They take forever to check if you have mail and come back with nothing saying you have no mail...when I had a few pieces of mail/packages that I knew for a fact got delivered but I never received them. I don't wanna say they steal people's mail, but they obviously keep what they want to themselves. Plus they close very early. I can be standing in line for 30 minutes and when it's finally my turn to pick up my mail, the worker says he's closed and shuts the window. I mean I understand that they're closed but come on man....currently looking for a different general delivery place, possibly one that doesn't close so early. Any suggestions?

ISC lost my package back in September. Don't know where it is. Only conclusion would be "stolen". You people don't hold yourself accountable and basically tell me "so what".I paid $120.00 including shipping for those CDs and no one is responsible for their disappearance. ISC is nothing more than criminal mob organized crime. Take what you want and I can do nothing about it. Hope one day USPS will disappear by way of better courier services.

they dont open at the time they say they open. it say it opens at 10 am and its 11:36 am and its not opened. there must be about 20 people before me and yet nothing. if i could give it a zero i would. I talked to other people and they said this post office it like this. unacceptable and i bet they get paid from 10 am to 2 pm as it say online. sad

They are no longer open on Saturdays because one employee has left and now the lady working is too afraid to be there alone so she no longer comes in on Saturdays. If you need another employee I would love to apply for the position. I am giving one star because I have important mail that I needed to get today and now can't get it until Monday.

Oddest post office I've ever been. Basically a window where you can do post office business however, no one was manning it when we went at 12:30 PM. Google said they are open until 2 on Saturdays. There's also a group of sketchy people right outside the office. Avoid!

Maybe this place was different before and maybe that explains the low rating...maybe but I found this place to be clean and efficient. The workers at this place are considerate to your mail and well organized and you don't even have to go inside a building.

Google maps should probably list this differently if it's not a regular post office. Sure they're doing great work and all, but to someone who's not from here, it's a little bit shocking to walk there, not have a full post office, and be in a rough area.

Bad service, my Package was abducted here for 4 weeks, I didn't see the next move. Package has been stopped for the More than a month and I still ca n’t receive it. If I use my feet to walk, the package will be delivered to my home.

This is not a regular post office. It's the General delivery office for SF, meaning everyone who doesn't have a mailing address gets their mail here. Expect long lines, very limited hours, and people living in the lobby.

Waiting for funds a friend sent. Went here to get the letter. The guy just thumbed through a couple stacks of mail and said he couldn't find anything. Will give more stars if/when they actually give me mail.

I don't think the post office worker knew how to speak english. He didn't know how to answer my question... Luckily the folks picking up mail knew what I was saying and helped me.

Made a phone call and talked to Emily who was very nice and extremely helpful! She found out more information and even called me back on an issue of a package!

This post office is awesone..it's not a full service post office .it only passes out letters and packages ..u must have identification to receive mail here

Seems like a wonderful resource for the community but, please note, you can't send out any packages/mail, it's pick up only.

I received my mail here easy peasy. There is always a line and it does not move quickly. Bring a book or sing
