On 1/2 I took my STOCK car to Sam's for a basic wash, upon pulling up to the bay, the rails caught and ripped off 3 parts of my underbody. The vehicle was still operable so I filed the report, was told I would be contacted the next day by the manager and left. After 72 hours of not being contacted, I finally called corporate myself, and got a call from the manager an hour later. He claimed he was waiting on parts info from Audi that magically came in an hour after I called asking corporate for assistance.... He then continues to try and over explain something I already knew in an effort to place blame on me, and even the last service center I took the car to, neither of which made any sense - but he was grasping for excuses. Company still will not pay any damages and continues to give me a run around, blaming me for their equipment's fault. Having read some other reviews here, the same thing has happened countless times.

This location is purposely cheating customer’s out of what they have subscribed too with the premium wash subscription. No bueno! New to the area & decided to choose this location for my Premium Unlimited Wash Subscription. Unfortunately, my last three visits to this location have all led to me being unstatisfied with my service & I’m canceling this month. Each time I have visited, the tire shine is not working at all with the washes & this should be, as that was apart of the plan I was sold on. There are never any available window cleaner bottles either. When I mentioned this to the attendant he says the pressure on the tire shine has been turned down to low. I could visually attest to none being applied. He volunteered to come spray tire shine on my tires instead and was very frugal in his application because many other customer’s needed to use as well. Please fix this!

In the thousands of reviews I have shared, I think this is the ONLY carwash; see for yourself- that is how awesome this experience was, for me. Great service! And considering how dirty my car was, I am pleasantly surprised at how clean it appears now. Still has more to be done, but I am happy with the exterior and my mat service. I will finish the interior tomorrow. Wish I had not accidentally thrown out my receipt, they gave me an additional free wash- I think due to the rain. So awesome of them! I will definitely be returning to them. Plenty of clothes to use for my car, glass cleaner comes with the service. The vacuums were excellent. Well worth the money I paid and if I were to live here, I would join their wash club. It was the same price as my wash and knowing me, I would use it weekly so I would save a lot of money. Again, worth it!

Been going here since May 2020 with my 1st car. And their customer service has been nothing but excellent to me. I appreciate the whole time for being great at what they do. But recently I broke my foot and Andrew was nothing but major help and concentrate to my condition. Even before that he made sure I always got what I need. So thank you Andrew! But today I came and was helped by Kirk and his team mate for this shift and they did a great job once I got out the wash to vacuum I happen to catch Kirk checking the lot and help me wipe my rims and grill the same thing Andrew would help me with I’m just glad I found a spot where the people are nice welcoming and helpful thanks guy see you in 3/4 days lol

I have nothing but high praise for this car wash location. It was my first time using them and by far the best experience I've had utilizing a car wash establishment. The employees showed exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end. Not to mention, as I finished cleaning the interior of my vehicle, my car battery died to where Edward (one of the employees) was gracious enough to extend a helping hand by giving my vehicle a jump. Thankfully he was able to assist otherwise I would have been an inconvenience and holding up one of the pull in areas due to my battery dying. I usually go to Sam’s because the people are friendly, it’s clean, and things are always in working order. In all the years of going there I never experienced what I did today. While I was vacuuming my car, an employee came to help me dry my car off and even sprayed my rubber floor mats, (something I’ve needed to do for a while!) I thought it would be a nice gesture to tip him in appreciation for going above and beyond and because I was thrilled to have clean mats, but he would not accept my tip and said that “doing good for other people is better than money”. This man’s name is Lakwan, he is a rare breed these days and gives me hope for the world my kids are growing up in...

Tried Sam’s Xpress wash for the first time today after I was shocked to recently pay $13 at Autobell for just an exterior wash, up from $8! The $8 drive through wash at SX seemed more thorough than Autobell. PLUS I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also offer FREE vacuums and also FREE air for tires! Not bad at all! So after you do a wash, you can self vacuum your car, unlike at Autobell where you don’t have free vacuums or air. My new carwash destination will now be SX! $20 for unlimited monthly plan is a great deal.

DO NOT PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION!! I was charged for MONTHS without consent despite cancelling my membership twice. When I contacted customer service, Shannen not only was completely unsympathetic towards the situation where I was being charged illegally by their company, but also promised a refund for many months prior that was never issued with no follow-up. She has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. So disappointed as I previously loved the service years ago.

My car was scratched in several places. I went to the manager and he gaslighted me and said the carwash didn’t do it. I would have taken a simple fix for my car. This is a brand new car with under 5k miles on it. I took it to the dealership and they said it look like it hard years worth of stretches on the car. The manager only denied denied denied. Worst experience i ever had with a carwash and I go to the carwash 2 to 3 times a week!

Excellent car wash! The staff does a really good job with prepping the cars for the (automatic) wash. This is a drive thru car wash, so you will be instructed by staff as you enter. They also have monthly deals with unlimited washes that allow you to have your pass scanned without the need for entering your credit card. Everytime I've been to this location is has been spotless unlike some of the other car washes in the area.

My favorite place for years; but lately the service is not the best compare with other Sam's Xpress car wash. This is the second time that once my car is insight of the machine, the machine stop completely and they begins again only with water. I let the guys know about the issue and the response was huh? Ah? What? Besides that, mostly half of the vacuums works and the rest are not working properly. Go to a better place

There is a team member who guides you through the initial process, and then you proceed to the spraying down of your vehicle. I truly love going through the different stages and coming out on the other end. Now you are able to pull up to a section that has these powerful vacuums, your mats are cleaned by another team member, and there are towels for you to use. This was and is excitement of the clean kind!

