Edge express was better. Not a bad car wash, but when take 5 took over it lost a little of its charm. There used to be really cool multicolored LED lights as you’d get a wash, now it’s just solid blue. It’s boring. The vacuums are usually clogged and the complimentary glass cleaner and interior cleaners are decent. Keep in mind that they offer an unlimited washes program. It’s a little pricy and there’s not a lot of other locations, but it’s not bad. Trouble here is getting the sticker they use to scan you in automatically. It’s taken me a few months to get the sticker since they barely figured out how to use their own system, but I finally got it.

Been coming to Take5 Carwash since they’ve opened in the Charlotte/Concord area. Though I’m not too keen on the staff being at the self serve POS, outside of that they are incredible and helpful when need be. Shoutout to Javian, at the Coliseum Crossing location, for making sure I was good and building rapport with not only me but others who were in the detailing stages of the wash. My only set back is Take5 just needs a mat station for those of us who have rubber mats in our cars so we can spray them down. Other than that I’m a happy customer and will drive the 15mins to get my carwash done!!

Awesome service here. I came by after hauling several loads of mulch and after having been targeted by a flock of birds, it was bad. Daniel and Carlton were the best, Daniel took the time to have me pause a little extra so he could use the sprayer to get rid of the excessive amount of bird droppings before going into the wash. Carlton had me come back around for a second wash just to make sure we got everything and once again, Daniel gave an extra little spray before going through. Probably the best service I've had at a drive thru wash.

Do NOT bring your car here. Their car wash and chemicals ruined the finish of my wheels. They refuse to fix them and said their chemicals are HEAVILY diluted… if they are heavily diluted a slight change to the ratio could cause damage. Also, these are painted rims and cannot withstand harsh chemicals… or a ratio of a diluted chemical being off. This is the only place I have brought my car to have it washed and they refuse to take responsibility.

First time coming to this car, wash and Carlton took great care of me. He helped me clean my car. He made sure that I was satisfied. I have never had customer service like this before. At any car wash, it does make a difference from the car. Washes to have somebody that shows their caring. That you're getting the service that you deserve. I highly recommend this car wash and Carlton. For any care services needs you may have.

Awesome car wash spot. Once I was done I pulled into their Vacuum & Detailing Spots. Glass clean, Wheels clean, & Carpets vacuumed. And they didn't bug me though I was there over half an hour. Also, specific shout-out to Carlton. My guy there was the best help! He washed off all my weather mats of my Honda Pilot & offered help whenever possible. Staff there is killer! Definitely my goto place now.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Carlton this weekend during my visit. He went over the programs offered. I was washing a car that has been parked for a few months, so the car was really dirty. So he told me if I needed to wash it a few times to let him know. He was very professional and took over with making sure I was satisfied before I left. THANKS CARLTON!!

This place does a fine job - the employees are very attentive and the wash was stellar. Carlton made sure to check on me multiple times. He is very obviously invested in the success of this business and the customer experience. I literally saw him run across the lot multiple times to tend to customers - he’s super awesome. CARLTON was so sweet this morning. I love the new air fresheners he gave out this morning. I love how interactive all the employees are now and how helpful everyone is. I really like that they are standing at the check-in stand. It was so easy for me to sign up again. I like the new layout and changes they've made. Great job!!

Great car wash with great staff. Carlton helped me pick out the wash I needed, did a fantastic job of explaining the amenities and guarantees including rainy day and 2nd pass if you aren’t satisfied. They have great vacuums and supply towels, interior cleaner, and window cleaner complimentary with car wash purchase.

Let’s just say I prefer this car wash now over Sam’s Express Wash. Valdemaw was so courteous. I paid for a top wash and the front of my car was still dirty I guess because of the powerful ness of the dryers, so he let me go through the wash again. This time, the front of my car was clean. Rec’d their new sticker and still have to wait at the gate to be let in. After reviewing my bank account the first month, realized they double charged me for one month. After the wash, I would still rather have my car hand cleaned. The windows always look terrible with the water spots from the Very hard water.

Very well run car wash outfit. Friendly and welcoming staff was the very first impression. The business provides free clean towels, cleaning supplies and vacuums. Also the place is clean and the wash tunnel process does a superb job. Whoever runs this business knows how to do it in a proper manner. Thank you.

I’m posting this review soley because of Dylan, his hospitality was through the roof, his charisma was truly astonishing and made me feel at home.He truly blew me away with his knowledge of the game plus his quickness, I would come again just for Dylan’s customer service truly something to behold.

Take 5 car wash is the best for its services and employees. I was impressed by Valdemar, who was attentive and helped me by providing information about the different washes and memberships. I also appreciated the complimentary detail center, which allowed me to clean my windows, dash, and doors.

Good car wash, even better employees I visit this car wash frequently since it’s on the way back from work and they’re always quick to help me with anything I need to leave my car nice and shiny. I bought a membership today and thank you to Dylan for helping me with that. 5/5 great business.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I enrolled in a monthly membership which allows me to have unlimited washes for an entire month. As an added bonus, products are available to detail your automobile the way you like it. Kudos to Take 5 Car Wash, my new place to keep my car sparkling clean.

Every time I come to this Take 5…. Carlton and Javian I’ve gone over and beyond to help with anything I’ve needed. With customer service down in other places it’s good to know that this place has people that care about their customers. Please keep up the good work.

After 3yrs of membership they now demand you put a sticker on your windshield vs. reading your tag! I don't want a sticker on my car, so the manager canceled my membership! Really? So today I signed up at the new MOD WASH and it's cheaper

More than I my dog really loves this place. For me the wash is always great. For my dog he lives chasing the water. Lol. The vacuums are great, too. Gets all the dirt.
