I went into the store on the 8th of November and I had a wonderful time there! I just walked in I was greeted by rea she asked me how my day was and what I was after! She really knew how to make me smile in the morning. Now I hold an iPhone and I was having issues with my Optus network however I didn’t know at the time it was an Optus problem rea told me not to stress it’s a network server issue and Optus are working on a fix. I asked her what the newest phone was now here’s what shocked me instead of trying to sell me a phone she asked me what features about my current phone did I love and which I hated. I never had anyone ask me this before but she did. Rea had this contagious smile where it just made me feel like I was at home! I told her I was always on the look for a phone that can capture amazing photos she told me I came to the right place and proceeded to show me the s23 ultra she told me to hold the device and test it out! As soon as I held the phone I knew that it was the one for me!!! I called my wife up and I told her “darling I’m buying a new phone it’s an s23 ultra!” She said to me istivan you just bought the iPhone 15 but then I said rea the girl here is lovely and she has a really amazing smile and her customer service is amazing she didn’t even tell me to buy the phone she just showed me a phone that has amazing camera quality. I don’t care what you say I’m buying it See you at home for dinner. I had never been treated with such grace and happiness before and because I’m quite old people tend to think I don’t understand and they treat me horribly but rea certainly helped me and she showed me there are still amazing people out there! She is the best! I even tried to give her $100 as a tip but she said istvan I’m just here doing my job in assisting you that there was no fees associated with helping me. Try giving anyone a $100 they’d take it rea knows how to put people first! I’m coming back to purchase my wife a phone now she loves the camera! Rea I hope you continue to smile and make everyone who walks through that door as happy as me! Thank you! Real asset to the company!
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience in store. I was served by a person who was clearly very new to the job, which is totally ok, but it became extremely clear she had received no training. A few things happened - I asked her if there was a difference between the S23 and S23+ besides for the screen size and she originally said the specs are completely different so I asked her to show me them side by side and her colleague interjected and said the specs are identical and she said "oh". Then I asked her to confirm the trade in bonus and she said this model doesn't have a trade in bonus. So I said that's very strange as the person at the George Street store told me there was and all the advertising online and in store indicates there is. She adamantly said no there isn't so I just said OK and another colleague overheard and corrected her and said there was and she just said "oh" again. Then when I was wanting to trade in my old phone, you have to run this app that performs a system diagnostic and it initially said my charging port wasn't working. I knew it was so I asked her to give me a charger to prove it. I plugged the charger in and it didn't charge so I asked her if it was plugged in because I knew for a fact it was working and she said it was. She then plugged in her own phone and only when her own phone didn't charge did she check the connected and noticed it wasn't plugged in properly. Then when it came time to do the swap from my old phone to my new phone, she set up the transfer but then didn't engage the transfer but I didn't know anything better so I was sitting there for probably 15 minutes until someone else came to check on the progress and realised it hadn't started the transfer. I understand being new, but that's really incompetent. If her training is still underway, she should be supervised on thee shop floor. Everyone else was very helpful but this was unfortunately my experience
I had to go and sort my samsung 5 watch out, as the charging cord for the watch was knackered, and Vodaphone didn't do the cords and didn't have them in stock. So the guys from vodaphone said that the Parramatta Samsung store should be able to help me out. I was hoping that maybe the case, I park in Westfield Parramatta which is like a rabbit warren, and find the Samsung store is on the ground floor, we are on the 5th floor, I find 5 staff just hanging out to help us. We head to the back of the store, and I start telling my story, I say the charging cord for my samsung 5 watch does not work, and the customer service lady checks the cord 3x's, and she acknowledges "yes it doesn't work", I show her my proof of purchase and all I want to hear is that we have another one in stock, which they didn't to replace my non-working one. So, I have to fill out an electronic form to be sent to their Graveville location for repair. I hope they clear that form, so theres no record of my address location left on their samsung tablet. I was looked after quite well by staff, but one will have to wait for a new charging cord to be sent to my home so I don't have to come back to the store again, as they will ship it to my home address. Overall, it's not a terrible experience, but not a positive one either. Let's see how I go with my cord return.
Attended this store has my accessory was not working as it should. I spoke with Samsung over the chat and phone and they made a case for me. I then got told to go to a samsung store to get them to assess the item and potentially fix it. I told samsung that accessories don't get fixed but in actual fact get replaced. I attended the parra store and was told that I had to attend the Sydney store where i purchased the product. I told them they were a samsung store and they would be required to not turn me away. After speaking with two mangers and then was told they would help me lodge it on samsung members they decided to change my faulty device over for a new one. This is not the first time I have argued with samsung as staff do not know the correct policy and are rude to customers. Makes me want to change my devices to another brand to gain better customer service.
I don't usually leave reviews but unfortunately I had a terrible experience with customer service at this store. I went in because my flip 4 had damage along the crease. An employee inspected the phone, consulted their manager and said they could swap the phone for a new one under warranty but unfortunately I didn't have the documents required on me. Two days later I came in with the documents but was told by a different employee that they couldn't swap the device because the damage wasn't covered. I ended up going to a Samsung service centre where it was inspected and instantly replaced on the same day. I really wish I didn't waste my time going back to this Samsung store.
Great service, replaced my screen protector on the spot for free for my Fold 3. It still had issues but that was due to my phone defect and not their fault but they suggested I send back for repairs and they would lend me a temporary phone. I went to Liverpool Samsung last time because it had better reviews and they wanted to charge me. Don't trust those reviews anymore I think Parra is better
I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and I was given excellent service the moment I stepped into the store by Manisha. She went the extra mile and helped me try to save my pictures and was very patient. She spent the time making sure that my phone would be fixed and arranged delivery to put my mind at ease. Good old fashioned customer service. Thank you so much Manisha!
I went to the store to purchase a new flip phone and this guy who served me whose name is Issac was extremely rude and inpatient. I only asked him about the colour and he was talking to the other workers about me behind my back while l was still there. It was an awful experience and I will never be shopping there again.
Poor service and staff where more worried about chatting and playing on the devices. I needed to change a screen protector on my flip. Staff were dismissive and disrespectful. I will wait for the new google fold and buy that so I don't have to deal with the Samsung bu$&@%it ever again how embarrassing...
When i visit this store i come to know why Apple is Apple and samsung is Samsung worst customers service and other worst thing i trade in my phone fold 5 they value it for 965 seriously ??? NEVER Gonna drop to samsung again from Iphone thanks for the lesson and worst experience
We purchased a new S22 in June. After 3 months, the battery and the charging socket were damaged. We took it back to Samsung for the warranty. Now we got the phone back from Samsung. They took off the screen protector and left a big scratch
Bought my new s23+ from this store, Nikhil was amazing! He was my customer service representative and helped me with the sale, ended up buying in store, nothing but excellent service from Nikhil, great lad, highly recommend buying from him!
Tried calling this store to ask for a refund or replacement for my dads samsung phone that literally caught on fire while in his chest pocket while he was working. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and wanted to know where and when

I purchased fold 4 over 1 year ago i keep trying to get repair for screen the call goes to overseas and they n know nothing about sydney areas at all i was given the runaround still can not get a true service centre
My Galaxy A70 kept freezing. Joel at the Parramatta store was very patient, respectful and extremely helpful. My issue was resolved and I learnt more about todays technology. Thanks Joel.
Worst service and worst tech(folding). They make you wait hours to fiscuss things "internally" only to ask to come back again. Go with Apple just for the service. 2500 AUD lesson learnt.
