‼️Not a place to work nor shop‼️ if you want a carrier in retailing then you are at the wrong place, this place will turn a good hard working person into a careless worker, with Sareen Patel, Mustafa Mustafa, Micheal and Sabir as management which I was a part of, prejudice, miscommunication, favouritism and false accusations are the order of the day, within 9 months 6 people resigned out of 11 staff members which was alarming to me but apparently according to guys I met there, that was normal under these guys management. To SCREWFIX as a company I think this whole management team at Golders Green needs proper management skills(interpersonal skills). You have management following colleagues around in the warehouse whiles they are on picks or put away distracting them with silly conversation and in return I noticed customers were either given the wrong items or different ones compared to what they are ordering. There is so many examples I could provide, however in a nutshell Screwfix headquarters are unaware of the current unprofessional culture. I hope they get to resolve these issues before it escalates. Thanks

Manager of this place is rude, very young, unprofessional and disrespectful, he does not have appropriate training to be a manager, there is no parking either, you will get a parking ticket the parking wardens are hanging around Screwfix to give you a parking fine. This store is also poorly stocked. Total waste of time, got to the Screwfix in North Finchley instead far better and friendlier and is got free parking. Hopefully the Screwfix area manager will get to read this review and either replace the duty manager or train him better as he is not ready or knowledgeable or professional enough to be one.

Fantastic customer service and great experience today when I went to buy some Rock Salt (having discovered that none of my local petrol stations stock gritting salt anymore!) to de-ice my garden path and shared driveways. The staff at the Childs Hill and Staples Corner branches were so helpful and informative and I was served immediately with no waiting. 10/10 Highly recommended!

Handy local sales counter with most of what you would need in terms of building consumables and paint, woodworking tools and DIY equipment. does not sell building materials or timber which you would need to visit a builders merchant for. Staff and service good, well stocked and can order in items that are sold out or not in store at short notice. Good for power tools

Don't know how grateful I am that this branch has opened. Had enough of trying to battle through traffic trying to get to the Staples Corner one. Loading parking available, and for a small branch, stuff is always in stock. Staff are also very efficient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ordered the product I needed a few hours ahead of time and then popped in and picked it up, shirt and sweet and great results. Located by several bus routes and there’s parking near by too.

Great and fast service. Order and pay on line. Then using the same card that you used for the transaction to input your pin number. Then u will get a collection number printed out. You can collect your order very fast

This is my local Screwfix and all staff are educated and friendly, I'm going to give a big shout out to Michael who most of the time serving me with patient, smile and great advice.

Never had a problem with Screwfix service untill I came here, a few times Been kept waiting as they only had one member of staff at the till and a long queue of customers, not acceptable.

i ve been using screwfix website for years and it's nice to be able to go to the shop and pick up whatever i need without delays. Massive selection of tools, and most of them in stock.

Fast service. Easy to use service to choose what you want. Helpful staff. Items seemed to be in stock and good value. Easy to park outside the store on Saturday for free.
