Very helpful and friendly veterinary practice but I was sent an invoice for $50 for a phone call from the vet without being advised in advance that I would be charged anything.

Overcharge, ask me to do the unnecessary tests. Misdiagnosed the disease of my pet, and your mistakes nearly let him die. I strongly doubt the qualification of the vet there.
