Enough soap, but if I want to dry off my car in the garage/inside the building I couldn't because the employees got their cars parked inside taking up the space from the customers. Also the vacuums don't work...no suction or no hose. Members should not have to pay so much... I am not a member but I have family that is.

It was really busy today. I've personally used this Self-Serve Car Wash many times over the years. One thing I've noticed today was that before the change in management, bringing a bucket and hand washing cars in the bays was a major No-No there. This really held up the bays with people doing that.

Trey is always great. Goes above and beyond and always helpful. Give bro a raise please. Only thing I wish this ZIPS had was a pressure washer for plastic floor mats like the one on Tyvola has. Been a member for the top of the line wash for years. Don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The wash was okay and could be better if their machines worked properly, but the vacuums are amazing!! Overall, great experience and I will definitely be going back. I'll also be signing up for the membership next time!

Vacuums are good and powerful, but car wash is only so-so; if that at all. Does not wash the whole car and always leave residue somewhere on the car. Barely touched the roof at all.

Place is always closed. Vacuums are very weak. They don’t get the bug spots or all the dirt off your car even having the most expensive wash.

Sometimes they do a good job, sometimes they don't. It often opens late & the go & wait flashing signs at the end are still broken.

This is one of the best locations in Charlotte. The price is affordable, location is always clean and great customer service.
