If you have a problem with anything you buy at screwfix North Finchley that has a problem/defect you will not get any help!!! Spent 2 days taking a motorcycle petrol tank to bare metal and then preparing for paint; when I went to apply the paint I bought from screwfix the thing splattered and stopped working - now I have to sand it all down again!!! screwfix gave me a new one but IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED AND THE NEW ITEM FOR FREE so to keep your customer happy and not hiding behind the fact that you don't make the product!!!. No problem, not only I won't be back I will also STOP buying anything from screwfrickingfix !!!!

came in on saturday morning and a young lady called Layah listened carefully to what i needed, she then spent some time looking through the catalogue trying to find a solution to my issue. have no experience in plumbing so it was nice to have help from her without feeling like she was being condescending. we didnt end up finding something to fit my needs in the end but she was super helpful and patient with me.

So I do a click and collect for some paint. Turn up on a rainy grey Sunday afternoon after having a row with the wife about cheese or something, I dunno. Go to the desk to pick up the paint. Amazingly polite guy behind the counter gets my order as if I was booking into the Ritz Carlton for two weeks. Made my day! I left feeling like Kanye West!I might just go again for the ego boost alone.

Just off the main road, near North Finchley. Not a store you can browse through the products. You need to order at the desk and they bring out what you asked for. Helpful and friendly staff. You can find the products online or from their catalogue which is freely available at the store to pick up and take away. No fuss and quick service.

Not been to a screw fix before and really pleased with the idea: like argos for diy. Get help at the same time as you ask for things instead of traipsing round a big space hunting for them first. Great prices attract plenty of trade customers. Massive range of stuff and promotions pushing smart ideas for home improvement. And parking!

Where can I get that washer fast?? Found them on the screwfix website, in stock 2 mins up the road, click and collect from store! Half hour later I have been in to the store and collected/fitted the part, leak fixed! Simple and easy ordering, friendly and efficient staff in store, great experience, thanks screwfix.

whilst I was converting my van into a campervan, screwfix was one of the shops I visited almost daily. screws, tools, hinges, pipes, electrical and plumbing equipment, painting etc I am really happy with this shop and I am glad I descovered

Its not all the shops are the same,the one in Finchley has almost everything and the one in East Barnet does not it all ways have every thing in stock saying next day not good enough with bread and butter items

Screwfix North Finchley is the place I go for most our purchases. The team are amazingly helpful and friendly I would say they deserve 10 stars! Thank you team they are all as good as gold.

Can never say a bad thing about the guys here. Some items I've had to take back for whatever reason, but the staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Service can be slow when busy especially when customers are asking questions you can't judge products like you can in B&Q but overall it's convenient.