Car wash was fine, nothing special but did the job. Then, I used their free air to fill my tire. Their air pump did the opposite and completely deflated my tire to 10psi. Workers couldn’t fix it although they tried to help and said the same thing happened last week. In sum, come for the wash I guess but do NOT use their air for your tires unless you want a flat. I had to call AAA, what a joke.

Came here and got the premium wash with no extras. Quick service and friendly workers. Can use vacuums for free with purchase of a wash. There were a few spots on my hood that didn't come off and I had to get it off myself with a sponge at home but I think that's to be expected from a drive thru car wash. Will definitely continue coming here from now on.

This location is very fast and friendly. Lakwan took time to wipe my car and chit chat while I vacuumed it out and cleaned it up. He was very polite and helpful and helped get me out quickly as I had a newborn in the back. Definitely will only use this location! Great job hiring such a hands on staff who goes the extra mile to make a difference.

This car wash place is a touch based car washing place. They have huge rollers which automatically clean the car. I am giving it a 3-star as I paid for the mat cleaning service but the machine did not work as expected. It ended up giving me wet mats, which then I had to dry using vacuum cleaners. Also power of Vacuum cleaners wasn’t that great.

Brand new place. Great prices, cheaper than Auto Bell. Wash turned out really well. Just a little left over water on my trunk. Staff was friendly and courteous. One of them came over and towel dryer my trunk while I was using the free vacuums. Will definitely return! Top wash gives you another free wash within 4 days.

I enjoyed the fact that you can get a free rewash within 4 days with the top wash. I do wish they would give at least a week instead. My car looked better but the auto wash missed some areas around my side mirrors both times. You can vacuum your car for free and get free air for your tires. The workers were friendly.

I come here a lot and I have always dry and vacuum my own car but today I received a different service. A young man named Lakwan asked if he could dry my car for me his exact words it won't take long let me handle that for you. I truly appreciate his work ethic. A great addition to your team at Sam's.

Really a bummer. Normally I love Sam's express but the brushes bumped around on my car and barely got half the sides of my car. I pay for a drive through wash so I'm not spending time wiping the outside of my vehicle. Pick a different carwash unless you are interested in the vacuums only

I was a little concerned at first about it not being a touchless wash, but not any longer. Very good wash and free vacuuming is very nice. Especially like the 4 Day Rewash with purchase of Top Wash. It's the best, especially here in the QC with the ever-changing weather patterns we have.

I had been going to one of the other popular free vacuum car washer,but Sam’s is by far so much better! I’ll be getting the unlimited plan!! Visited today 11/24/19, and a wonderful young man name Lawan helped wipe down my vehicle. He was very kind and helpful. It was great experience!!

I always went during the week and the experience had been good, but today, Sunday, there were many users and you didn't have the cleaning fluids available, you had to wait for someone else to finish using it, really disturbing knowing that you pay a monthly charge for the full service.

Decent car wash. Typical experience for an automatic car wash. Leaves dirt in crevices and a long trim that we had to wash clean, but most automatic car washes do. Wasn't busy when we got there, but definitely picked up as we left. Cars were waiting for open spaces to use the vacuums.

Employees were distracted throwing water at each other and playing around. There were no towels when I got there. And the worst part is there are no air-pressure guns to remove excess water. Oh and trash was everywhere on the floor. Not worth the 23 dollars I payed for the car wash.

This carwash is the best, the service by the employees is super! They always are more than happy to help you perfect the shine on your ride, just ask and you shall receive. The kid's enjoy going, talk about heaven on earth, finally something everyone is willing to do …

Don’t pay for the ceramic wax or coating. It does nothing. The day after the wash, my car was covered in water spots. If it was a decent wax or coat it would have had the water bead right off. Definitely feel scammed off of that bonus option.

I drove through the car wash twice requesting tire shine because I did not get it the first round. Both times I received no tire shine..I had to go so I sprayed some wet tire on my own tires. I love you guys but you dropped the ball this day.

Love this car wash! The brushes are pretty new, my car always comes out looking clean, just a quick wipe down accompanied with the free vacuums and you’re good to go! Quick and easy! They also have an automated car mat washer!

I had a great experience with Sam's Express Car Wash. So far, I have had great experience with them. Everyone are so welcoming and polite. This is the only car wash I will go to. I live around 4 other car washes.

One of my favorite locations. Staff always courteous. Equipment always working. Have never had to wait for clean towels. Generous with glass cleaner. Never the "side-eye" when requesting armour all on tires.....

This is my favorite car wash chain. They have excellent customer service and the vacuums always hold suction. I also like that they brush every car down before entering the wash. Prices are competitive.

Great facility. Good (covered) vacs, free digital air. $6 wash every few weeks is a steal. Note: they have a +$$$ mat washer, but it doesn't scrub rubber mat groves well. Do your mats at home...

I always have a good experience at this location. The lines are quick and the staff gives the car a good scrub down before you go through the car wash. Tip: pay $3 for the hot wax it's worth it.

I got the $10 Deluxe wash Only one side was scrubbed and one side was not scrubbed the side is pure dirty waste of $10 probably can't see but all the way down is like my finger dirty

Good car wash, staff is friendly and they have a buy one come back in 4 days and get another car wash for free. The vacuums are hit or miss on suction.
