From the moment I walk into the bright, bustling space, Vicky’s warm welcome & bright smile is followed by nods of acknowledgment from Maya, Gus, Reilly, and Craig - setting the stage for one more amazing visit. Barb is my brilliant colourist - here’s why: I asked her to lean so I could show her a photo on my phone. As I flipped through, I paused to share, ‘that’s my Gracie - she’s 5’ when Barb asked me to pause. ‘Her hair is beautiful. If you like her colour, we can work with that…That was 15 years ago. Dew is a partnership of four (??) brilliant professionals who came together 18 years ago, and hired a bunch more brilliant professionals - it quite simply works. Their synergies & skill translate into each strand of my ‘Gracie-coloured hair’. I have been coming to Salon Dew since the day they opened over 15 years ago and I simply cannot emphasize enough how amazingly talented and kind all their hair stylist and technicians are. I felt like a hair makeover and yesterday Maia did just that and I am completely in love with my new cut. She never seizes to amaze me. Trifon does my colour and he is simply magic too. The ambiance, decor, wash station and reception are all perks!! Super bonus is they sell all the best products for hair repair too. Seeing and being greeted by the beautiful and knowledgeable Vickie completes this visit. I highly recommend going to Salon Dew. You will never go to another salon again. I drive 2.5 hours for my hair appointments because it is 100% worth it.

I have been visiting Salon Dew for many years and I’m always delighted with the care and service I receive. I highly recommend Trifon for hair colouring and consistently receive positive comments from my friends on my hair colour. Salon Dew provides warm, professional, attentive service. Barb matches my red perfectly so it appears so natural. Gus’ haircuts are perfect. I’ve seen other staff too- everyone in the salon is so talented. Make up and keratin treatments are offered as well. It is a down to earth welcoming place in the heart of Yorkville. Highly recommend for color and cuts and styling of the highest quality. In COVID lockdown, Vicky has provided me the opportunity to purchase my color for at home use. It is truly appreciated, but still can't wait to come back!!!

Absolutely amazing! I thanked the universe for having found this salon -- and obviously my friend who suggested Barb, the co-founder. Impeccable and smart service begins with professionals who authentically take their clients' interests and wishes into account. I left the salon feeling they truly listened to my expressed needs and never patronized me with the typical "listen to the pros because we know better" attitude. After this first experience, I have already told a couple of people that they should definitely give it a try.

I've been a client since Salon Dew opened. My colour technician is Craig, but they're all amazing. A fun, yet professional group of stylists. I have been a loyal customer to salon Dew for almost 15 years. I’ve never trusted anyone with my thick, wavy hair like I trust Maia. Every cut has been exactly what I’ve wanted and when I don’t know what I want I am comfortable saying “cut lots off and do whatever you think I should do!”. I’ve literally had haircuts where she chopped 7 inches. Highly recommend her and her team! Super friendly too. Worth every Penny.

trifon does the greatest blonde highlights i have ever seen. his attention to detail is insane - his knowledge of products and colouring techniques to achieve the perfect shade is incomparable. i no longer live in toronto but will travel here specifically to see him! i cannot recommend him highly enough. and the rest of the salon is fantastic - light and airy with high quality products. and the best scalp massages!

I was looking for a new salon and tried Dew based on a friends recommendation ( and she always gets a great cut and colour!). I had a great experience - everyone is very friendly and welcoming! Sarah cut my hair and she is lovely! Very friendly and helpful giving her suggestions. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and I got a great cut and blow dry. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Salon Dew for a few years and am always pleased with my result and the service. They are consistent which is one of the main things I hadn’t found with previous hair stylists. I always leave happy. In addition to being super skilled stylists, Trifon and Sarah are amazing people, which is wonderful when being in their chair for the better part to a day.

Everyone at Salon Dew is a pleasure to spend time with but they are 100% professional. They always try their best to accommodate any requests. Best of all I always look and feel great when I leave their premises.
