Atrocious customer service. Having walked for 30 minutes in abysmal weather to the Fulham store with a damaged wardrobe hinge that I was intending to replace, the "assistant" presented a catalogue of their stock, found the page on cabinet hinges and asked me to make a selection from the minuscule drawings printed on it. He told me that he couldn't possibly walk to the store room (immediately behind him) and take 1 of each hinge in order to find a matching part. Isn't this what staff in hardware shops are paid to do? Or does Screwfix pay their staff to just point and shrug their shoulders? To add insult to injury, he suggested I visit the nearby hardware store, which was closed at the time. Why employ useless, lazy staff like these? 'Screwfix'? Their name says all you need to know.

ordered a TV cable aerial . received a text message on the 12/december telling me the product is available for collection at fulham shop. I drove last night around 18.00 to pick it up and was told that they could not find the product despite the text message. I called this morning to find out what has happened and they offered refund and ability to pick up the product tomorrow to another shop. This is not possible as the scaffolding to go on my roof is going down today. I have been using screwfix for years and was always satisfied with their service but recently it has gone down certainly at the fulham shop. For example yesterday 3 people on counter but 2 were busy on the computer or going through paper while clients were waiting. This is not service. Best

I have to say, Simon B and Tracey at the Screwfix Fulham branch are a credit to their company. They are very helpful & attentive. Every time I have been to visit this branch throughtout this year, they are also very welcoming and it’s much appreciated, as it probably above and beyond their job description. Please keep up the good customer service, i’ll definitely keep on coming here even if I might be closer to a competitor!

All what you expect from Screwfix, quick availability at the store, large choice, friendly staff, all measures taken for customer protection, without affecting the experience. Only thing is- the store is a hit small and I wish two tilts would be open at peak times.

I like Screwfix (am Electrician/Plumber) but purpose of my visit was to return a broken LAP dimmer. Not in stock, will waste 2 hours plus (travel, 2 visits) on this one. Can't charge customer. Sorry from store manager?? Come on Screwfix better quality control.

Cheap and cheerful. I experienced a very helpful member of staff who went above and beyond. Never had any issues here, only issues that were the fault of Screwfix distribution. When this has occurred, the staff immediately remedied the situation. Impressed.

Ordered something in even though it stated it was available, turn up the next day to collect only to be told it won’t be there until after 12 even after I asked when it will be In and was told the morning. Always this store!!

Dont like the new ordering system, lobby small and gets very cramped when busy, come on screwfix fit a bloody coffee machine in your stores sometimes u have to wait 30mins and I need coffee

B&Q wanted over £60.00 for a basic metal sink. ScrewFix in the Fulham Road sold me a better quality one for under £15.00 inc vat! And they have extremely helpful staff who know their stock.

Terrible customer service. 4 people ahead of me at the “click & collect” counters - none of which had pre-ordered….mind you there were 3 c&c counters and only one for “walk ins”.

Always the one stop shop for all your building materials, good stock availability and competitive prices and by far the best click and collect services amongst its rivals.

So unsatisfied, this sotore has a great location but hasn't got nothing in stock. there is only two boys serving and the other takes two hours to bring the staf out.

I purchased a pair of work boots in screwfix in Putney at a good price. Rory who served me was extremely friendly and helpful . I will be back . Thanks Rory.

The staff here are all so helpful, patient and polite. And they don't quibble when you return something either. Five stars from a very a happy customer.

Utter waste of time as they're forever out of stock! The problem for them is that there are so many other hardware stores around them.

Not impressed. Screwfix would not refund the money for a radiator valve that what returned unused and unopened and with a receipt.

Quick service, friendly staff, you can order in store but have to do it at the till but it's easier than searching the catalogue.

I find the Fulham Screwfix great for price and DIY stock. Once I order it online, I can normally pick the items up in 20 mins.

0 star the stuff is useless, they don know nothing about what they are selling at list the must have a minimum knowledge.
