make your selection on which dessert would be good for you. I do recommend the French cheesecake with dulce da leche and berries, paired with a caramel latte. You will enjoy that combination.

I don’t know if having them warm was an option, but if you can I’d ask them to warm it up. If you want to treat yourself, come here. Definitely a little once in a while shop to come to.

Wise made our experience truly memorable! From helping us select the right macaroons for the kiddos to helping the parents pair the best wine with delicious cake options! Wise went above and beyond! We’ll be telling all of our friends of our friends about this experience. We can’t wait to come back.

I enjoyed the ambiance of this bakery and it’s a good place to do work. Although, the desserts were aesthetic and looked very appealing, they didn’t surprise me. For the price of these desserts I was expecting a more distinct feature about them which would draw me back. Overall this place is good.

The gentleman working at the counter today has horrible attitude. Lazy, uncouth fellow. Ruined the experience of buying a few beverages. Your business will not last if you treat customers like this. If i had read the other poor reviews I wouldn’t have gone. Good luck and wish you best for success.

Great Vibe & Service. Why 4 stars? Everything was wayyyy too sweet. Literally can cut the sugar in half and improve the quality of the products. But hey, that's just my opinion and that of the few people with me. Maybe we are just a bit too old and younger people like their cakes super sweet.

  • Julia

Honestly ı expected much more full of tasty desserts, lemon cube was ok and the others were full of heavy cream and less taste about flavor, cafe was not good, ı hope that in usa we will find a real french bakery soon price and service was acceptable but all about cafe is overrated …

  • Shivika Singal

Absolutely love this place for the vibe and the fun deserts. The coffee is amazing and it’s really a great place to chill and get work done if you need to. Also serves wine and tiny bubble bottles if you are looking to celebrate something and want to be low key. Absolutely recommend.

  • Amanda Moncus

We stopped by this wonderful bakery on our way out from the Puttshack. It is our 10th wedding anniversary so we decided to try some Macaroons for the first time. They were so delicious!!!! We will definitely be back for some more yummy treats. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

  • Funmi Foster

I absolutely love this place! The treats and the staff make picking up baked goods for my headshots clients an easy stop. Lovely and spacious, I highly suggest stopping by for a less crowded experience than their PCM location. Regardless, come for the desserts and leave with more!

  • Darlenys Polanco

Rude staff, manager made up for it. No way people who are spending their money at this establishment and tipping should be treated the way I was. I would go in detail but the manager heard our concerns and corrected the previous interaction. Coffee and Macaroons were great though.

  • Emma Barron

Expensive, expensive but delicious. I tried the peach tart — the presentation was immaculate, the tart itself had an amazing peach flavor, and the decoration on top contrasted nicely. The server was also very knowledgeable. Great for a date night or splurging with friends :)

My absolute most favorite place to get pastries in Atlanta. They have a great variety of desserts and all of them taste amazing. My favorite one is the passionfruit raspberry mousse, a true European-style dessert that is so hard to find around here. Definitely recommend!

  • Grecia Betancourt

AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I came to Atlanta for the first time and were looking for a good dessert spot.. well this is it! Delicious and fresh desserts, we had the Cheesecake Fruit Tart and it was to die for.. we had to get another one! Definitely coming back here!!

  • Vanity Insanity

I’ve been to both locations her and The Ponce and each time the items are world class beautiful but don’t deliver on taste and flavor. The one item that is consistent is the Lemon Drop so I will mention her by name. She is that girl and the star of the bakery.

  • Rania Hamzeh

Love this place, they have the best and most delicious French pastries especially the strawberry tart and the traditional French dark chocolate, the staff is very friendly and the service is excellent, simply this place is one of my favorite places in Atlanta.

  • H B

I am lucky that I only live a couple of blocks from here so you can imagine this being my favorite neighborhood coffee and pastry shop. The eclairs are to die for! The coffees are perfection. In the ambiance early in the morning is ideal as it is very quiet.

  • Amber Long

We had the dark chocolate mousse dome and 6 macarons. Vanilla, creme brulee, Oreo, red velvet, snickers and salted caramel. Everything was delicious.

Very cute location and ambience! Food menu includes sandwiches & quiches, you can see the size in the display case. Dessert is the star of the show! Lots of options - sweet or sour. There is a parking deck that leads to the entrance. $15 for 2 hours.

  • Gabrielle Alcazaren

Great atmosphere and all the desserts looked gorgeous, very Instagramable. We ordered a tart to go but got home and we were given a blackberry mousse instead. It was okay but I'd probably choose another bakery next time I'm craving French desserts.

  • G

Excellent selection of pastries. Note that there is high restraint with respect to sweetness. I prefer this style of patisserie, and it's definitely worth trying! Prices are quite high, but everything here, so far, has been of excellent quality.

