"Staff can act like idot"
"Jobe is an asset to this place"
Staff are very unsympathetic and unhelpful. I purhased a bathroom thumb turn mechanism for a bathroom lock. Item came in sealed polythene bag and no instructions. I managed to figure out how to attach to my door and put on door, but I could not find any way to open up the item so I can put the screws through it so it can stay attached to the door without any movement. I went back to the store a few days later and they could not fugure out how to open the item either so that screws cna go through it. I wanted a refund but they refused as they polythene bag was ripped. I explained I had no way to open item without ripping it apart. They didnt want to know. I wont be buying from them again. They left me with an item I have no way to use and they could not assist and even though I had a receipt and gave it back complete as it was new expect for ripped polythene bag they didnt care or want to know. Very unhelpful staff.
Screwfix. Screwfix is the United Kingdom's largest multi channel retailer of trade tools, accessories and hardware products. Founded in 1979 as the Woodscrew Supply Company, the company was acquired in July 1999 by Kingfisher plc, who also own B&Q, and is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Store is ok but customer service is poor majority of its branches. Due to my line of work. I am very regular visitor to Screwfix and visited many branches. My experience is very disappointing with staff knowledge, assistance and one of the worst customer services.
Staff can act like idot. Just went there and asked for a simple 3 pin 13 amp plug. Stupid woman bellowed at me " I don't know what plug you talking about" Who the hell working in screwfix don't know a 13amp 3 pin plug? Useless. Or she have some issues.
Jobe is an asset to this place. Always smiling and friendly. Overall, this Screwfix has efficient and friendly staff. Once they get to know you, they're even better and seem to take it to the next level of customer service.
Pretty much a monopoly but nothing comes close. Better prices for most items but check toolstation too as sometimes it's cheaper. From trade to DIY 'ers it caters for all. No quibble returns makes it the choice for me.
Run of the mill Screwfix, had what we needed in stock and they also sell face masks which is handy. Previously they were only accepting order and collect purchases but you can now go in and order as normal.
Handy location just off the A40. I am always here getting something for work it's very handy being only a 100m walk . I spotted the black Friday deals today as I was passing on my way to work so
Jermaine - from Park Royal branch - top man! He really searched and gave me the best advice and product! Everyone is very welcome at Screwfix and service is quick. Thanks for the quick dry wall mix!
It was great ... didn't catch the name of the young lad but very responsive and helpful even I was a pain in a back side . Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and felt like a valued customer. Many thanks
I had the worst experience here today. I was standing on the foot print symbol behind the perspex screen and the staff at trade counter was brash, disrespectful and rude.
Always good experience when visiting any branch of Screwfix. Very efficient and most important, we don't waste any time in the shop. Order, pick up and go. Well organised.
Horrible customer service. The workers couldn’t talk, they didn’t help at all. And this is not the first time in this location (Acton). Please get better.
Won’t allow Customers to select debit card no explanation web site one star Stop blaming COVID 19 get off your backside and start answering phone
Always nice service you see that they really trying to help.Helped to get the desired product the same day. Thanks to Jay and his colleagues.
Efficient (I swiftly collected a pre-paid item) & really helpful too (they found the right size clips for a TV fly lead I'd bought earlier).
Very accessible opening hours and accepts both DIY as well as trade customers. Moderately expensive in comparison to specialist stores.
Good knowledgeable staff. No catalogues anymore so you need to check carefully online what you require before visiting to save time.
You can get most of electrical, lighting, plumbing, heating and tools. Can order online click & collect Free parking available.
Straight forward service. Help with every query in a polite and professional way. Jobe and all the team were very helpful
Didn't have half the things i needed, may have went in on a sunday however 7 out of 11 items isn't brilliant
Big shout to Akeem. Top team member Definitely an asset to your company. Polite. patient knowledgeable.
Can get most thing downside is there are not many or near from where I live so have to travel abit out
Has small parking area but not as busy as some other screwfix stores so usually get served quicker.
Always had what I wanted. Good, quick service. There are a few places to park out the front.
Went to buy some heavy duty double sided tape to stick on some posters, worked brilliantly.
Exceptional customer service from Natalia the store DM. Very helpfull. Thank you so much ☕
Helpful staff, well stocked. Far more reliable and cheaper than their sister B&Q store.
They seemed to have an issue with stock on the website matching up with in store.
Always happy to go there , very friendly staff specially Aneta and Montana ,
Another successful visit! Always have what me and the lads need for any job.
Decent place for all your DIY needs, helpful staff, reasonable prices.
