I’m torn here. I ordered waffle sandwich which was ok. It’s microwave food at best. I ordered Black and White Nitro cold brew. Not impressed at all. Water down if you’re used to StarBucks. I gave 7Brew a week and plan on do the same with Scooters. Here is what I like. Option for running out the door before eating breakfast Check (Breakfast sandwiches) . This next one may seem little but it’s a big deal. Strong lids! 7Brew fails big time here. Their lid popped getting out of the car on day 2. Next one is Friendly service. I wasn’t greeted with loud rap music first thing in the morning and someone breathing down my window waiting for me to order and trying to hold a smile in 100% weather. With this being said I enjoyed 7Brews coffee selection more and each one was very tasty. The week isn’t over so few more days to try other drinks.

Very friendly staff who guides newbies on what to order. Menu has lots of delicious options to try! When I drove up to the window, it was the actual owner. He introduced himself and chatted with me while my order was being made. Explained he and his wife opened the store a few months back, and plan on expanding down to PVB if things go well. He thanked me for stopping by and that he hopes I come back. I totally get biz owners are busy and won't always be in-store. It was just genuine and unexpected experience. I'm horrible with names, but your name started with an "E". Oh....and the coffee and cookie were great :-)

Stopped in for a first time visit. We were not disappointed. I’m a basic person just getting an iced coffee with mocha. It was probably one of the best I have ever had. My wife meanwhile had a Caramelicious and she was absolutely over the moon. The service here was super friendly and helpful on suggestions. Can’t wait to visit here in the future. **Update** been here a few more times and can I say that the staff here is super nice and always friendly. One of the best things about it. I really prefer them over DD right now and will for a bit. Thank you again!

My wife and I were out running errands and saw Scooters and thought it's time for a coffee break. I'm so glad we stopped by! Wife got a dirty Chai iced and I got hot coffee. The regular hot coffees are only $1!! Good quality yum coffee. And the chai was so delicious, not too sweet or anything. The owner was at the window and she was so kind! You can tell she put her heart and soul into the place. Will definitely come back.

Last week I tried this place And I had a terrible experience; the 2 shots of expresso tasted bitter not a good thing for the palate in the morning and the waffle sandwich looked like a brown ball out of a vomit in addition to that; they charged me 22 dollars for 2 shots of a expresso and the waffle thing I asked the manager of the shift she said sorry! The system Made a Mistake but not ending the story..a charge for $12.63 came today into my account without being in it(fishyyyyyyyy?

I went next door to the other coffee place and it was horrible. Long waits, and they have too much going on. The coffee tasted like cereal milk. I decided to come to this location after my subpar experience at the coffee place next door and it was phenomenally better. This was their first day at this location and they had very welcoming people, very nice. The coffee is SO MUCH BETTER! I got a caramelisious Lots of flavor and a great balance of sweetness. I will be coming back

I want y’all to know about Kaleigh. She was so kind and patient as it was our first time here. She knew every answer to every question me and my mom had, I work in customer service and I’m telling y’all she is the best ever! I will be back b/c of her. I have been to this location quite a few times and have had such a great experience every time. The drinks are amazing and the service is always great. The staff is always so friendly and engage in conversation and I appreciate that. I usually would go to the Dunkin by my house but will gladly travel a bit to go here instead. I came here for a coffee on the 21st, and everyone was SO nice!! From the sign holders, to the girls that took my order and greeted me at the window, every single person had a smile on their face and greeted me with a warm welcome. The coffee that the girl recommended to me was bomb, and they gave it to me on the house since it was a training day. I will definitely be back, thank you everyone for making my week!!

Went for the first time last week - my pumpkin cold brew was very good & the staff were extremely nice. Also tried a breakfast burrito, but I had to throw it out. Could tell it was frozen not fresh to made & the bacon tasted artificial.

I’ve been twice since they opened, I have enjoyed everything I have tried as well as my kids. I really love that they have a section for kids which makes it a fun treat for them too. The people are so kind everyone from the baristas to the what I’m assuming is the owner who was out welcoming people on their grand opening. This is great coffee, it’s not overly sweet or creamy, but a great mix and environment.

Scooters is my happy place. As a stressed university student, I come here before my Friday classes and enjoy the light hearted conversations and incredible coffee/food before I face my inevitable demise in my 2 hour and 45 minute class. Overall, highly recommend

Happy Monday! Honestly, that was one of nicest drive thru experiences I’ve had. What lovely staff you have. Service was better than expected. First time customer here, but the Praline Caramelicious hit the spot. A bit cheaper than overpriced Starbucks too so that’s a win too.

Overall, it's good, just inconsistent. There are some days when my drink is good and other days when it isn't. Some days it's made with whipped cream without me asking, other days there's none. Definitely has fast and friendly service though.