  • bri waffles

delicious desserts, great customer service and friendly staff! It was our first time going. I asked the girl behind the counter her recommendations and she did not disappoint. The chai iced latte was delicious definitely could taste the spice.

  • K Haynes

I enjoyed my Peach Mouse. The lady who waited on me, was friendly and patient. She even came from behind the counter and helped me order a few macaroons! I've shared my experice with friends and family and I look forward to coming back again.

  • Jordan Bell

Lady was very rude while taking our order. Felt like she was annoyed with us for no reason. My latte was extremely bitter/burnt tasting. Pecan tart had no flavor whatsoever. The vibe is cool here but the service and pastries were not good.

  • Vicki Huang

Ordered a tropical and a raspberry lemon macaron. The desserts here are in the style of a classic French patisserie with complex flavors, multiple elements and textures. I love mousse cakes, and both of the desserts we ordered were tasty.

  • Devanté Smith

These sweets were absolutely phenomenal! I got twelve macarons, six chocolates and a mousse cake. Amazing flavor, not too sugary or overwhelming. And the packaging is so cute! I’m visiting from out-of-town, so I was thoroughly pleased.

  • Isabel Ballester

Beautiful, colorful desserts!! It was so hard to choose. The macaroons are PERFECTION, they were my guilty pleasure when I was pregnant. The coffee mousse is light and fluffy. Everything is tastefully done and almost too pretty to eat!

  • Samantha Henry

Super cute pastries, they were delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is super cute, my partner and I loved the plating as well. Great spot for a first date since the building it's in has lots of places to walk around and check out

  • Shreejit Gangadharan

My go-to place for lattes. Great laid back ambiance for focus work. The bakery always has scrumptious looking stuff on display. Their pistachio croissants and almond croissants are amazing too though I prefer the pistachio ones.

  • Sandra Hernandez

The best dessert that I've got in my life! I ate the Napoleon and it was amazing, really fresh with a delicious cream that made me feel pleased!! Also the place is so beautiful with a great environment and the staff very kindly

  • John Vogt

Ordered a quiche Lorraine and almond croissant that was simultaneously cold in the middle and luke warm on the outside. When asked to correct it, the response was “I don’t really have time to deal with it, but if you insist”

  • Curryology

Saint Germain is the destination for classic desserts! They have so many delicious treats, the decor is beautiful. The staff is friendly, and helpful. We tried the classic French rose mints, crème brûlée and mango macaroon.

  • S Lee

I ordered my favourite desserts and was a bit disappointed. Compared to the Saint Germain French bakeries I have been, this one is much sweeter. The environment is very nice and staff is friendly though.

  • Kerfalla Dioubate

I love the croissants, especially the almond one!! And they use high quality ingredients in them, I remember they said the croissants only have butter in them so no seed oils if you're avoiding them.

  • Rachel B.

Absolutely delicious! My partner and I got oat milk lattes with a macaron and a chocolate and every single part of our order was immaculate. I could feel the love and care put into each element.

  • Football Without filter

Overpriced . Not impressed by the taste or the quality of their products. Atlanta became Manhattan, at least in NYC the taste & the quality are great. I believe they are using frozen items.

  • J Vignati

Wonderful bakery, experience is delightful with amazing treats and a relaxed comfortable setting. The creations are better than they look and they look incredible! Pricey but so worth it.

  • mineka bridges

I love St. Germaine’s almond croissant! I had been a few times in the past few weeks and they were not fresh, so I was hesitant to go again. Went today, and it was amazing. Will be back!

  • Thanmayee Kavuri

Got their chai latte and it was really good! The ambience of the bakery is really nice it feels like you’re in a little European town. So much sitting space to study and hang out as well

  • Abby Forsberg

Amazing macaroons! The other desserts looked amazing! The next time I come I will definitely get the fruit tart and the chocolate rose mousse. I would recommend the lavender macaroons!

  • H Mantha

Absolutely Beautiful! Wonderful Cappuccinos. The pastries and macarons look beautiful, but the flavors were a bit disappointing. It seems like they use a lot of artificial flavors.

  • Jessica Lemler

Very cute atmosphere! They had a lovely selection of chocolates, macarons, and desserts, as well as a limited selection of quiche and sandwiches. The staff was friendly and quick.

  • Isaac Shapiro

OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE $7.62 for an iced latte (not including tip) is unacceptable pricing Quality of drinks is not impressive. Espresso tastes incredibly burnt and bitter.

  • Rachel Victoria

Carrot cake was extremely dry and didn't taste fresh. It also had too much iceing, which was also very bland and didn't taste like cream cheese. It was very disappointing.
