I've used Screwfix so many times now. They stock a far better range that than the average DIY retail outlet, and offer better prices despite being a part of the same overarching company/group. I would also recommend then because of their customer service, as I recently ordered, collected and almost tried to install the wrong size of radiator. On realising my mistake I contacted the UK orderliness where an agent arranged for my local store to take back the wrong item and replace it with one of the correct size, which dug me out of a big hole. Impressed, so they are highly recommended

This is a legendary gym that has all the facilities needed however because the swimming pool and the sauna and yet to open I've given it a free staff otherwise the equipment and everything else on the wait floor is the best and very unique I would recommend definitely to take a look and to use perfect Gym has eating facilities sauna everything you could imagine when trying to master the art of body shaping . And customer service are very good and polite and welcoming which is most important. If this is the sauna and swimming pools open it would definitely be receiving the five star.

Day staff are good, evening staff are something else with little or no knowledge of products they actually sell... With a 'Am I bothered, do I look like I'm bothered' attitude........ 4 times I had to ask for a product that I had the day before ordered and paid for.... They believed that Screwfix didn't sell the products, so we ended up having a 3 way argument about the product and whether it existed or not..... that was sitting on a shelf waiting for me to pick up...

I was having a bad day and had to pop in to get some emulsion and rollers while holding a young puppy. The lad serving me saw that I was struggling with the paint and puppy, so very kindly took the paint to the door to allow me to put straight into my car boot. Probably a very small thing, but he was the only person that day who bothered to help me. He's a local lad, tall, of African heritage - please pass on my thanks.

Good, handy shop, shame about the reduced hours. As most of us started working normal hours again Screwfix program closing at 5 p.m. means I cannot collect my items until Saturday or Sunday. Too bad. I am buying less because of that and I do buy now from other shops online too. They loose business. Somebody tell them please.

To be honest. The store is very fast but not being bad. The woman over there seem lazy. one of them carried on kissing her teeth and walked away from me while she was serving and did not come back. The managers are 10/10. The stuff man’s are good. But need a little training on the girls. Sorry

Hi guys 4 stars this time as had to revisit today to change items and return a surplus item. Helpful staff again today as yesterday. I am promised a text from them to inform me of my order when it's available tomorrow. Great service given. Hope this comment helps. Regards.

Needed new tap gear for the kitchen sink, 2 minutes on the screwfix site, click and collect booked for my local store. 20 minutes later I'm picking it up! Staff are always friendly, store is clean and well organised. Really can't fault the service here if I tried!

Served by branch manager at Dagenham.While did her job she clearly missed the last evening class on being freindly and polite to customers. Her attitude stinks very abrupt and No please thankyou just am absolute stinking attitude she should not be customer facing.

Not good. Ordered a 600 by 1600mm radiator for my lounge and they delivered 600 by 1400mm which is much smaller and less efficient. They were not willing to give me a refund for the price difference. Won't order from them anymore. Very unhappy!

Nice and helpful staff. Get what you want in minutes, click and collect service is great here. The only con is that they don't stock much clothes and footwear. Other than that I always get good and friendly customer service here.

Very fast at processing orders. Often the order is ready to be collected before you even have a chance to get in the car. Parking is a little limited and can sometimes be busy but the location is quite good.

If you know what you are looking for then this is the place to visit. Describe your product and wait at the counter for delivery. Check for the product online for its availability to avoid hassle.

They have the whole contactless lockdown pickup thing fully sorted. Quicker service than pre-lockdown. I hope they keep some of these systems in place when life becomes less weird.

Very helpful staff. If item required isn't in stock it will be there at the latest the nxt day and they will notify you when its ready for collection. Easy free parking too

Why is there only 1 member of staff serving? Every time I visit other staff are either hiding or putting out stock. Long queues and when busy no other staff operate tills.

Ordered click and collect and asked about sizing of another product. Staff was so friendly and have me her time to find the best lourve. Always use these. Perfect

Life saver for work materials and tools. My cordeless drill packed up and I managed to collect one from here within 30mins.
