Another wasted journey! Why is there always a long queue at the Sydenham branch? I wanted to buy 30L of "Leyland Super Leytex Emulsion" but ended up going to B&Q across the road where I found it at the same price. ScrewFix needs to get a grip of this because it's so quick and easy to do a search for an alternative retailer.

So lazy staff, can't bother to type A number for collection, they prefer rather asking name, but won't tell 1st name, middle name or sir name or company name? If they Type A number they'll know quicker why I am there for but no they want to know name. Silly time waste

Ordered some flooring and within minutes it was ready to collect instore. No waiting at the store and the polite and helpful assistant helped with a query re what product might help me with a problem. Very good experience all round.

Always great service and value products. They have to put up with some very challenging customers and their insane question. Some of whom don't seem to know how shops work. I think they do it well and keep their cool.

Had to return a charging cable that was fault after some help from the call centre problem was fixed and replacement was delivered the next day, thank you for your help and quick response.

This store is a life saver. Many many times when I've needed to fix something quickly this store has it in stock and I can collect it in minutes. The staff are really helpful.
